Habibi Time is a solid 8/10 for me. It was our first time checking it out after seeing it on IG. The food itself is very tasty and customer service is great. It's hard to mess up shawarma. My favorite was the crispy beef shawarma wrap- highly recommend you get it crispy. Slather some garlic butter on it and bon apetit. I have to remove a star because I think it's extremely overpriced for what it is. Nonetheless, I am a huge shawarma fan and there's not much of it (if any?) in the area. I didn't see that option listed, so I made sure they pressed it. Wow, that was AMAZING! Having it crispy on the outside was a nice touch, which contrasted from the soft texture inside. The chicken was very tender and full of flavor. It's has garlic sauce, but not a lot, so it may be worth asking for some on the side if you prefer it more saucy. Also, the wrap is on the smaller side, so maybe not the best option if you're hungry. We also ordered the loaded fries with beef to share among our group of 4. It was really filling! The beef was very tender, and the fries held up well under the toppings without getting soggy. I also liked the added crunch from the onions and cabbage. Wow, this place was SO good -- I'm already planning my next visit! I went with my kids and we ordered a beef shawarma plate with double salad instead of rice, a chicken shawarma wrap made the classic way, and another chicken shawarma wrap made CRISPY. I kept saying..."I should have got the fries!" I watched orders of fries coming and out and they looked amazing. The portion sizes were incredibly generous -- when the food arrived, my first thought was that someone had brought me an actual mountain of shawarma! The food was delicious and the sauces were great. I'm always a fan of garlic toum, but they also had a spicy-ish red and a green sauce that I loved. There were a couple of other sauces I didn't get to try yet -- definitely a reason to go back. I will say that the service was decent. Not overly helpful but not rude or anything like that. The biggest issue I had here was they played EDM or club music incredibly loud in here. Not just that but it was actually the same song over and over on repeat. My girlfriend and I were there for about a half hour or so and it was literally the same song over and over and over. I recently ordered a Crispy Beef Shawarma and when I arrived, I was given a regular Beef Shawarma instead. The cashier was extremely kind, professional, and accommodating. She apologized and did her best to resolve the issue, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the cook was completely different. When the cashier asked if my order could be remade correctly, he seemed very reluctant and insisted on simply adding fries and crisping the edges of the original wrap. I explained that I wanted the item I had actually ordered and paid for, and even showed my receipt. Instead of taking the concern seriously, he laughed, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. A replacement was eventually made, but it still wasn't prepared correctly. By the time I realized it, I had already driven back to my office. The food itself can be great, which is why I ordered it again, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service and handling order mistakes. It came with fries as well and they were nice enough to give me a medley of sauces with that. My personal favorite was the classic tzaziki and the green one (forgot the name of it). It just went great with the fries as well as the bites even if you put a little bit of both. The chicken tastes good and was packed with flavor.
