His communication leading up to the event was excellent, and he made sure everything was organized and taken care of well in advance. The food was AMAZING and received rave reviews from our guests. The salmon with mango sauce was the bomb! Everything was delicious and beautifully done. The servers were equally impressive--professional, personable, attentive, and great with all of our guests. I have used her before for corporate event with a headcount of 300+ and it was always phenominal! This time we were needing catering for a Celebration Of Life for my wife's grandpa, It was small ~100 people. We wanted just appetizers, drinks and desserts. After selecting our appetizers, drinks and cupcakes we were sent the invoice. She included full service for two hours, she didn't want us to worry about anything. We have someone who is allergic to gluten and Carolina was more than accommodating. The day of service the caterers showed up EARLY!!!! How awesome! They were ready to go and I showed them where to set up and reminded them about the allergy. The display was amazing, it was so beautiful and more than we could ask for (pictures). The servers were on top of it, the food was being plated as people took it to make sure it was fresh (no chaffing dishes)! When the allergy plate needed to be made they changed thier gloves and went above and beyond to serve. We got rave reviews on the food from everyone! 10/10 for these guys! They are rock stars. They were very self sufficient and even went over time to make sure guests were able to enjoy what was left. In the future, I would probably distribute more regular flavor and crepe batter since regular flavor crepe was the more popular choice amongst my guests. But I am SO thankful I was given all these choices as most vendors have limited options! There was an issue that the power outlet wasn't working and my guests had to help me secure the power cord for tripping hazard safety, so I recommend a back up power generator in the future (this was also recommended prior).

The first time I got to enjoy their catering food menu was at a Business Networking event/Chamber sort of mixer in Garden Grove on Trask right by the 22 freeway. There were also these fantastic meatballs (not those ones which everyone has from Costco, right?) and amazing coconut chicken skewers. They were SO GOOD!! My only mistake was taking just one politely leaving some for others planning to swing back to the heated serving area. When I returned quite awhile later, only one was left! Snagged it. They are a fan favorite for sure! The next time I got to enjoy their varied menu options was at a Holistic Medical Practice's Wellness Night in Anaheim, near Anaheim Hills and La Palma Ave. Who knew their catering yummies menu options included holistic foods, vegan options like their chickpea mini pancakes!
