LOVE this company! We had a 50th birthday party Saturday that Clambake OC catered... We did the Traditional Clambake. They set up in our backyard, and cooked everything there. Clams, Shrimp, Mushrooms, Corn, Potatoes, Garlic, Kielbasa... It was all SO delicious!!! WOW. Debra and her husband are SO friendly as well. They are always able to accommodate my client's special requests. This last event, my client had a few additional guests RSVP the morning of. We needed to increase the total catering guest count by 10. My experience with Clambake OC was 5 stars from beginning to end. Debbie was so accommodating and flexible with our menu (half clambake and half shrimp boil with a few chicken skewers in the mix). The food was delivered in styrofoam coolers that kept the food piping hot. The quality of the food was outstanding. Oh my yum!!!! This was such a fun time! Deb and Steve came to a bachelorette party with 14 girls and fed us like queens!!! I think my favorite part is they bring sourdough bread and pesto for the table!! These two are so efficient and quick it was fun to watch. They come set up the boil, they serve, they clean and leave you to enjoy!!! To be honest we wanted them to join us we loved them so much. We had the shrimp & sausage combo with corn, potatoes, and mushrooms. It was Devine! Everything cooked perfectly and full of seasoning. Clambake OC catered my husbands 50th birthday party in our backyard. They were amazing and very nice and easy to work with. The food was delicious and very favorable. They added 41 steamed lobsters to the clambake. It was an incredible and are guests loved every minute of it. Someone said it was the party of the year!! We chose to pour everything on the table (not do the buffet) and then everyone just used their hands to grab what they wanted to eat. My only suggestion would be to not put any condiments at the end of the table and spread the food end to end if you have guests sitting at the ends. Otherwise those guests can't really reach the food. I would then have Debbie and her staff pass paper towels, butter and sauces out after everyone sat down! Thank you Steve and Debbie!
