You're paying for mostly rice, wilted iceberg lettuce and overcooked beef'. Rating 1/10

Today was quite disappointing and I won't be returning based on favoritism, poor food quality. I ordered the beef shawarma plate which I thought would be their signature dish since it's part of their establishment's name. Instead the plate is MOSTLY RICE, has little beef and is so SALTY!!!! *** I also noticed there's favoritism *** They pick and choose who gets more protein portions and better quality. Please keep that in mind ... it's dependent on your background. ***** It was difficult to swallow. They don't offer any complimentary water so you have to buy their beverages or drink from the faucet. Also, the line inside was confusing. People just standing around the cashier area without any order. There were a few rude customers and management doesn't do anything. A short mailman waiting told me that he was here first and the line starts to his left. After picking up her order, a girl in her 20's turns around from the front and insists on walking where I'm waiting for my order to be taken. I'm waiting between 2 tables and there's no room for me to move in front or at the sides. She wants me to move backwards to let her through and meanwhile she can go left or right of me around the tables. I don't recommend coming here. There are much better choices elsewhere.

Shawarma house. I loved it. Got two wraps. 1 chicken and 1 beef. 11 dollars each. Filled with a lot of protein. Lots of pickles. Toasted. With the sauce. So good. Not greasy. Very flavorful. 3 extra bucks got me some fries. I'll be back to try the combos. And sides

Honestly this is my new favorite Mediterranean spot! I ordered the chicken kabob plate to share with my partner. It was more than enough food for us to enjoy a lighter lunch. Be hungry if you're ordering two plates! I think the establishment prefers that you order on the screen so that they can focus on getting out the orders fast. The food tasted great. I really loved that the salad wasn't plain. It had a great flavor, as did the chicken, rice and hummus. Staff is super friendly. They knew we were sharing and offered us 2 sauces. There is plenty of seating indoors and the outdoor area has a nice patio. The tables were all kept really clean. Overall, it's a really great place, and we will definitely be coming back to try some of their other stuff.

We had Jerusalem Roastery in mind for dessert and this place is the ultimate partner for the entree, three doors down. Bit dark inside but still, clean enough and plenty of seats available. Our falafel and chicken wraps were nice and well packed in, meaning very little chance to spill the contents over your outfit. Fries that accompanied the order, were crispy on the outside but a but mush on the inside. Good flavors though. Yoghurt and pepper sauces were on point and the yoghurt was actually thick and flavorful. Our sodas were definitely middle-eastern but matched the food well. Service was on point as well, no complaint on that point. Price wise, in there with everybody else which makes a regular visit prohibitive but from time to time a nice reason to eat out.

This is our go-to spot for Mediterranean. The menu is pretty standard: gyro, kofta, falafel, etc. BUT the flavor is amazing. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Even my kids love everything from the beef kebabs to the kofta. Lately, I've been getting the shawarma wrap. It's a good deal and nice sized meal. Also, hands down the best hummus ever. My kids devour it. They've done some keep with the decor and renovations. It's a nice spot for a quick dinner. Even sitting outdoors is not bad because it's walled off from the street. The service is standard. They're friendly but also to the point and get orders out.

Discovered Shawarma House while staying at the Great Wolf Lodge, and with Yelps high reviews, we had to stop by. There is a standing tablet by the door to place your order, but you can also place your order by the register, especially if there is no line. Beware of using the Kiosk, I noticed on my receipt that there is a Kiosk charge (first time I have heard of this)! Ordered the Beef Shawarma Plate, Cheese Sambousek, Baklava for dine in; and a Large Rice to go. For what we ordered, it was plenty, servings for 2 people. The plate included, salad, pita bread and hummus along with beef shawarma shavings and yellow rice. Food was good, prices are reasonable. There was a constant flow of customer, validating how good their food is! Unlike other Shawarma/Mediterranean Restaurants I have been too, they do not provide complementary Tea. Establishment was clean, friendly staff, lots of parking. Stop by if ever you are staying at the Great Wolf Lodge, just don't use the Kiosk if it is not busy.

Shawarma House is our go-to lunch spot at work and it never disappoints. My coworkers and I order the family deals all the time, and it's honestly the best way to feed a group -- tons of food, great variety, and everything is always fresh and flavorful. The main dishes are solid, but the real stars for me are the sides. Their garlic sauce is SO good -- creamy, bold, and basically addictive. I could put it on everything. And the babaganoush is amazing too, super smoky and smooth with that perfect homemade taste. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and it's always a crowd-pleaser when we order. If you're feeding a group or just craving really good Mediterranean food, this place is a must.

Past by this place and decided to try it. Staff move pretty fast making it a great place when you just want to grab a quick bite to eat. Chicken shawarma - they toast the wrap so it's crispy on the outside and on the smaller side. Think burrito that comes with side of chili and yogurt tzatziki like sauce. Chicken kabob - tender chicken with a side of salad, humus and rice. Really good chicken! Both items were good! Parking was not a problem. We did have to wait a while for our food (5-10 minutes).

The falafel here is absolutely tasty and very filling. My go to place for excellent Mediterranean food. The pita bread and hummus is incredibly delicious. The hubby prefers the beef shawarma, but has tried all the different meat options with good reviews. We've had this little gem on our rotation since a good friend introduced us last year. You can't go wrong with a wrap or an entree, order extra pickles for a satisfying crunch. Order ahead for a quick and easy pickup or dine in to enjoy piping hot. Enjoy! There's plenty of seating in the casual dining room and parking is accessible.

Shawarma House provided catering for our office dinner/evening meeting - the food is phenomenal! I've actually never heard of them prior to the catering - was surprised they weren't too far of a drive from work, so will probably find myself checking them out in the near future. Our delivery driver got lost - understandable when delivering to a hospital campus - but everything was so well packaged, that the food was fresh and hot even after the initial mishap. We placed three orders of the #5 family meal - 15 Skewers Mixed Grill Kabob - (5 chicken kabob / 5 beef kabob / 5 kofta kabob) - which also came with trays of hummus, baba ganoush, salad, rice, pita bread, tahini, garlic, and spicy sauce. They were nice enough to serve everything in well packaged containers, proteins off the kabob skewer. Total including delivery fee, tax, and driver tip was $485. The beef kofta was great - perfectly portioned, juicy and full of flavor. The chicken pieces were boneless, tender, juicy, and also delicious. Hands down - my favorite bites were the beef/filet mignon cubes. They were grilled just right - I think Medium/Medium-Well - perfect flavoring, tender bite, well seasoned. The rice, salad, hummus, and other garnishments were great and complemented the meal quite well. The portions were huge - even after a second helping, by the end of the meeting, there were plenty of leftovers which I happily helped myself to.

I've ordered both through DoorDash and eaten there in person, so I can confirm that these people have mastered the art of delivery. My food always arrives in perfect condition, which is rare these days (looking at you, mystery-soggy-bag places). The Premium Mix Grill is my personal heavyweight champion. The chicken? Smoky perfection. The lamb and beef? Tender flavor explosions. The rice is so good and crazy seasoned thay just screams perfection That plate is massive..like "two-day meal prep" big... unless I'm in my "gains" era, then it's a one-day celebration of pure protein and joy. Dining in? It's always buzzing and for good reason. Total vibe. They didn't skimp when I asked for hot sauce either (bonus points for generosity). Could it be spicier? Sure. But the tahini and cucumber yogurt sauce cools everything down just right like the chill friend who keeps you balanced after a wild night out Pro tip: grab an extra pack of pita bread. It's soft, warm, and dangerously easy to demolish in one sitting.

This place is a hidden gem! The most amazing small business with delicious, authentic cuisine! I always get their chicken kabob plate. The portion is huge and justifies the price! I usually get two meals out of one plate! Meat is tender, juicy and fresh! Highly recommend trying if you're in the area OR come down just for it! You won't be disappointed!!

YUM!! This food is delicious! I arrived and ordered my chicken shawarma wrap on the kiosk. Shortly after, they called my order. The team there was working hard and were courteous. When I got to my food, I intended on eating half then and half later. But this thing was SO good... I ended up eating the whole thing. Boy oh boy was I stuffed, but it was so worth it! Delicious!!!! The meat is not only flavorful and moist, but the rap is super full of meat! Everywhere else I've went is skimpy on meat. But not here. I loved it so much, I went back the next day for another one.

I did see that the other pictures had drummies but I had all flats but I was a happy camper since I'm totally a flats girls. The wings were all naked wings with crispy skin and really tender and juicy inside. I really appreciated the sides of pickled daikon and Serrano peppers to go along with the wings. The little potatoes that came with the wings were a nice surprise and were decent. I also got a side of macaroni which was just okay. I wasn't sure if the ham were onions at first cause I tasted no hint of saltiness. My favorite sauce was the mango habanero which I dipped with the ranch. It was so good and even better than other local wing spots with the same flavors. I highly recommend coming for the wings!

I found the chicken to be good relative to all fried chicken, but average/ok in relation to KFC around the SoCal area. Furai Chicken-Irvine appeared on the 15 essential Korean restaurants in Eater for Orange County, so made a note of it if I was ever nearby any of their locations. So after picking up some great kimchi from the close-by Seoul Do Soon Yi, we stopped by for carry-out around lunchtime. It's a fast food set-up, ordering/paying first and then taking it back to your table or carrying it out. The two page menu consisted of chicken, sandwiches, and sides. They do offer alcohol, both draft and bottled. It was empty when I got in, but the ringing of the doorbell let the front-of-house to come to the front. The cashier was helpful, answering my questions. The meal was for three, so got a Half&Half ($31.98) with Original Furai Chicken (comes with one sauce) and Soy Garlic. Added an order of beer-battered fries ($5.98)...which turned out to be a decent amount of really thick sidewinder fries. It took about 20 minutes for the made-to-order to be prepared, and it was packaged so the steam could be released. KFC has 10 pieces for a whole bone-in chicken, which I prefer since the large breast piece gets broken into two. The original is meant to be dipped in the accompanying sweet/spicy, which I really liked: not hot at all but still maintained that sweet/spicy flavor of a good Jang. The soy-garlic was lightly sauced, maybe trying to maintain that crunchiness. But it certainly didn't have the crazy crunch that really good KFC has, even when not eaten right away. It also came with small ramekins of peppers and pickled radish (which strangely were a bit mushy). With the fries, it was enough for the three of us for lunch, but for me, nothing really stood out to make me want to choose it vs the many other choices for Asian-inspired fried chicken in my area.

The exact address is provided with your order! The owner, Aamir, was very friendly and professional when I picked up my food and the burgers were packaged very neatly in separate boxes. I ordered two smash burgers that included three patties each, which cost $15 per burger. They included caramelized onions and jalapenos, which were a delightful surprise. The patties were a little salty, but upon reading the other reviews, I see that the owner pre-marinates the patty meat. The prices were also steep for just the burger, and I thought my order would come with fries on the side, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the food. All in all, I would return for future orders and would love to see them open a brick-and-mortar restaurant someday, ideally in Garden Grove still. 10/10 rating and five stars all around for a seamless ordering experience, delicious food, and timeless customer service.

The burger itself was massive, with one being more than enough to feed a hungry person. After talking to the owner, he mentioned he pre-marinates his meat, so that could be the reason why the taste was a little salty for us. The sauce is awesome and complimentary, so when ordering, if you don't plan on eating the burger right away, to prevent sogginess, ask for extra on the side.
