We just had a birthday party and MoBites did our catering. What a hit!! The sliders were delicious and our guests all raved about the food. Honestly, I'm upset that I only ate one (was too busy running around) because they really were awesome. I did see my guests going back for seconds! Service 10/10. Food 10/10. I would highly highly recommend hiring them for your next event. read more

Nice surprise at Chapman crafted beer today with Moe and his awesome bbq. Definitely recommend

Enjoyed Mobites catering today. Bill had an awesome setup and brought in everything needed for a great lunch event. He continuously grilled the cheeseburger sliders for a couple hours. There were 6 signature sauces, caramelized grilled onions, light and crunchy pickles that were not too sour, fresh tomatoes, fresh arugula, and sea salt kettle chips. There were also portobello mushrooms available on the side for vegetarians. At the end of the contracted time, he packed all the remaining cooked sliders in trays and left all the sauces and sides for people to grab more or for people who show up later to eat. read more

Mobites catered for my birthday and everyone loved the sliders. I highly recommend them, Bill was very responsive.

This was my first time trying Mobites Craft Sliders and I couldn't be happier. My order was done on time, everything was separated so it doesn't get soggy by the time I get home, and most importantly it was delicious! I ordered the cheeseburger sliders with caramelized onions, fries, & their special sauces. I highly recommend you get ALL the sauces! They are very unique and really tasty. If you're looking for a solid place to satisfy your Slider cravings, then you need to try Mobites in Tustin! read more

Mobites Craft Sliders - Delicious Sliders!!! - Caterers Near Me

I love Mobites sliders! They are so soo good. The meat is tender, not dry. I love how they have grilled mushrooms and onions always ready. They have an option for vegetarians where he combines all the veggies and cheese together on the steel top to have them melt together as a custom slider. The sauces.... He always offers a wide array of delicious homemade sauces that taste amazing! My favorite is the poblano. When I have an event, I know to always have them cater as they will be a hit. They have my favorite sliders so far. Thank you Mobites! read more

Had the pleasure of having Mobites cater my sons 1st birthday party. Not only was the food fresh and delicious but the service and attention to detail was superb. Will definitely be using them for more of my parties and will refer them to more people. Thank you again to Mobites for coming through and for being such a HIT at my son's birthday party. read more

I want to thank Mobites for an amazing experience we had for my son's birthday party. I also wanted to make sure that you all knew how amazing Josh is. He came promptly, (actually a little bit earlier than expected which was a great!) and began setting up in the backyard. He was extremely organized and efficient. His professionalism, kindness, and respectful demeanor exceeded all of our expectations. He was able to connect easily with our friends and kids, and especially patient with the little ones that were more picky with their sliders. My son was so happy to meet Josh and to have his favorite food at his party. We had a few friends message us the next day to ask if we had any leftovers, and for the first time in a long time of throwing parties, we had absolutely no leftovers! :) The aioli sauces were amazing! I was tempted to get 6 sliders so I could enjoy each sauce. The top sauces that our guests really enjoyed were the chipotle, roasted poblano and the garlic sauce, however the other three (chimichurri, balsamic onion and 1000 dill) came in close! The arugula really made a difference compared to having the usual lettuce that comes with burgers. The grilled onions, tomatoes and pickles were a wonderful touch. Thank you again for a memorable and delicious experience. We are trying to think of other parties we need asap so we can have Josh join us again! read more

As a wedding reception coordinator, when I was told the food was going to be sliders, I was skeptical that the portions would be large enough and the buns would be soggy. WRONG. These "sliders" are larger than most and two felt like eating a whole hamburger. The condiments were perfect, the bun was hardy but not overpowering, the seasoning was perfect, the sauces plentiful and tasty, the staff friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend. read more

We had such a great experience with Mobites, who catered our son's birthday party this past weekend. Bill was our point of contact and chef extraordinaire who showed up to prepare tons of delicious sliders for our guests. He was on time, organized and neat and just an overall great guy. He even went out of his way and helped me out with a handful of random tasks as I was trying to get ready for the party, which was an added bonus. The sliders, grilled onions, all the condiments and sauces were so good and such a refreshing change from the typical pizza that is always served at kids birthday parties. We got so many compliments on the food and we had tons of leftovers so many of our guests were thrilled to take some home and have them as a second meal. We look forward to having Mobites come back and cater our next event! Thanks, guys! read more

We catered from MoBites for our children's birthday party in April. It was such a pleasure working with Mo, he has such great and positive energy! Mo took care of everything pre and post party. The entire process went so smoothly, I could not be happier with how everything turned out. We ordered beef and vegetarian sliders. The sliders were made fresh and our guests were raving about!
