Enjoyed Mobites catering today. Bill had an awesome setup and brought in everything needed for a great lunch event. He continuously grilled the cheeseburger sliders for a couple hours. There were 6 signature sauces, caramelized grilled onions, light and crunchy pickles that were not too sour, fresh tomatoes, fresh arugula, and sea salt kettle chips. There were also portobello mushrooms available on the side for vegetarians. At the end of the contracted time, he packed all the remaining cooked sliders in trays and left all the sauces and sides for people to grab more or for people who show up later to eat. read more

Bill was our point of contact and chef extraordinaire who showed up to prepare tons of delicious sliders for our guests. He was on time, organized and neat and just an overall great guy. He even went out of his way and helped me out with a handful of random tasks as I was trying to get ready for the party, which was an added bonus. The sliders, grilled onions, all the condiments and sauces were so good and such a refreshing change from the typical pizza that is always served at kids birthday parties. We got so many compliments on the food and we had tons of leftovers so many of our guests were thrilled to take some home and have them as a second meal. I want to thank Mobites for an amazing experience we had for my son's birthday party. I also wanted to make sure that you all knew how amazing Josh is. He came promptly, (actually a little bit earlier than expected which was a great!) and began setting up in the backyard. He was extremely organized and efficient. His professionalism, kindness, and respectful demeanor exceeded all of our expectations. He was able to connect easily with our friends and kids, and especially patient with the little ones that were more picky with their sliders. My son was so happy to meet Josh and to have his favorite food at his party. We had a few friends message us the next day to ask if we had any leftovers, and for the first time in a long time of throwing parties, we had absolutely no leftovers! :) The aioli sauces were amazing! I was tempted to get 6 sliders so I could enjoy each sauce. The top sauces that our guests really enjoyed were the chipotle, roasted poblano and the garlic sauce, however the other three (chimichurri, balsamic onion and 1000 dill) came in close! The arugula really made a difference compared to having the usual lettuce that comes with burgers. The grilled onions, tomatoes and pickles were a wonderful touch. As a wedding reception coordinator, when I was told the food was going to be sliders, I was skeptical that the portions would be large enough and the buns would be soggy. WRONG. These "sliders" are larger than most and two felt like eating a whole hamburger.
