100/10 recommend this small family business Tacos Jr. We used them for our neighborhood block party. Communication from the beginning was great with Kristin. Booking was seamless. The caterer showed up on time. Their service was incredible and quality of the food was excellent. We chose chicken, asada, and the upgraded fish option. All the tacos were tasty, and the portions were generous. Our guests were happy with the food. We will definitely use Tacos Jr as our go to for taco catering. read more

We came across this catering company at a friend's event then hired them for our baby shower! We had around 135 people at our baby shower and we are so glad we selected them for our event. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and took care of everything! The food was delicious and many of our guests commented on how good it was. They have several options to pick from for your guests which I also really liked. It was so nice to know that the food was taken care of for our big event and one less thing for us to think about. Highly recommend and thanks again! read more

If I could give more stars I would! I looked on Yelp for taco catering and Tacos Jr's Catering had great reviews. I texted for information and Kristin was so prompt, polite and informative that I took a chance on them for a graduation party for 55 people. I am so happy I did. They arrived on time and dressed professionally. Guests commented in how friendly they were and how delicious the tacos were! I chose chicken, carne asada and carnitas. All 3 were tasty and I would choose those meats again. Thank you Tacos Jr's Catering! I will definitely use again and would recommend them to friends and family for sure! read more

On a recommendation from a neighbor, we used Jr's for my father in laws 90th birthday. David and Maria were amazing. Not only was the food fantastic but they were so gracious to all our guests. Their churros were delicious and we served them up with ice cream. Seriously, loved everything about their service, so....in October, I used them again for my mom's 80th bday party. Once again, they exceeded expectations. I will never look for a different taco bar vendor. Oh and Kristen... their daughter in law that books for them, she's super nice and accommodating. read more

If you're thinking of having FRESH taco catering for your next event, Tacos Jr's is definitely the way to go! My family and I have catered through this wonderful family owned business for a few years now and have been very happy with every event that we have with them. Kristin is who you'll speak to first when booking. She's super friendly and accommodating. She responds quickly and is also very helpful in answering any questions you may have. On the day of service, the Ocampo family will arrive in a timely manner and set everything up. They'll start cooking up the food and the smell will surely make you drool. My family usually orders the base tier with chicken, carne asada, and al pastor. It comes with a salsa bar (3 different salsas, limes, sliced radishes, cilantro and onion, and grilled onions and peppers) and all the necessary plates and utensils. The great thing about having taco catering is that the food will always be HOT and FRESH, which makes a huge difference. This last time, we added on a pineapple agua fresca. It was so good and so refreshing! You can really tell that there was a lot of love that went into the cooking and preparing for each individual food item. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the food and service that they provide. From the moment you order to the minute they pack up and leave you the left over food, you won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend choosing Tacos Jr's for your food catering! read more

Best taco team! We asked Tacos Jr to join us at a park (Tri-City Park, Placentia) and it went great. Kristin is super responsive and accommodating. David and Maria were the bessssst! We got a ton of compliments on the tacos and a couple guests took their cards. They're definitely our go-to taco guys from here on. Side note: if you host something at an OC Regional Park, be sure to submit for a vendor permit two weeks in advance. read more

This review is LONG overdue! I got married in December 2022, and recently have been thinking about my wedding and how I completely forgot to write a review! I used Taco's Jr for my wedding in Coachella Valley and they were incredible!! Super helpful every step of the planning process and extremely accommodating in making sure the set up of everything looked presentable and matched my wedding. They were extremely professional and everything looked beautiful. The food was even better!! From the ceviche to the tacos and condiments, we received compliments ALL weekend long after our wedding. I went to an event several years ago with the best taco catering I had ever had. The food was top notch and I knew that I would use them if I ever needed a taco guy. That caterer was Tacos Jr's. Over five years later (today) I hosted an event and I was ecstatic to have them cater! I am pleased to announce that it was even better than I remembered! This was for a back to school teacher event and teachers love to eat! Everyone raved about the food and the friendly service. We had the Ultimate Taquiza package which included three meats with all the fixings, rice and beans, grilled onions and chiles, full salsa bar, chips and guacamole, salad, made to order quesadillas, and agua fresca. The food was authentic, flavorful, and fresh. Kristin, who handles the business side, was amazing to work with and made the booking experience a piece of cake. Her sweet personality and efficiency made her a pleasure to work with. I will never use another taco guy. We will continue to have Tacos Jr's for all of our taco needs.
