We came to the store late afternoon to grab lunch. There were lots of parking lots available right in front of the store. It was self served, as customers had to put in their own order at the register and pick up their order from the counter. For dining they had both indoor and outdoor seating area. We ordered a mixed shawarma platter and a grilled shrimp platter. It took them about 15 minutes to prepare both dishes. They were served in container boxes. Both platter came with hummus, lettuce, yellow rice and pita bread. Quantity of meat was good. Grilled shrimp was good, but the chicken seemed less flavorful. Both shawarma meats were overcooked and dry. I wasn't fond of the taste of yellow rice either. The staff members mostly stayed behind the counter, working on preparing the orders. I didn't see them wiping the tables after customers were leaving.
This is one of the best places I've eaten. There was a point when I first sat down I thought of taking pictures but the moment my mouth tore a bite out of their pita I forgot all about taking pictures. They say the camera eats first but not here. Since I started with the pita let's talk about it. The pita here was the best pita I've ever had. They grill it and it tastes like they make it in house. The grill leaves a slightly crisp taste around the grill marks whilst the pillowy, soft texture almost melts in your mouth. When I combined it with their hummus I genuinely forgot about everything else on the plate. I am a carnivore firstly, but I couldn't believe my mind couldn't even see past the pita. When I did bite into the mixed shawarma meats of chicken and beef I could taste the crisp char of the meat with the deeply savory flavors of interior. It was phenomenal. I can't describe it correctly. Imagine the best version of something you've only casually enjoyed now becoming a flavor that becomes so integral to your tastes. I don't think I've ever had shawarma quite like this and it's a flavor I want to try again and again. I have no qualms about saying this: I hope I find myself back in this area once more so I can have an excuse to eat here once more. If you enjoy deeply favorable tastes with highly pleasurable textures I highly recommend you eat at Shawarma House.
I LOVE this restaurant! The food we have get us always delicious, hot and fresh. Tonight I ordered the Kufta and it was as food as I had hoped! My sister for the mixed plate with chicken and beef and the other sister got the salad. The service was quick and efficient and friendly. The restaurant itself is humble and clean. They do not offer water cups, so you have to buy a beverage OR bring your own water in. Overall a great eating experience.
Faster than McDonald's! Visited my 3rd time on 8-26-26, a sweltering hot day. The A/C was cranked up and cool - whew. The combo plate of lamb/ chicken is good. This is NO nonsense Halal- a good size dish with salad, lots of rice pita and plenty of meat. I like the large plastic covered tray/ you easily take leftovers home and easily reheat. Service fast, they called my name after I barely popped the soda. So Come here... AND it's faster, and better... then McDonald's which is right across Harbor!
Really enjoyed Shawarma House. The shawarma was packed with meat, fresh, flavorful, and grilled perfectly on the outside. Good portions too, definitely not one of those wraps where you're searching for the filling . The fries came out hot and crispy, everything tasted fresh, and the sauces went really well with the food. I also liked the atmosphere. It's clean, casual, and a good place to sit down with friends or coworkers for lunch. Great service!!! Definitely coming back. If you're craving a solid shawarma, this place is worth checking out.
Ordered on Uber Eats. Packaged well. I got the mix grill so it came with both chicken and steak kabob, rice, salad, hummus, pita and sides of two sauces. Everything was delicious! The chicken was moist and soft!

Amazing shawarma place, one of the best in OC, they have Chicken Shawarma, beef shawarma, falafel, humus, salad, fries and soft drinks. I recommend Chicken Shawarma meal Arabic style, it's the same as the wraps the only difference is they cut it into smaller pieces as in the photo.
Easily the best shawerma I've had in California, especially the beef. It was generously stuffed with juicy tender meats, tahini, pickles, onions and tomatoes. Portions are generous, and prices are very reasonable. The chicken was delicious - you seasoned very well and complimented with garlic spread, which was authentic and not watered down. Modestly decorated with Palestinian ornaments adorning the walls, and a nice outdoor patio.
This is our go-to spot for Mediterranean. The menu is pretty standard: gyro, kofta, falafel, etc. BUT the flavor is amazing. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Even my kids love everything from the beef kebabs to the kofta. Lately, I've been getting the shawarma wrap. It's a good deal and nice sized meal. Also, hands down the best hummus ever. My kids devour it. They've done some keep with the decor and renovations. It's a nice spot for a quick dinner. Even sitting outdoors is not bad because it's walled off from the street. The service is standard. They're friendly but also to the point and get orders out.

There is a standing tablet by the door to place your order, but you can also place your order by the register, especially if there is no line. Beware of using the Kiosk, I noticed on my receipt that there is a Kiosk charge (first time I have heard of this)! Ordered the Beef Shawarma Plate, Cheese Sambousek, Baklava for dine in; and a Large Rice to go. For what we ordered, it was plenty, servings for 2 people. The plate included, salad, pita bread and hummus along with beef shawarma shavings and yellow rice. Food was good, prices are reasonable. There was a constant flow of customer, validating how good their food is! Unlike other Shawarma/Mediterranean Restaurants I have been too, they do not provide complementary Tea. Establishment was clean, friendly staff, lots of parking. Stop by if ever you are staying at the Great Wolf Lodge, just don't use the Kiosk if it is not busy.

And the babaganoush is amazing too, super smoky and smooth with that perfect homemade taste. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and it's always a crowd-pleaser when we order. If you're feeding a group or just craving really good Mediterranean food, this place is a must.

If you can't decide between getting the beef or the mixed wrap, pick the mixed one. Between the two, the mixed wrap was better as the chicken made the wrap taste less dry. They do not offer free water, you have to buy their bottle water from the fridge. There's indoor and outdoor seating. read more

Tried the mixed chicken and beef shawarma and it was delicious--perfectly seasoned, juicy slices with great char. The rice arrived hot and full of flavor, the side salad crisp and bright, and the hummus was creamy and incredible (I could eat a tub of it). Shawarma House provided catering for our office dinner/evening meeting - the food is phenomenal! I've actually never heard of them prior to the catering - was surprised they weren't too far of a drive from work, so will probably find myself checking them out in the near future. Our delivery driver got lost - understandable when delivering to a hospital campus - but everything was so well packaged, that the food was fresh and hot even after the initial mishap. We placed three orders of the #5 family meal - 15 Skewers Mixed Grill Kabob - (5 chicken kabob / 5 beef kabob / 5 kofta kabob) - which also came with trays of hummus, baba ganoush, salad, rice, pita bread, tahini, garlic, and spicy sauce. They were nice enough to serve everything in well packaged containers, proteins off the kabob skewer. Total including delivery fee, tax, and driver tip was $485. The beef kofta was great - perfectly portioned, juicy and full of flavor. The chicken pieces were boneless, tender, juicy, and also delicious. Hands down - my favorite bites were the beef/filet mignon cubes. They were grilled just right - I think Medium/Medium-Well - perfect flavoring, tender bite, well seasoned. The rice, salad, hummus, and other garnishments were great and complemented the meal quite well. The portions were huge - even after a second helping, by the end of the meeting, there were plenty of leftovers which I happily helped myself to. read more

The rice is so good and crazy seasoned thay just screams perfection That plate is massive..like "two-day meal prep" big... unless I'm in my "gains" era, then it's a one-day celebration of pure protein and joy. Honestly this is my new favorite Mediterranean spot! I ordered the chicken kabob plate to share with my partner. It was more than enough food for us to enjoy a lighter lunch. Be hungry if you're ordering two plates! I think the establishment prefers that you order on the screen so that they can focus on getting out the orders fast. The food tasted great. I really loved that the salad wasn't plain. It had a great flavor, as did the chicken, rice and hummus. Staff is super friendly. They knew we were sharing and offered us 2 sauces. There is plenty of seating indoors and the outdoor area has a nice patio. The tables were all kept really clean. Overall, it's a really great place, and we will definitely be coming back to try some of their other stuff. read more
We had Jerusalem Roastery in mind for dessert and this place is the ultimate partner for the entree, three doors down. Bit dark inside but still, clean enough and plenty of seats available. Our falafel and chicken wraps were nice and well packed in, meaning very little chance to spill the contents over your outfit. Fries that accompanied the order, were crispy on the outside but a but mush on the inside. Good flavors though. Yoghurt and pepper sauces were on point and the yoghurt was actually thick and flavorful. Our sodas were definitely middle-eastern but matched the food well. Service was on point as well, no complaint on that point. Price wise, in there with everybody else which makes a regular visit prohibitive but from time to time a nice reason to eat out. read more

YUM!! This food is delicious! I arrived and ordered my chicken shawarma wrap on the kiosk. Shortly after, they called my order. The team there was working hard and were courteous. When I got to my food, I intended on eating half then and half later. But this thing was SO good... I ended up eating the whole thing. Boy oh boy was I stuffed, but it was so worth it! Delicious!!!! The meat is not only flavorful and moist, but the rap is super full of meat! Everywhere else I've went is skimpy on meat. But not here. I loved it so much, I went back the next day for another one. read more

We ended up sharing a premium mixed plate and an appetizer, and two of us left completely full. Beef Sambousek - This was amazing. Super crispy shells, not oily at all, and packed with flavor. This place is a hidden gem! The most amazing small business with delicious, authentic cuisine! I always get their chicken kabob plate. The portion is huge and justifies the price! I usually get two meals out of one plate! Meat is tender, juicy and fresh! Highly recommend trying if you're in the area OR come down just for it! You won't be disappointed!! read more

Been Here twice both time the meat was overcooked hard as a rock. This time the side of tabuli which was 10$ was spoiled. I think they have lost sight of quality and freshness read more

I tried the falafel wrap which is their falafel, hummus, greens and pickled turnips in a soft and chewy pita. I really liked the texture of the pita! The inside of wrap was nothing special to me. It comes with a side of fries. They're on the thicker side (a bit too potato-y for me) but they're seasoned well. It's a pretty good deal for the price and I even was able to save half of my wrap for another meal. The only thing I may come back for is to try their salmon plate. Food comes out in a decent time and the staff are kind and easy-going! read more
I celebrated my husband birthday at shawarma house it was great customer service from Kaled and Nouh we were party of 10 people I ordered kebab , shawarma and falafel family meal then Nouh took my orders and he delivered the food piping hot delicious and fresh all my friends and husband was very impressed happy with big portions and extra sides I totally recommend this restaurant great service excellent food great and yummy read more
The falafel here is absolutely tasty and very filling. My go to place for excellent Mediterranean food. The pita bread and hummus is incredibly delicious. The hubby prefers the beef shawarma, but has tried all the different meat options with good reviews. We've had this little gem on our rotation since a good friend introduced us last year. You can't go wrong with a wrap or an entree, order extra pickles for a satisfying crunch. Order ahead for a quick and easy pickup or dine in to enjoy piping hot. Enjoy! Overall it wasn't bad here, I just think the fries were a miss. The portions are huge though, definitely had enough for multiple meals. It wasn't quite as good as I expected from the reviews, but it's decent for the amount of food you get and that rice! Premium Mixed Grill Plate -- 3/5 I liked the chicken the best out of the three. The beef kebab just tasted like regular ground beef to me and the lamb was overdone, which was a bummer. But the rice? Amazing. It was so fluffy and flowery. I would come back just for that rice. Shawarma Loaded Fries -- 2/5 I probably should have skipped these and just gotten another plate. It was kind of a sticky mess and the combo just didn't really work. You get a great portion of beef shawarma, but the raw onion, shredded cheese, and pickle slices felt like a really unusual combination. I usually love pickles in my Mediterranean food, but this just wasn't it for me. read more

You can eat good HALAL Shawarma here! They are very busy and the store is crowded...Full inside and outside! The service was great. Today we ordered: * 2 × Beef Shawarma Wrap: $22.00 * Add Fries : $6.00 * Grape Leaves : $7.00 * Kuba (3) : $7.00 * 2 × $3 Drink(ayran) : $6.00 Subtotal: $48.00 Tax: $4.22 Tip: $9.60 Total: $61.82 Kuba was so delicious! The grape leaves was ok but it's understandable because its nit a season to get fresh leaves so im not fan of conserved leaves but the taste overall was ok...The bread if beef shawarma was so good and the sauce!!!! Yummmmm...Forsure, take their mint yogurt drink with Shawarma! I enjoyed this place and i suggest to everyone! There is also plenty of parking spots outside but its busy! read more
