Her transparency, responsiveness, attention-to-detail and professionalism consistently set her apart. Brittany was always proactive and reliable; we never had to chase for answers or run around in circles. One of the greatest advantages was her delivery of timely, updated quotes--something we deeply appreciated for effective budget management. Even before we booked the venue, Brittany walked us through detailed rain contingency plans, which proved invaluable when we encountered a once-in-a-blue-moon torrential downpour on our wedding day. As a bride coordinating family travel from across the globe--while also navigating significant challenges with an approved vendor--Brittany stepped in at critical moments and ensured the day ran smoothly from an operational standpoint. Our guests could not stop praising the outstanding, multicultural food (especially the bulgogi beef bao, dessert stations and confetti cake) and the thoughtful allergy accommodations, which were handled seamlessly. Guest experience was one of our top priorities, and Brittany's execution gave us complete confidence. On our wedding day, anything within her scope was something we never had to worry about - and the food was one of the TOP compliments received from guests. The only feedback we strongly encourage the business to consider is a thorough audit of its approved vendor list. Unfortunately, our greatest challenges stemmed from a vendor on this list. Brittany's efforts were instrumental in mitigating issues caused by this vendor that could have otherwise impacted the success of the event. The strength of Serra Plaza's internal team deserves to be matched by the same standard across all required vendors to protect future couples. Beyond this, our experience was exceptional, and we are deeply grateful for Brittany's leadership and support. Thank you to the full team for stepping up to the plate when we needed it the most to execute the best day ever. We recommend Jay's Catering and Serra Plaza to any couple for the food, professionalism, service and kindness!

First, the best dinner I have had in years. The food was prepared properly, temperature controlled, moist, excellent, and I can't say enough about the entire meal. I wanted seconds which is extremely rare for me. From the beautiful presentation to the excellent quality provided, this is a company I have put on my list as number one! and have shared with several others. If you haven't used them, I highly recommend giving them a call. I honestly would like to have more as I write this review.

I called as soon as…read morethis place opened on Wednesday to secure 100 banh khot (50 combo, 25 shrimp only, 25 pork only) for pickup at 4pm. Tony greeted me on the phone and I could feel his smiles radiating through the cell. When we arrived Tony was happy to see us. Dude is high on happiness! It was fun to watch him work: he lifted the curtain --called into the kitchen the number of banh khot and pickup time, a sweet female voice responded and then minutes later out came boxes of hot crispy banh khot. The restaurant is the true definitions of your "hole in the wall". One table with 2 chairs in the middle, and a few stools facing the window. Outside has the two knee level tables and squat chairs, like the ones in Asia. The banh khot from this hole in the wall is bomb which makes this place the top winner of all holes in the wall! THE SAUCE- it's the best nuoc mam fish sauce to pair with banh khot! Savory and not too sweet. One of the best 'crack' sauce! We ordered a small sauce, Tony was generous and gave us the large jar. He probably knew we'd drink all of it. The banh khot was the high light of our party! They were still crispy and fresh even after hours of traffic. We didn't get a chance to take pix of the two gorgeous boxes 'cause the family gobbled them before we knew it.

The banh khots and egg rolls are crispy and tasty, especially with the fresh herbs/veggies and fish sauce! We always order a combination of banh khots and egg rolls. It's easy to order through their online system, although I did notice the prices are a few dollars cheaper on the signs in the store. I think the extra cost is worth it though, considering we have a long drive and want to guarantee that we get what we want. While we were sitting there eating, a number of people came in to order, and those who ordered on the spot seemed to have to wait awhile for their food to be prepared. I highly recommend trying this spot when you're in the area. I wish there were places like this closer to LA!

The chicken fingers were crispy perfection, and the summer rolls were a hit with adults and little ones alike (individually wrapped to not dry out), and the charcuterie and fruit platters looked absolutely stunning. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and people took leftovers home. Parents were coming up to us asking who catered the event. If you're looking for someone who can feed a crowd of kids AND impress the grown-ups at the same time, look no further. We'll 100% be booking her again!

We really enjoyed the garlic noodles, musubi, toasts, short ribs, and veggies. I personally enjoyed the food so much that I stopped by lunch service. Picked up a Philly Melt, Salmon Soba Noodle Salad, and Vietnamese Coffee cookie. The food was made to order. It was prepared hot and fresh. The salmon had such good flavor. Unfortunately, they forgot to pack the dressing for the soba noodles so I didn't get to enjoy it fully. Nonetheless, the Philly Melt was very savory and so good with the grilled onions. Cookie was also tasty and has a nice chew. Overall enjoyed Chef Carol's food and excited to come back for lunch service.

People were raving about the banh Xeo and saying how good it was. People kept saying how good the food was at our wedding! I unfortunately barely saw the setup LOL but there were 9 stoves at once. //SERVICE// Overall Andy communicated well and with my coordinator! He was awesome! I wish I interacted with them more! I booked XeoHello for my tea ceremony luncheon and everyone loved it, even my mom (who always says she can make things better at home haha). Andy was very helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend ordering 1.5 banh xeos per expected guest since many people had 2 or more! On the day of, Andy and his crew showed up on time as promised and started making banh xeos at the requested time. The banh xeos came out hot and crispy! They provided all the fixings: lettuce, herbs, carrots/daikon, nuoc mam/fish sauce, and chopsticks. Many of our friends and family raved about how good the banh xeo was! We had a small amount of leftovers, which they packed togo. Andy and his team were amazing! The catering price was reasonable and the food was great. Will definitely hire again in the future!

There is really no seating area except for a small side table outside. You order right up to the door that is gated. We ordered 10 and literally ate all of them before leaving the parking lot!! That is how good it is. The spot is so so good! The menu is literally on their gate and also on some signboards. If you're in the area great place to go parking is fairly limited, but it really sucks that they only have certain numbers or filling available. So I silently suggest you call and see what they have available. If you want something that is unavailable, you have to order like a minimum I think of 20 or something for them to make it and it's like a 20 minute wait. I tried their texting to order ahead, but they told me a minimum of 20 order and when I tried to order at least 20 they were like oh only one and nine were available. I think they have their most popular available and anything else you have to wait, and I think that something that you should be aware of rather than going and being a little disappointed. The pricing is pretty average for eggrolls, may be slightly more expensive than average, but not too bad I like number one a lot, but the one with chicken and taro was pretty meh to me. I didn't really like the shrimp egg roll. The shrimp didn't taste fresh and it just wasn't anything to write home about. It threw me off that a little container of sauce was like four dollars but again average nothing super crazy about it. Overall, if you're in the area and there is parking, you can definitely go but nothing till like go out your way to go to. Oh, also, we got the Thai tea. That was pretty decent, but it sucks that even though they have a whole menu, nothing was available but the Thai tea
