We hired them for our big wedding day because most of our main courses were American and we wanted to bring in something from our Vietnamese roots! //CONSULTATION// Andy and I chatted and he explained how his pricing works and setup! We made orders for about 120 people for our wedding of 166 folks. He sent over a quote later I had also requested the shrimp to be peeled which was extra. //DAY OF// It was such a success! People were raving about the banh Xeo and saying how good it was. People kept saying how good the food was at our wedding! I unfortunately barely saw the setup LOL but there were 9 stoves at once. //SERVICE// Overall Andy communicated well and with my coordinator! He was awesome! I wish I interacted with them more! If you're looking for a caterer and want to appease your picky Vietnamese family, then I would highly recommend XeoHello! I booked XeoHello for my tea ceremony luncheon and everyone loved it, even my mom (who always says she can make things better at home haha). Andy was very helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions and provided details on what the service entails. For about 85 guests, I ordered about 100-110 banh xeos and had many other trays of food. I highly recommend ordering 1.5 banh xeos per expected guest since many people had 2 or more! On the day of, Andy and his crew showed up on time as promised and started making banh xeos at the requested time. The banh xeos came out hot and crispy! They provided all the fixings: lettuce, herbs, carrots/daikon, nuoc mam/fish sauce, and chopsticks. Many of our friends and family raved about how good the banh xeo was! We had a small amount of leftovers, which they packed togo. Andy and his team were amazing! The catering price was reasonable and the food was great. My wife and I had Andy and his team cater our baby shower. We initially ordered ~80 banh xeos and had to increase our order to 180 the week prior (85 adults, 25 kids). We supplemented with some other misc vietnamese to-go catering. Andy was great in accommodating the request and sent me an updated invoice almost immediately. Don't worry if Andy is slow to respond during the day time as he is likely working his full time job. In the early evenings/afternoons he responds almost instantly. My incredibly critical vietnamese/chinese family loved the banh xeos and a lot of the guests trying banh xeo for the first time were really impressed. This was a fantastic alternative to having another typical taco caterer. The only feedback I got from family was that there could have been a sprinkling of mung bean in each banh xeo, but that was just their individual preference. Andy had 9 burners going and the line was kept moving and efficient. I also requested peeled shrimp as a lot of my friends were not vietnamese and Andy accommodated at no extra cost. There were left over banh xeos which were packed to go. I was told by guests that the reheated banh xeos in an air fryer were delicious the next day. Bottom line: Banh xeos were crispy, hot and all the desired condiments were there (including thai chilis). I'm glad I "took a risk" and booked Xeo Hello despite only having 21 yelp reviews at the time of this review. Will definitely recommend for future family parties. read more

I was craving for Banh Xeo really badly during my pregnancy but sadly couldn't have it because I was on a strict diet. So when we are planning for our baby shower, I can finally have some Banh Xeo! (I got the okay from my doctor to cheat on this day). I was scrolling through Yelp and found Xeo Hello. Andy was extremely helpful and quick to reply. The event went smoothly with their attendance. I had ordered for around 57 people but I wished I had ordered more as people wanted more than 2nds. The Banh Xeo was hot and crispy, vegetables were fresh. They can even make the to your liking as some people might be allergic to seafood and such. We also ordered other sides such as the egg rolls, fried rice, and wings (both butter garlic and soy sauce) Those were delicious as well. We did not have any leftovers as people were more than happy to take some home! If we were to have another event we would definitely request for Xeo Hello's catering again. read more

Xeo Hello looks the best of the banh xeo guys you've seen, but they're a bit newer to the game, so you're unsure. Well, don't be. I took the leap of faith for you and they are absolutely amazing. From the second I reached out, I felt comfortable because they were extremely professional and responsive. I asked for shell-less shrimps and wasn't met with an excuse or a new fee. I am a perfectionist, but had zero time to micromanage and was so grateful at how quick their set up was, how clean their station was, but most importantly, how they took up minimal space. I had a taco man there as well, but as Xeo Hello promised, my guests were all at the banh xeo station. Their banh xeo was crispy and their filling was delicious.
