Don't mind wing stop. Not the best. Not the worst. Kids like the flavors. They are also fast and consistent. If you just order wings they don't give you any sauce. Zero sauce. Even McDonald's gives you one. read more

Have ordered from here many times and for some reason I feel like they've changed the way they season their wings. Every Wingstop I've ordered from has included lemon pepper wings and at most Wingstops I can expect the same standard for these wings. Except at this location. The wings and fries always have such little lemon pepper seasoning. (I get lemon pepper seasoned fries too) At this location it's like they measure out the exact amount of seasoning and it's a very disappointing amount. So if you like lemon pepper as much as I do, might be best to adjust your expectations read more

My daughter and I LOVED our Wingstop experience today 8/14/25 at the Santa Ana, Macarthur Blvd location at 6:45pm. It was our first time ordering at this location. I had just picked my daughter up from her volleyball game and she was famished. A Wingstop near her new school was what she wanted. And she wasn't disappointed. We were greeted and warmly welcomed by Antonio and Dulce. I thought one of them said "Hello, welcome to Wingstop", or something similar. We felt welcomed right away. Both were friendly, while being professional. Antonio was patient with us while we were looking for what my daughter wanted to try and patiently explained to me what the Combo meal included. Dulce then was quick and efficient in having our food prepared. Within minutes, our combo meal came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. What stood out most was how friendly the staff at this location was. My daughter commented "they are all so nice here." And they looked like they worked well as a team, staying upbeat and making sure every customer was taken care of. I thought that this location's staff, represented by Antonio and Dulce's responsive and friendly service, aligned and represented well, Wingstop's core values of being "Service-minded" and providing excellent customer experiences. Shoutout to both of them for their great attitudes and excellent service. We'lll definitely be coming back because of this experience and recommending this Wingstop location to the other moms at our school nearby. Oh, and the food, was hot and delicious! read more

Always the sweetest workers making sure my order is correct and asking if I need anything else. The food is great but sometimes I wish the fries would be more (they don't fill it up all the way). There is a lot of parking outside and always parking near. Inside is kind of small and only had like 4 tables but there are tables outside. read more

All kinds of wings , fresh and delicious, the service is fast , for sure ill come back

Ordered take out for daughter as she likes the food here. Went to pick it up and got home and she sees it and say's the order is incorrect. So I called and talked to the manager and explained the issue. She expressed her regret for having us get the wrong food. She said they would re-do the whole order at no charge and just keep the first order. She also asked us to bring in the wrong item for verification. Took it back, showed the issue and left with whole new order. The fact they were willing to proved the whole order over again for free is a very good outcome. Some places give you a hard time or say you have to say something before you leave the premises. Thanks for the assist read more

GOD BLESS WING STOP RANCH. I absolutely adore wingstop for their ranch, wings, and fries. My favorite flavors are typically garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, and original hot. These wings, plus fries, and LOTS of ranch always hits the spot! This time, I also wanted to try the fried chicken sandwiches. I wasn't impressed nor was I disappointed. A good chicken sandwich to me, but nothing special! I'd order it again maybe, but the wings are superior to me. read more

Love to come here for their special deals on Monday. Service is fast and workers are friendly. However they messed up my order and when I came back, they wouldn't switch the wings flavor for me. We ordered 15 parmesan garlic, 5 lemon pepper, 5 mango habanero, and 5 honey bbq. Then we placed another 10 mango habanero and 5 medium, and 5 hot bbq. They forgot our lemon pepper and gave us another 5 parmesan garlic. They even refused to fix our order. Make sure you check our order before leaving next time. read more

I asked over the phone for the wings to be well done. I asked three times in a row for this request, as the last time I did, the wings were undercooked, if anything. Just like last time, I checked my wings and they were slightly undercooked, and I expressed my disappointment to the cashier and I presume the manager, both of which just told me to wait another THIRTY minutes. No apologies, or even close to an attitude of "we'll make it right." This is the second time. I was extremely clear over the phone what I wanted if I was going to pay 23 bucks for 10 wings, fries, and a drink. read more

Although this place is either packed or semi busy they always get my order right til this day. Been here a few times, staff is friendly and attentive. There is plenty of seating inside and out so you have options. Do keep in mind seating gets a little packed inside but luckily since there are other dining places next to them, outside seating works good too. I prefer these wings over BWW- this are juicier! Lol i recommend! read more

The food was honestly amazing I've been to other Wingstops and nothing hits the spot like this location. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful. I was very indecisive about what to order but Osvaldo helped me choose my flavors and my combo. Great service will return again. Also Antonio was very funny and made laugh, really brighten up my night. 10/10 service and food. Very clean as well. read more

I don't know what it is but Wing Stops all seem to be on the small size for seating. This one has decent amount inside, but if you wanna stretch out, sit at the outside tables shared with the other restaurants. Busy as always but staff took order correctly and didnt wait too long. Food tasted great. Love the coke machine. You can make your own blend. Thanks for trusting us with the straws and napkins. read more

Can I get my refund... I always check my food before we leave cause mistakes happen. So idk what happened but I ordered x7 lemon pepper & x3 mild with fries and a drink instead got x7 mild and x3 "lemon pepper". We kindly waited since it was something to do with the computer. We ended getting the order corrected, I literally live 5 min away and right away the wings were already cold so probably not fresh and the lemon pepper had sauce... we wanted the dry rub. To top it off the fries were disappointing, only a couple good full ones. read more

Ordered the 20 OC boneless meal deal online and didn't realize until I was about to eat that they forgot my fries. I called the store and the manager Cesar offered to refund me $5.00. I didn't feel like that was enough due to the inconvenience and reg price of a large fry is almost $6.00 but I said ok. The next day I received an email saying I would be refunded $4.00. Absolute poor customer service coming from a manager and making the store look worse than it already does over a couple dollars. Won't be returning here, Irvine location is much better. read more

Been here to go a few times already because they are OPEN so late! Crazy late compared to other places. The staff always seems busy, calls your number and just lets you pickup the item and on to the next one. Customer service nowadays are hard to teach, but definitely something they should work on. I know it is probably cause they have to be there so late, but still! Either way, came in late one night and seems like all the customers ended up coming there the same time! They get the food out pretty quickly, but i'm not sure if its completely fresh (fries) Either way, you can't really complain with a chain wings top as you get what you pay for! read more

I had to ask for extra seasoning because they're very poor when they make them. My fries barely had any seasoning... which disappointed me . read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Santa Ana, California

Wingstop is my go to place whenever I have a craving for some chicken wings. I usually take advantage of the Monday/Tuesday boneless chicken specials. I usually order the honey bbq, lemon pepper, and garlic Parmesan flavors. Honey bbq is pretty good, I like how it is drenched in sauce while the batter is still relatively crispy. Lemon pepper is a hit or miss or me; I actually might stop ordering it in the future because sometimes there isn't enough flavor and it just tastes like plain chicken (which is dry and boring lol). This flavor can also be pretty greasy looking because of the oil they use to impart the taste, which I have to admit looks pretty unappetizing at times. Garlic Parmesan is probably my favorite flavor because they give you a good amount of the cheese which goes really well with the crispy chicken batter. Overall this is a decent place if you are craving for some chicken wings and if it is on a Monday/Tuesday! I think it is cheaper and you get more bang for your buck compared to BWW in terms of the chicken. Service is hit or miss, but for the most part it has been a pleasant experience. read more

Super greasy. Not very good. Overpriced. Not much more to say. Seating area was very small and dirty.
