If you're just trying to grab something to go and want a decent taste of Persian food without too many expectations, this place isn't too bad. We tried their koobideh kebabs, and those were actually pretty solid. The chicken, on the other hand, was probably around a two-plus star level--nothing particularly memorable. So overall, if you're in the mood for koobideh specifically, this is not a bad option to consider. I'll still give them four stars, mainly because the koobideh was enjoyable enough and the experience, while simple, was acceptable for what it is.

I had never heard of it, but upgraded my order to cherry rice (didn't see it on the menu as cherry rice, may have a specific name I'm not aware of, but I ordered it fine saying cherry rice). I ordered the lunch special, for 18.99 came with chicken kabob and beef, a tomato, and of course the cherry rice. That rice was so delicious and unlike any other type of rice I have ever tasted. It was slightly sweet, and had warm cooked cherries scattered within. SO GOOD!!! Additionally it came with a tray of warm flat bread with butter, a beautiful starter salad, with a simple dressing of oil, lemon, and mint. This was also a unique flavor to my taste buds, but so good! If you like lemon you will love it. The flavors of the entire meal all complimented each other beautifully.
