On the day of service, the Ocampo family will arrive in a timely manner and set everything up. They'll start cooking up the food and the smell will surely make you drool. My family usually orders the base tier with chicken, carne asada, and al pastor. It comes with a salsa bar (3 different salsas, limes, sliced radishes, cilantro and onion, and grilled onions and peppers) and all the necessary plates and utensils. The great thing about having taco catering is that the food will always be HOT and FRESH, which makes a huge difference. This last time, we added on a pineapple agua fresca. It was so good and so refreshing! You can really tell that there was a lot of love that went into the cooking and preparing for each individual food item. Super helpful every step of the planning process and extremely accommodating in making sure the set up of everything looked presentable and matched my wedding. They were extremely professional and everything looked beautiful. The food was even better!! From the ceviche to the tacos and condiments, we received compliments ALL weekend long after our wedding.
