    1. The wings and fries tasted as delicious as the ones ordered at other locations! 2. The spot has fast casual vibes! 3. There are a good amount of indoor seatings with a few outdoor seatings in the back! 4. The staff were friendly and informative about the wait time! It took less than 15 mins! 5. Parking lot is huge, but nearby parking can get crowded depending on time and day! Note: Restrooms are available for customers! Photo: Mango Habanero, Fries, Louisiana Rub

I stopped by this Wingstop today because I was craving wings while staying at my aunt place. This place is literally across the street so it worked out for me. I placed my mobile order through the Wingstop app and chose ASAP for the pickup time. I went with the 10 piece traditional wings with 5 lemon pepper and 5 original Hot. It said my order will be done in 15 or 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and my food was ready for pickup. I found parking alright since I came before lunch and the interaction I had with the worker was great. The lemon pepper was great but I felt they overcooked the original hot because it was more on the dryer and hard texture side.

I ordered on the app to pick up. I got a 8 piece wing combo with garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. It came with fries and a drink. When I got there, it was very busy so I had to wait a bit to pick up my order. It had been a while after I placed it, so by the time I got my food, the fries were very soggy. The wings were nice and crispy. The ranch is overhyped but still good. I wish I could taste the fries right away to properly rate them.

Rat poop rat poop rat poop everywhere don't drink the rat poop water or soda machines This was my first and last time ever coming to the establishment I was ordering with my friend after a 15 hour shift at work I came in and once we got our order and I sat down to grab a drink I was met with the alarming hurt turd of a rat Floating in my dream. I had already finished my 1st cup and was discussed to find this at the very bottom floating and I couldn't believe I had a noticed it. It was honestly really disgusting and took my entire appetite away. I am not even joking when I say that as soon as I went to go talk to the managers about it, they literally just rushed me off and Decided to run their soda machine and they told me the only thing that they can do would be caught my drink, which I thought was an insult in itself so lesson learned how to rather cook wings at home, then be faced with the challenge of trying to get my moneys worth out of Wing Stop. This is the second time I'm posting as well because I'm pretty sure the manager who was on duty decided to tell her staff to delete it. I am not a former employee. This is not harassment. This just happened and I have receipt proof of it, which I am now posting as was photos of the rat poop.

Best wingstop trip yet! 4.5/5 20 Boneless Wing Deal | $16.99 Food: 20 Boneless Wing deal is a great deal for a party of 2 or 3. Comes with 20 wings with 4 flavors, a large fry, and 2 dips. I got the Mango Habanero, Lakers Garlic, Spicy Korean, and Mild. Spicy Korean and Mango Habanero were my favorites! Wingstop is a chain, so there are many of them around. This one was especially delicious compared to the other wingstops I had been to. Chicken was fresh and the flavors were delicious. Service: The staff were great. I had to wait a couple minutes for my food, but I was able to have my fountain drink during that time. Ambiance: Ample seating inside the restaurant, and tables were clean! It's inside a plaza, so there's definitely other shops to check around there.

I've been coming here a lot since last year, but this time, they had some of the biggest wings I've ever seen! I got regular fries with their fry seasoning and it was chef kiss, perfect crunch and not too salty. The workers are always nice and greet you when you walk in. It was bussin' in there on a late Sunday night!

Half cooking oil dumped on my order

First we make the order online and there isn't an option for extra crispy and extra sauce on our wet wings. So once we place it, we kindly go in and the lady taking orders is rude off the bat. Then we proceed to ask if we can make those modifications to our order literally right after it was placed and they obliged but once we got our wings our bag was dripping with oil and it turns out they dumped half their cooking oil on our dry rubs. (Garlic parmesan, lemon pepper). What thought process were they using??? Bc I'm genuinely confused

The Meltdown (left) and Crunchtime (right)

Recently tried the new flavors at this Wingstop location and was overall impressed with the experience. The female employee handling the front was very upbeat and professional which is the best service from any location so far. The new flavors "Crunchtime" and "The Meltdown" were decent, with the first being my favorite. The Crunchtime is a honey and lemon pepper dry rub which was a nice balance of sweet, savory, and tang. The Meltdown flavor I would pass on as it's just a basic Cajun and garlic parm mix. A few wings were a bit over fried, but majority was well cooked and crispy. Also ordered fries with cajun seasoning well done and definitely recommend doing that since their fries are naturally soggy. Overall, not too shabby. The real test is if this location can be consistent so I'll update if need be.

Been here a few times and it's always busy. If you want to save time order online. Wings were still crispy by the time I brought it home. The restaurant is small but there's plenty of parking.

We got the 8pc fried Pepper Soy wings and the Large Dubboki with cheese. The wings are always so good here. They're humongous, crispy, and sauced to perfection. The Pepper Soy flavor was so yummy and umami.   The trick is to get the dubboki so that you can dip the chicken in the sauce. The rice cakes are soft, and the sauce is sweet and spicy. The table also gets sat with a free side salad and pickled radishes, which is a great way to cut the richness of everything. A bite of chicken, a sip of beer, some rice cakes, and a bite of cold radishes really makes the night. Come out to Koko's for a drink, some eats, and a good casual time.

This used to be one of my favorite spots, so it honestly makes me sad to write this…read more They've made a few changes to the menu and pricing. The dukbokki can only have ramen when it's a large. On top of that, cheese is now $4 extra and ramen is $3, which feels a bit steep for add-ons. They also changed the salad sauce--it used to be more on the sweeter side, but now it leans spicier (around a 3/10 spice level, still good), which may or may not be your preference. The biggest issue, though, was the food safety concern. Our order included 8 pieces of fried chicken (4 drumsticks and 4 wings). The drumsticks were fully cooked and fine. However, the first wing piece I bit into was clearly undercooked. Because of that, we did not continue eating the remaining wings--the other three were set aside and later on, discarded into the small trash bin they keep at the table. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they told me the redness was from bone marrow due to a broken bone and that the chicken was fully cooked. However, the bone only broke because I bit into it, and the meat itself was visibly pink. Not just near the bone where bone marrow would be. The actual MEAT was red and pink all throughout. This was not just "marrow." Even zooming into the picture, you can see the meat on both the plate and in my hand was still red and pink. Additionally, the remaining wings were only visually checked by the waiter and were not opened or inspected internally, which would not confirm whether they were fully cooked. This is concerning, as a visual check alone doesn't accurately assess doneness. It also concerns me that, despite not being present, the owner claims his servers point of view as factual, including the claim that all the wings were eaten, which is not accurate. We did not consume the remaining wings after the first one I bit into. Unfortunately, there was no apology from my perspective, simply an "explanation" stating it was bone marrow. And the situation wasn't handled with much concern. I ended up feeling sick and had to go to the bathroom to throw up, which completely ruined the rest of the experience. Overall, I'm really disappointed. Between the price changes, the food safety issue, and the owner's response focusing more on defending the situation rather than acknowledging the concern, I don't feel comfortable coming back.

The little potatoes that came with the wings were a nice surprise and were decent. I also got a side of macaroni which was just okay. I wasn't sure if the ham were onions at first cause I tasted no hint of saltiness. My favorite sauce was the mango habanero which I dipped with the ranch. I found the chicken to be good relative to all fried chicken, but average/ok in relation to KFC around the SoCal area. Furai Chicken-Irvine appeared on the 15 essential Korean restaurants in Eater for Orange County, so made a note of it if I was ever nearby any of their locations. So after picking up some great kimchi from the close-by Seoul Do Soon Yi, we stopped by for carry-out around lunchtime. It's a fast food set-up, ordering/paying first and then taking it back to your table or carrying it out. The two page menu consisted of chicken, sandwiches, and sides. They do offer alcohol, both draft and bottled. It was empty when I got in, but the ringing of the doorbell let the front-of-house to come to the front. The cashier was helpful, answering my questions. The meal was for three, so got a Half&Half ($31.98) with Original Furai Chicken (comes with one sauce) and Soy Garlic. Added an order of beer-battered fries ($5.98)...which turned out to be a decent amount of really thick sidewinder fries. It took about 20 minutes for the made-to-order to be prepared, and it was packaged so the steam could be released. KFC has 10 pieces for a whole bone-in chicken, which I prefer since the large breast piece gets broken into two. The original is meant to be dipped in the accompanying sweet/spicy, which I really liked: not hot at all but still maintained that sweet/spicy flavor of a good Jang. The soy-garlic was lightly sauced, maybe trying to maintain that crunchiness. But it certainly didn't have the crazy crunch that really good KFC has, even when not eaten right away. It also came with small ramekins of peppers and pickled radish (which strangely were a bit mushy). With the fries, it was enough for the three of us for lunch, but for me, nothing really stood out to make me want to choose it vs the many other choices for Asian-inspired fried chicken in my area.

The honey garlic chicken was also pretty good, but it's not really special since many other chicken restaurants also have it and they taste pretty much the same to me. What I do like is that they didn't use too much batter, so it's crunchy without feeling creasy/oily. The corn cheese has some sweet potato pieces in it, my mom personally likes that. I find the corn cheese to have a little too much cheese, as the cheese was overpowering the corn. Same for the pizza, the cheese was overpowering all of the other ingredients. I honestly was expecting the pizza to be Korean styled, but it's basically American pizza with the meats replaced by bulgogi and sweet potatoes, so that was kinda disappointing. Overall, my family had a good time there, and we really enjoyed the chickens. I'd come back for the snow onion chicken!

Today I ordered the 1/3 spareribs with mac & cheese. I also added a blueberry cornbread/muffin. This came out to $28 and change. Food: Disappointed. The meat had no flavor at all. Bland taste. The spicy BBQ sauce wasn't spicy at all. I asked an employee about it, and he stated they don't make it hot anymore. The mac & cheese and cornbread was good though, but I was there for the ribs. Service: Slow. We waited for around 15-20 minutes for our food. Our server did not come by once to offer a refill or check up on us. Overall, I won't be coming back. What was once a great spot for BBQ for me isn't anymore. Something changed here.
