We ordered the Parmesan chicken wings, supreme fries, and fried rice, and everything was absolutely delicious! The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The wait was about 30 minutes to get our food, which says a lot about how popular this place is. Inside, the atmosphere was lively. K-pop music videos played on the big screen creating a fun, energetic vibe. It was definitely on the louder side, but it fit the setting and made the restaurant feel upbeat. We ordered the Original, Soy Garlic, and the limited edition Feel Good Crunch. The Original had a light, crispy coating but still a good flavor, while the Soy Garlic was my favorite of the bunch. The sauce has a nice balance of sweet and savory flavors while still having a chicken with crunch. If you're a Stray Kids fan, you'll be happy to know the Feel Good Crunch meal was inspired by Felix, which is a fun touch that makes this flavor a little more unique. One thing that sets this location apart is that it's the only one that serves Corn Cheese, which is absolutely worth ordering. Overall, the atmosphere is fun, the chicken is consistently good, and having menu items that aren't available at other locations makes this spot worth the visit.

The little potatoes that came with the wings were a nice surprise and were decent. I also got a side of macaroni which was just okay. I wasn't sure if the ham were onions at first cause I tasted no hint of saltiness. My favorite sauce was the mango habanero which I dipped with the ranch. It was so good and even better than other local wing spots with the same flavors. I highly recommend coming for the wings!

Called in for an order around 6:30 PM in the evening -- they took down my name and plan was for me to pay at the time of pick up. Got there an hour later (which should be plenty of time considering it was not super crowded) and I'm met with confusion -- apparently they didn't have my order ready so someone at the counter went to the back kitchen. 10 minutes later she comes back, my husband goes to pay and we are told by the young man at the register "oh you're good" as in it's already paid for (which we clearly had not). We looked through the receipt and realized the order they gave us was the wrong order but this other customer shared the same first name. Other locations have asked me for the last 4 of my phone at the time of confirmation to avoid this. It was close to 8 PM at this point and I was so fed up with having to potentially wait for another 20 minutes (assuming my order will not be mixed up again) for them to prepare the food again and being pregnant I just opted to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere because I was so hungry at that point I honestly would have not been able to tolerate another mix up with my food. They offered to take my husband's number to have their manager reach out to discuss the situation but we have yet to hear from them.
