If there was ever a time, I could have an event more often just to have Salsitas Tacos come and cater it - I would! This caterer provided professional and great customer service from beginning to end. Their website is user friendly and one can easily build their party menu from what they have to offer. Jose and/or John responded quickly and frequently to our inquiries. We had to adjust our order a few days before our event and they accommodated so quickly. We exchanged confirmation emails at least 3 times and this really was reassuring as you never know if your vendor will show up and leave you hanging on your big day. BUT this did not happen. On the day itself, Maria and Samantha did a great job - they were punctual and ready to serve as the party started, courteous to our guests, and even packed the leftovers for us when the service period was done.  The set up was presentable and appreciated that they were very neat in handling the serving the food. As for the food, it was delicious - we had 4 kinds of meats and all the fixings (refer to their website). All our guests raved about how authentic and satisfying. WE even had their Sandia Agua Fresca which Maria shared she made. This should give you a clue that the food is freshly prepared. Compliments left and right and we felt we were treating our guests to a restaurant meal. Many of our guests returned several times. We felt we got our money's worth. We had more than enough food for the package we ordered. Price was VERY reasonable and we were glad to support our local business. If you are looking for a Taco Vendor - I highly recommend. Great food, great service at a great price! Had Salsitas cater a small party and they delivered as usual! The ladies that manned the cart Sara and Samantha were very friendly. This is my 4th time using them and they never disappoint. We had lots of leftovers and they even brought free guacamole. We had chicken, asada and carnitas for our meat choices. Well the Tuesday before the party the weather says the entire weekend would be hit with severe thunderstorms and heavy rain. We reluctantly postpone. We are those crazy people that decided the party is back on!!!!!! There are so many taco caterings to choose from but upon my search, I realized I had already tried Salsitas from a different party so we ultimately went with them as the food was great. John and Jose reached out swiftly upon my form request on their website. Their communication was great as they always responded in a timely matter and sent a reminder/confirmation a few days prior to the party as well. I made changes to the amount of people a couple days before and they were able to accommodate without any issues. I liked that their texts included the date, arrival time for set up, serve time, address of venue, amount of guests, price, and meat selections. Meats were a bit saltier than I remembered from last time, but overall still great. The two ladies that set up and served the food were very friendly to all guests.
