    Filet mignon, shrimp Lemon drop!

I love Zovs in Tustin off 17th street. The ambience is cozy and trendy. I love the outside inside feel. The dimmed lights and water fountain. The food is fabulous. We always order the lebnaui and the feta dip with warm pita bread . Salad and Peppered Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked, and my lemon drops AMAZING!

Extremely expensive for a lunch menu. We had 3 small plates and no drinks it was $95. Definitely not worth it.

Each combo came with a side salad and the service was great. At Naan & Kabob, you place your order and pay - then they'll either bring out your food or pack it for to go. We also ordered Hummus with naan and everything was devine. The food was amazing and we didn't know why we'd never tried it before! At the end, we had a little bit of hummus left, and we still wanted to take it to go. So when we told the server, he was nice enough to give us a whole new side of hummus to go! Wow! If that's not great service, idk what is! We will definitely be back for more! If you haven't tried this place out, it's def worth a shot! Great food and even better service.

Been coming here for years since they opened but finally got around to writing a review!…read more They have been consistently good since the first time I visited. Stopped by today for some lunch and they didn't disappoint. I only recently saw they have some soup options so I wanted to try one. I got the cajun fish soup and it was so good. A delicious cajun seasoned vegetable broth with a bunch of veggies and some chunks of white fish. You gotta love their salsa bar with so many options! I love their habanero pickled onions. I put them on top of my mahi mahi plate with cauliflower rice, not that it needed them. The sauce they put on top and included with the fish plate was addicting. There's plenty of seating both inside and outside. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They keep the restaurant very clean. Stop by if you haven't yet!

I LOVE greek food, so I had high hopes and well, hopes were very much so highed! Food was delicious for me personally, enjoyed trying their various appetizers and I enjoyed my Chicken Skordalia entree! I had gotten up towards the end of my meal to use the bathroom, I came back out and our table was cleared, saw a to-go box at my spot since I had a lot left on my plate. My heart broke when I got home (didn't bother opening it there, my fault!) when only my chicken was packaged, because I had left rice, green beans, and half of the delicious potato, so I wish everything was packaged (because I take EVERYTHING wherever I go and have leftovers lol!!!! And i was crazy excited to eat this meal again at home lol!) Other than that small heartbreak, everything was MARVELOUS!! The gentleman in the blue button-up was the most attentive, kind person I've ever seen at a restaurant, so thank you SO MUCH for such a great first experience for our big party (minus the birthday couple since they always come here). I wish there was a Christakis closer to me so I can enjoy it wayyyy more, but having it whenever I visit my dear is not an issue either!! Thank you Christakis!!!! This restaurant was PACKED during our Friday night visit, so they are definitely loved by their locals, and service was STELLAR! Food also came out ridiculously fast (in a great way) despite it being a FULL HOUSE and our larger birthday party, Christakis ROCKS!!!

It was Greek easter and also happened to be my mother's 70th birthday. When I called a few weeks prior to make the reservation, knowing it would be Greek Easter, I was worried we wouldn't be able to get a table or that we'd be discouraged from coming in that at day especially because we'd be a bit group and maybe take up a lot of space. Mike could not have been more gracious or accommodating. Early the day of, it started raining and before I could make a call about changing plans (we were set for the outside patio) Mike had already messaged me with THREE other sitting options. He was kind and courteous and had a plan for if it rained or if the rained stopped. He also made a birthday sign for my mom and used a special birthday plate written in greek. Lots of special touches. They even had the greek musician come and play next to my mom while we all sang happy birthday. The place was so beautiful for Easter too. There was sweet bread, red eggs and lamb entree options. The kids liked the greek music and danced after we ate cake (which they allowed us to bring in but if you go you HAVE to get the baklava!). The way Mike and Austin handled our table made us all feel so special. And I could tell by the way they were greeting and talking with guests how much they enjoyed their greek patrons. I also enjoyed just how friendly everyone was and knowing it was Easter there was a connection and family-feel when you were greeted by other guests with Christos Anesti. When we left my husband and I and the kids were already discussing when we'd want to go back because we just had the best time. I can't thank Mike enough for providing such a wonderful Easter and birthday experience. efcharistó polý!

I was greeted with a smile by the gentleman cooking behind the counter and I was able to self seat at the table of my choosing. The person that took my order was very kind and instructed me to grab a beverage from the fridge if I'd like. I ordered a simply chicken and rice plate with a side of their salad. I can't recall the name but it was very tasty, fresh, and delicious. The food came out quickly and tasted amazing, the chicken was cooked to perfection and the rice was flavorful. I enjoy the roasted tomatoes as well as the jalapeno on the side. It brought even more flavor and texture to the meal. Located on 1st in Santa Ana near Tustin, there's a wrought iron fence around the private lot, and the restaurant is open until 9pm most nights. I was surprised nobody was dining in, and except for a woman waiting for her takeout order to be made, I was the only person for most of the visit. I quickly realized the phone rings often, so most business is ordered ahead, with the option to eat there, in the car, or take home. Clearly, for presentation and likely quantity, I recommend eating there. The host is a nice older gentleman who literally does it all, and is so good it hardly seems like he's working. My Shish kabob plate came out faster than expected, and I was almost as impressed with the salad as the saffron rice and actual kabob, which is tender and amazing by the way. Basically, you pick a drink from the refrigerator, and I let him talk me into trying hummus, and appetizer, which ultimately comes with cut flatbread. His take is less creamy than other restaurants, but the flavors are fresh, without garlic. Don't worry, the salad dressing is a fantastic creamy Italian style. All-in-all, I was enjoying every bite and pretty much ate everything, although I preserved some hummus to eat at home. The price was commiserate with the quality, and I suppose I'll try more when I'm around the area.

Items such as bolani, koobideh, and other menu offerings are more commonly associated with Afghan and Persian culinary traditions. Although the menu also includes Mediterranean staples such as falafel, shawarma, and hummus, those dishes seem to represent a smaller portion of the overall selection. The mint lemonade was not very sweet, which is a matter of personal preference. I also found the color unusually vibrant, and after sitting for a while, the drink began to separate, which I found somewhat unexpected. The pizza was disappointing. It reminded me of a typical store-bought pizza, and I have had frozen pizzas that offered better flavor and quality. The beef koobideh and beef kebab were decent and enjoyable, but they did not particularly stand out compared to similar dishes available at other local restaurants. Service was somewhat disappointing during our visit. The hostess/server appeared to be managing a large number of tables on her own and seemed genuinely overwhelmed at times. While the overall service experience was not as attentive as I would have liked, it appeared to be more a matter of staffing or workload than a lack of effort on her part. The highlight of the experience was the patio. It is a pleasant space to relax, enjoy a cup of tea, and spend time outdoors. For me, the atmosphere was stronger than the food itself.
