Honestly not bad if you're craving a shawarma/lahmajun wrap! The wrap itself was very well constructed and had lots of veggies and a good amount of sauce for balance. My meal came with fries and a drink. I will say my Coke Zero was quite flat and very sugary, could be something wrong with the soda machine that day. The fries were good and had a bit of paprika seasoning, but definitely lacked salt and needed a dipping sauce accompaniment. My friend ordered the falafel plate and they really pack it in there - huge volume of food. We ordered on a kiosk, so limited interactions with the staff. He did offer us a sample of their cacik and hummus. Both were delicious! He also really pushed me to take some bagged sauces (ketchup/mayo/mustard) with the fries - a good recommendation. The stall is one of many in the food hall. Lots of tables and other food options and it doesn't feel like they compete that much. Simple table decor and I believe you bus your own table here. My 1st visit the other day. I ordered their falafels which were solid. Crisp, crunchy, wonderfully textured, seasoned and zesty. Not oily. On the dry side though. It could use a touch of moisture. Additionally, I tried their İskender, a famous Turkish dish from Bursa, featuring thinly sliced döner beef and diced chicken. It was mixed with punchy tomato sauce, dollops of yogurt, and a generous drizzle of hot, melted butter. This was an interesting dish and reminiscent of Italian food. Friendly service, and they accommodated me given that I didn't want any of the sides that came with the bowl I was ordering. I'm not too exotic when it comes to my diet, and I didn't recognize the side offerings. They charged me less for a bowl with no sides, which I appreciated. I mixed the base between fries and lettuce, and got beef doner as my meat choice. A couple pita chips and yummy yogurt garlic sauce on top. I enjoyed it and felt it was an almost fair amount of food. You're going to pay a premium for small meals from vendors at Trade, and this was reasonable at "only" $14 including tax and small tip as of July 2025. read more

The gentleman at the front was very nice and speedy, as he was also the cook. He turned out a perfectly crispy fladenbrot and their lamb/beef mixture has great flavor. If you don't like the gameyness of lamb, I wouldn't recommend it, but they have chicken as well. The sandwich was well balanced and a huge portion for the price. After half, I was already satisfied. I should have gone to Tuk Tuk Thai. I was eager to try something new at TRADE and remembered that I had seen good reviews of Mito's Diner Express and figured I'd give them a try. I decided to try a wrap, which was a little pricey, but looked promising on the menu picture. Expectations vs reality. I have no idea what was in the picture because it sure did not resemble what I received. Very little meat, some lettuce, tomatoes and onions, all wrapped up in what seemed to be a tortilla - not even lavash! It hadn't even been grilled so it was just soft and tasteless. The chicken was very salty - not a good sign when you're relying on salt for flavor. If it was under $10, I wouldn't have expected much, but this was $15.99 - almost $20, with tax and tip. I hate writing bad reviews for small businesses, but this was the most disappointing meal I've had in years. If you're thinking about coming here and trying your luck, DO NOT order the wrap. The bowl or plate is probably a better bet because they won't be able to give you see the pathetic amount of food that I received because it would be visually obvious. This hidden gem in a strip mall food court is open 24/7! Actually ate here because another close by establishment was closing soon and couldn't guarantee seating. Amazingly no one inline at this food stand and the waitstaff was super friendly, patient, and helpful in answering questions. They even had samples! I went with the Iskender which was enough for two meals, but was so delicious could've eaten it all in one sitting! It made for a wonderful breakfast the next morning too! Although the strip mall food court atmosphere doesn't add a lot of ambiance, you won't notice it once you take your first bite! WORST LAHMAJUN EVER!!!! I've been a loyal customer of this place since it first opened, and I used to order their lahmajun all the time because it was consistently delicious. However, today's order was an absolute disappointment beacuse looks like they changed their recipe. The lahmajun was incredible dry, little meat and had a terrible taste - nothing like what I used to enjoy before. It was honestly the worst lahmajun I've ever had!! I normally bring my own lunch, but on this day I didn't all of my co-workers were telling me about the food court around the corner with different foods. I didn't expect Turkish food, my husband is Turkish so when I come to Turkish food I am very picky I know what's good and what's not.
