Came back to the restaurant and had above 5 star experience. Staff were super kind and food was so fresh and so delicious. We came on a Sunday afternoon and there was a line to order but still very easy to find a place to sit. The manager, Ellie, was working the register and she was absolutely sweet and above and beyond friendly. We got: ~ Chicken Alfredo pasta ~ still my favorite chicken Alfredo pasta! Tastes more savory and cheesy than other Alfredo's I've had. It comes with cheesy garlic bread which is delicious. Highly recommend ~ American breakfast ~ very beautifully played and comes with a great variety of food ~ Matcha latte ~ Mango pastry ~ hard chocolate exterior with mango crème and a jelly/jam filling. Would highly recommend this, tasted like fresh mangos and so delicious read more

Pretty cute cafe spot in the District! I've been eying this place for a while because it's cute. The ambiance is truly great - very cute place to catch up with a friend. ITEMS I TRIED: - Santa Ana Omelette: pretty decent though I didn't love the sausage portion of it. The potatoes were nice and crisp. It comes with a good portion of avocado as well. Really loved the melted cheese that brought everything together. - Latte: with oat milk, loved the latte art! Pretty standard drink. PARKING: decent parking around the District though can get busy. SERVICE: thought it would be slow because they seemed overwhelmed and short staffed. However, food and drinks came out very fast. PRICE: decently priced, it was about $6.50 for the latte and $16 for the omelette. Overall, I was not blown away by the food, though it is decent. However, the ambiance is really cute and it's a great place to catch up and vibe with a friend. read more

Such a cute brunch spot in Tustin! The atmosphere is calm, cozy, and so aesthetically pleasing. It's the kind of place that's perfect for a brunch date, catching up with friends, or even enjoying a relaxing solo day. We started with the Classic Mezze, and I really loved the tomato dip. It was fresh, bright, and flavorful with a nice balance of sweetness and acidity. It paired so well with the warm pita and was a great appetizer to share. The Santa Ana Omelette was definitely my favorite and something I'd highly recommend! The melted cheese was so gooey, and the fresh pico de gallo added the perfect pop of flavor. Every bite was creamy, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. My friend ordered the French Platter, and it looked so beautiful on the table. The pastries were buttery, flaky, and definitely on the richer side, making them perfect to enjoy with coffee. The Utopia Latte was sooo good! It had delicate floral notes, and the white chocolate sauce added just the right touch of sweetness. It was smooth, fragrant, and such a unique latte. The Strawberry Salad was light, crisp, and super refreshing, especially alongside the richer dishes. For dessert, the Pistachio Baklava was the perfect finish. Crispy, nutty, and just the right amount of sweetness. If you're looking for a beautiful spot for a brunch date, a coffee catch-up, or simply a peaceful place to unwind, this is definitely worth checking out. The food is delicious, the presentation is beautiful, and the whole vibe makes it such an enjoyable place to spend a slow afternoon. read more

I don't mean to sound like a cliché, but this is definitely a hidden gem! Absolutely loved brunch here and can't believe this was barely my first time! everything we ordered was pretty good, but my favorite definitely had to be the crispy feta rolls and the menemen! Of course the cacio e pepe was delicious, but if i had to go for only one thing, it has to be the French breakfast platter. I obviously needed a coffee too, so I got the utopia latte which was topped with rose and pistachios and it was literally a dream. We ended up sitting outside because it was such a beautiful day and the patio is a perfect cozy spot to enjoy the day. Definitely can't wait to go back and bring friends! read more

A nice spot for a quick breakfast or lunch with a good selection of healthier options. The restaurant has a Middle Eastern-inspired vibe with both indoor and outdoor seating, and the service was friendly and efficient. Parking is in The District rather than directly in front of the restaurant, so you'll need to park and walk into the complex. As for the food, it was just okay for me. The salads were decent, but the chicken and omelet weren't particularly memorable. The bread was a little too oily, while the toast was harder than I prefer. Some of my friends really loved their meals, though, so it may just come down to personal taste. Overall, convenient for a casual, quick meal with plenty of healthy choices, but the food itself was so-so for me. read more

I came to Tustin for a work trip and stumbled across this place for a quick pick me up during my break! My order was taken and the staff attentively sat me with a very cute table number. My order came out between 5 to 10 minutes later! I really enjoyed my iced latte, and sandwich that sat comfortably in my stomach! If this shop was closer, I'd definitely be a regular. Thank you so much! read more

It is an American version of a European cafe. The color is bolder and there was music over a speaker system. The portions of the food are also Americanized. It was HUGE! Great selection and variety to satisfy everyone's palate. Our favorites were the mushroom soup, potatoes, chicken Alfredo, and lattes. The service was very good. The staff were friendly and the food came out quick. Sat outside for our party of 5. The AC wasn't working inside and there are only smaller tables. read more

Had breakfast with my husband and we both had omelettes. We sat outside. I had orange juice and the florentine breakfast plate. The soujouk sausages were unique. I liked the sauce on the side and had to ask for extra. My husband ordered additional fruit and it was given in a really small cup. It was pretty busy and service was okay. read more

This is a chic, european themed cafe. The staff is nice and they have a bakery section as well as options for hot dishes. We started with a strawberry avocado salad, and got a cacio e pepe for our main. Got walnut baklava for dessert. Cacio e Pepe- This was an interesting twist on cacio e pepe. It has mushrooms, a cheese base, finished with a crispy cheese lace and served with a slice of garlic bread. The flavor was decent but the pasta was on the dry side. Strawberry Avocado Salad- The salad was served fresh with a generous amount of greens and sliced strawberries. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. Walnut Baklava- I was not a fan of this one sadly. The pastry was soggy but it was a sweet treat at the end of the meal. Some improvements could be made on food items but the experience was good overall. read more

POV: you went to Utopia European Caffe for "just coffee" and somehow left with a full brunch, dessert, and 200 photos for Instagram. This Tustin café is seriously so cute -- cozy European vibes, pretty drinks, and food that makes you want to order "one of everything." The chicken fettuccine Alfredo is rich and flavorful, the bolognese is dangerous in the best way, and the Utopia Latte with rose petals and pistachios? Basically the main character of the table. Honestly, this is the type of place where you say "let's keep it simple" and end up staying for two hours gossiping over Turkish coffee. 10/10 brunch behavior. read more

Place is on District St which is conveniently very close to the parking lot, and ease of access. Place is big with 10+ tables on the covered patio and few tables inside. Tables inside for two is a bit small but that is the European way. Service was decent, but weird they bring out the meals separately for your table. Also weird but this one I like, is you can order pasta at 9:30am!! Iced Matcha Latte (sweet) was really good, and not bitter tasting. 5/5 French breakfast platter was good. The croissant a bit dry but not made in house, definitely store bought. French fries had great seasoning. Brussels were a bit uncooked for me, but the spread of food and sauces/dips were a great touch. 4/5 read more

This cafe was pleasant for a lunch date. The table space inside is a bit limited but we grabbed a spot on their nice patio. Would've been nicer had it not been so hot outside, but that's not their fault. We enjoyed the food. Wife thought the pancakes were really well done. The bolognese was good but felt lacking something that would give it more flavor. The feta and tzatziki taquitos were an interesting combo and I liked them. Not a bad choice if you're in The District area and looking for a place to sit down. read more

I really liked the fried brussels was really good, the chicken alfredo was pretty good as well. the hummus was sooo good! read more

Lovely Turkish/Mediterranean cafe. For coffee, I've enjoyed their strong Turkish or a rose pistachio latte, which is more delicious than caffeinated. The classic menemen is perfect for breakfast or lunch, ordered it delivery to my work for lunch nearby. My boyfriend and I also love the paninis - my favorites are the veggie and the tuna melt. Great for takeout, delivery and for dine-in. Super cute for brunch, very reasonable prices for large portions, everything comes out quickly and the service has always been a nice experience. read more

Aesthetically pleasing restaurant and food presentation! They offer both inside and outside seating. We chose outside on this beautiful day, and they have a massive patio roof to cover guests from the weather. The food was so delicious! I got a light nutella french toast, and it was super generous with the nutella spread, and the berries were fresh and crunchy. We also got their brussel sprouts and I loved it! Perfectly flavored and paired well with the tzatziki sauce. The waiters were nice and was consistent in prebussing our table and checking to see if we were okay. read more

Cute little European cafe located in The District in Tustin. They have both indoor seating and an outdoor covered patio area. This spot has great brunch vibes, but you can also go for dinner as well. You can also order their breakfast items all day! Order at the register, and they'll give you a number to put on your table. Someone will bring out your food to you when it's ready. I like that they have Turkish speciality dishes like the Classic Menemen and Housemade Manti. These were my favorite! The Classic Menemen has eggs, butter, garlic, herbs, bell pepper, and tomato, served with baguette slices. I don't see Manti Turkish Dumplings at restaurants too often, so when I saw this on the menu, I had to try it. It did not disappoint! These dumplings are stuffed with minced beef in a tomato sauce with yogurt. So yummy! I also like that they have a variety of breakfast platters, including a French, Mediterranean, English, and American-style platter. I got the French Breakfast Platter that includes eggs, home-fried potatoes, soujouk sausage, croissant, sauteed Brussels sprouts, and brie. On the side, you get fresh fruit, jam, and butter. Very filling! The Baby Arugula Salad was colorful and refreshing! It has feta cheese, walnuts, cherry tomato, and sun dried tomato with a lemon vinaigrette and black pepper garnish. If you're looking for something lighter but filling, would definitely recommend this salad! For a side, the Fried Cauliflower is a great option. It's served with a tzatziki sauce on the side. If you like Turkish coffee, they have it here! It's even served with a piece of Turkish Delight. read more

I had such a good experience at Utopia! I went with the French breakfast platter and loved having so many different things to try on one plate (highly recommend!!!) Everything was genuinely so good, and the chicken pesto sandwich was another favorite. I will come back and try another one of their different breakfast platters. It's such a cool idea! The café is beautiful and relaxing, and the pastry case alone will make you want to stay for something sweet! read more

Had a great experience here. Almost everything we ordered was delicious and thoughtfully put together. I had the Bolognese. The spaghetti was cooked perfectly with the rich, savory meat sauce. BF had the Breakfast Sandwich - grilled salami paired with the melted five-cheese blend, scrambled eggs, and their utopia sauce, inside a ciabatta. He wasn't a fan; said it was kinda greasy. I did really like the potato wedges that came with it. Super crispy and perfectly seasoned. For drinks, the Utopian Latte was yummy. The combination of espresso, white chocolate, and rosewater was unique but really well balanced - not too sweet, with a subtle floral note. The whipped cream, rose petals, and pistachio on top made it feel extra special. And the Pistachio Éclair was the perfect way to end the meal - light, airy pastry filled with a creamy pistachio filling, with just the right amount of sweetness and a nice nutty finish. Overall, everything felt elevated but still comforting. I'd definitely come back. read more

This little cafe is quaint and open early on the weekends. All other food places don't open until later so they have my money. There is the option to order at the counter for take out and to be seated and get served. The staff this morning were friendly. The place was about half full when I arrived a little after 9:00 am and people were still coming in. We love their Pomegranate Blossom Refresher drink. Not too tart and not too sweet. It's perfect! We have yet to try their Pome-Nade (aka pomegranate lemonade). The chocolate croissant I ordered was like their take on a Dubai chocolate croissant. It was heated up and drizzled with chocolate and crushed pistachios. The female employee mentioned she would be putting chocolate in the croissant after it gets heated but there was none, just chocolate on the top. I want to come back and try more of their food. They have items like breakfast plates, omelettes, gelato, pasta, and salads, in addition to pastries and desserts. They also have one retail wall with a lot of tea sets, coffee, tea, and candies. read more

Went here for brunch after costco run. The food is a typical brunch but had a good different options order the French which comes with a croissant, potatoes, eggs, fruits, Brussels sprouts and sausage. Food was delicious and good flavoring but the only thing that kinda didnt sit well was the sausage and the fruits were very bland. The matcha latte tasted really nice it kinda had a hint of starbucks matcha. The bussers/servers were very nice and had a positive attitude and very attentive with any needs. I really like how they have a patio area that you can eat in and bring your dog as well! read more

Wow! I'm truly impressed! What did we order? Rose Lemonade, Pomegranate ? (Not the refresher), Utopia Latte, Utopia Yogurt, Kibbeh, side of potato wedges, omelet without cheese or sauce. Also took home 3 boxes of Turkish delight and one can of pomegranate powder. Everything was delicious and well thought out. I almost had a complaint about the Utopia Yogurt, but I had to change my mind about this in the end. The parfait came topped with apricots, fresh strawberries, nuts, and granola, maybe more. I didn't think it was sweet enough to cover the tartness of the homemade yogurt. Silly me, there was a fine later of sweet preserves right at the bottom. Wow! Incredible once I found it. It was completely my fault. I normally don't mix all my ingredients together. It seemed to be freshly made from fresh fruit and sweetener and not a dollop of store bought jelly. It was perfect with the Utopia Latte. That delight was sweetened with rose syrup and topped with finely chopped pistachios. The whipped cream was yummy too. My husband raved about the omelet and I took a bite to report that it was well seasoned and fluffy. It had sausage and grilled veggies inside. I thought the combination sounded like too much, but no, I was upset that I had so much food already because I wanted an omelet after that bite. My husband had a rose water lemonade which was prepackaged and he also had the pomegranate refresher. After taking a sip of the pomegranate drink, I went back to the counter and purchased a can of the powder that they sell. I don't like in California, I was passing through. I will confess that they gave me a bag for my purchases that advertised their sister restaurant Doner. I ordered from there with Uber Eats for dinner because my breakfast was so good. You'll have to wait for my review on that one. read more

I came here on a Saturday for brunch. First time here. The decor is nice and the place looks clean and orderly. I ordered at the counter and then picked a seat. I didn't wait long for my drink and food. I love the matcha latte and loved it even more that they put a heart shape on top. The avocado and toast with a slightly under cooked egg yolk was delicious. I also loved their home fried potatoes. The portion was good for the price. I'm definitely coming back again to try the other items on the menu and get myself another latte! Utopia Caffe is famous for their absolutely stunning outdoor patio that looks straight out of a European storybook. They're usually super packed for brunch and lunch. Their French breakfast platter is the most perfect breakfast platter ever--comes with a croissant, eggs your way, Turkish sausage, home-fried potatoes, and a side of brie cheese, jam, and fresh fruit. They're also known for their menemen dish which is similar to shakshouka. Tomatoes, bell peppers, and runny egg...all that deliciousness you can smear on the bread. But the star of the show had to be the Utopia latte. Ugh, this was like heaven and roses in a cup. Thanks for reading! ^-^ read more

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Utopia. I ordered four dishes and sat down to wait. After almost an hour, only two dishes and the coffee were served. When I asked about the other two dishes, I was surprised to be told that the cashier had never charged me for them in the first place. I wish they had confirmed my full order at the register instead of having me wait for an hour only to find out that half of my order was never entered. The service was poorly organized, and there was no communication or explanation during the long wait. Unfortunately, this made the whole experience very frustrating and disappointing. read more

Utopia has been added to our weekend family ritual. We like to go as a family to hang out & eat or even read with desserts & coffee together. I would recommend the outdoor seating as the indoor seating is near where you line up to order. I started coming here for meetings with people so we could work on things over coffee. But the food is good too. My husband likes the breakfast options and my kids really liked the pasta dishes they offer. I like the coffee & desserts, even like their plain, black coffee - which says a lot about the quality of coffee. The desserts are not too sweet & sugary. I would recommend the baklava! I have to get a decoy baklava so I can enjoy my own:) Service...it gets the job done. We have been many times. Most of the time it is ok, they take the order & bring the food to your table.
