My daughter likes Wingstop, so I usually come to this location to pick up food for both of us. We've tried quite a few flavors already, and honestly most of them are pretty good. For us, lemon pepper and Mango Habanero stand out the most , they're the ones that feel the easiest to eat and have the best flavor compared to the others for my taste. Just slightly oily, but nothing too heavy. The staff here is friendly and quick, which makes ordering pretty smooth. There's also seating inside if you want to eat there, and the space feels comfortable enough. Parking is usually not an issue for me .I've always been able to find a spot pretty easily when I come by. read more

The bone in wings here are delicious especially when you eat it hot. The fries are also decent but if you don't eat it when it's fresh then it's no longer good. I ordered the original hot bone in wings while using the app and selected store pickup. This store is in a plaza and I got the parking in the front. It's very small inside and they were doing some construction. My order was ready when I give them my name. They were nice to give me a complimentary ranch to eat with my wings. Customer service was nice to me. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. My grandma wanted Wingstop, when she ordered she explained that she didn't really know what she wanted to order and they laughed at her. Not only so that rude it is disrespectful. I don't appreciate it and am sad that she had to endure it. read more

First time here for the fries and wings, not sure how everyone line but too me the fries is too salty and too much seasoning on top of it. The chicken wing is good not too dry, fresh and delicious. read more

Hubby got the boneless meal deal for two at this wingstop this past Sunday. I think this is a pretty good deal. I don't care for wings but if I have to have them every once a year they must be boneless. You can choose the flavors online. Hubby got spicy korean q, lemon pepper, original hot, and mild flavors, two sides of ranch, and voodoo fries. Not bad but not my favorite. Everything came as ordered. read more

Service is great! Workers were really cool! Food is pretty consistent with other Wingstops, not amazing but par/average, but it's a fast food chicken wings chain so can't have too high expectations! The dry rub flavors could be a little salty and the wet sauces aren't really mixed or ingrained well with the chicken (Seems like the sauce is just dripping off of the chicken). Buffalo Wild Wings does a good job of coating the sauce in their chicken. This time I ordered the chicken strips, mango habanero and Lakers Garlic. The Lakers garlic was a little below average, it's a dry seasoning of what seems like a garlic powder. The mango habanero was pretty flavorful and spicy, but sauce was really wet. Ordered the fries and Cajun corn, you can add seasoning to your fries like Cajun or lemon pepper! It was a little soft, recommend them making it a little more crispy. I'll give them credit for their portion sizes, big chicken strips and a good amount of fries! Wingstop is one of those places you just have to stop by from time to time for the nostalgia! Wings aren't amazing, but hits the cravings! read more

Personally like WS over BWW Lemon pepper, original hot, and louisiana rub seasonings are the best Fries extra seasoning is the way to go Restaurant could use some cleaning but not bad Staff is usually nice and friendly People say boneless are just nuggets but the 20 piece + large fries deal + 4 flavors + 2 dips for $16.99 is a really good deal! It's best not to have any major responsibilities for some time after eating WS read more

I usually don't leave reviews, but I had to this time because the wings were ridiculously small. I've ordered wings from a lot of places, and these were some of the smallest wings I've ever gotten. There was barely any meat on them, and a few pieces looked more like scraps than actual wings. The flavor was fine, but the size was honestly disappointing, especially for what Wingstop charges. I don't mind paying for good food, but I expect a decent-sized wing. Hopefully this was just a bad batch, because the wing size definitely did not feel worth the price. read more

This was my fifth time coming here & I have been to wingstop before. Wingstop is my favorite place if I want some delicious wings HANDS DOWN. Today, I went here with my boyfriend we both love wingstop. I got the original hot and cajun as my spice level for the chicken wings along with Cajun fries. The original hot was delicious, flavorful, and love the heatness and the chicken was soft, chewy, and cooked well. Cajun was delicious, flavorful, and great heat. The heat I chose for the chicken was a 5/5 since it was so good & I love the spice. The Cajun fries were delicious, great spice, and crunchy. I would give it a 5/5 as well. The service was fast & employee is very nice and friendly. The store has a great atmosphere, spacious, and clean. There is plenty of parking. There is indoor seating if you want to eat in the store. I would definitely come back here to get some delicious wings. read more

1. The wings and fries tasted as delicious as the ones ordered at other locations! 2. The spot has fast casual vibes! 3. Craving some chicken wings and get some good deals! $20 for 20 wings ordered lemon pepper!

My significant other and I normally go to this specific location to get some wings whenever we crave it . However , it seems that they always get my order wrong every time I place an online order . The past six times I have been here , the workers manage to mess up my order every time . - 6pcs of lemon pepper & cajun + 6pcs of garlic parm & og hot . How hard is it to just follow a recipe right in front of your face? It clearly says the flavors right there . I had to finally complain about it this time because it happens way too often . It is so disappointing . The workers are nice and respectful when it comes to picking up our order . It is such a disappointment when you are waiting to get some food and it turns out that this isnt what you ordered . If you want your order to be messed up , I highly recommend coming here ! read more

You would think this place wouldn't consistently forget to put ranch in the bag when you order and pay for it. If you're going to order from this place don't even bother checking if they remember. I stopped by this Wingstop today because I was craving wings while staying at my aunt place. This place is literally across the street so it worked out for me. I placed my mobile order through the Wingstop app and chose ASAP for the pickup time. I went with the 10 piece traditional wings with 5 lemon pepper and 5 original Hot. It said my order will be done in 15 or 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and my food was ready for pickup. I found parking alright since I came before lunch and the interaction I had with the worker was great. The lemon pepper was great but I felt they overcooked the original hot because it was more on the dryer and hard texture side. read more

Best wingstop trip yet! 4.5/5 20 Boneless Wing Deal | $16.99 Food: 20 Boneless Wing deal is a great deal for a party of 2 or 3. Comes with 20 wings with 4 flavors, a large fry, and 2 dips. I got the Mango Habanero, Lakers Garlic, Spicy Korean, and Mild. Spicy Korean and Mango Habanero were my favorites! Wingstop is a chain, so there are many of them around. This one was especially delicious compared to the other wingstops I had been to. Chicken was fresh and the flavors were delicious. Service: The staff were great. I had to wait a couple minutes for my food, but I was able to have my fountain drink during that time. Ambiance: Ample seating inside the restaurant, and tables were clean! It's inside a plaza, so there's definitely other shops to check around there. read more

I ordered on the app to pick up. I got a 8 piece wing combo with garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. It came with fries and a drink. When I got there, it was very busy so I had to wait a bit to pick up my order. It had been a while after I placed it, so by the time I got my food, the fries were very soggy. The wings were nice and crispy. The ranch is overhyped but still good. I wish I could taste the fries right away to properly rate them. read more

Rat poop rat poop rat poop everywhere don't drink the rat poop water or soda machines This was my first and last time ever coming to the establishment I was ordering with my friend after a 15 hour shift at work I came in and once we got our order and I sat down to grab a drink I was met with the alarming hurt turd of a rat Floating in my dream. I had already finished my 1st cup and was discussed to find this at the very bottom floating and I couldn't believe I had a noticed it. It was honestly really disgusting and took my entire appetite away. I am not even joking when I say that as soon as I went to go talk to the managers about it, they literally just rushed me off and Decided to run their soda machine and they told me the only thing that they can do would be caught my drink, which I thought was an insult in itself so lesson learned how to rather cook wings at home, then be faced with the challenge of trying to get my moneys worth out of Wing Stop. This is the second time I'm posting as well because I'm pretty sure the manager who was on duty decided to tell her staff to delete it. I am not a former employee. This is not harassment. This just happened and I have receipt proof of it, which I am now posting as was photos of the rat poop. read more

This wingstop is a joke. I called to order food and asked for cheese fries but I'd like my cheese on the side. The rude employee told me they don't do that. I've gotten it like that before no problem. How ever they want to charge me a side of cheese or for cheese fries I just wanted my cheese on the side. Simple. They get soggy with the cheese sitting on the fries for too long. So she passed me to the manager, and he says. They don't do that, they have to charge me for a side of cheese and regular fries. Okay that's fine. I tried to ask for my total, and he quickly says. "See you in a bit and Hangs up on me" after he says on his shift he wants to do things the right way. But you just hung up on me, couldn't give me a total? Couldn't give me an estimated time of when my food would be ready? So I called back, and I asked him what was my total he was rude to me and said I was trying to argue with him. I am the customer. He was arguing with me. I got hung up on trying to place an order. So I called back. And he threatens to tell me he's going to cancel my order. And I cut him off and said that's why I am calling to cancel my order. You are rude all of the employees were rude. They continued to hang up on me. I just wanted the managers name to make a complaint. I just wanted some dang cheese fries, and how the employees handled that was rude. And the so called manager rude. And when I call back and ask for a name I get told the managers not there. So who did I just speak too. Then I get told 2 different names. Unprofessional and I will be calling again and complaining this is ridiculous honestly read more

This Wingstop location is always very busy. The chicken tenders and wings were good, but they were so cheap with the Voodoo fries. I paid $5, and they gave me only about 15 strings of fries. Never again will I get fries from this location. read more

Recently tried the new flavors at this Wingstop location and was overall impressed with the experience. The female employee handling the front was very upbeat and professional which is the best service from any location so far. The new flavors "Crunchtime" and "The Meltdown" were decent, with the first being my favorite. The Crunchtime is a honey and lemon pepper dry rub which was a nice balance of sweet, savory, and tang. The Meltdown flavor I would pass on as it's just a basic Cajun and garlic parm mix. A few wings were a bit over fried, but majority was well cooked and crispy. Also ordered fries with cajun seasoning well done and definitely recommend doing that since their fries are naturally soggy. Overall, not too shabby. The real test is if this location can be consistent so I'll update if need be. read more

First we make the order online and there isn't an option for extra crispy and extra sauce on our wet wings. So once we place it, we kindly go in and the lady taking orders is rude off the bat. Then we proceed to ask if we can make those modifications to our order literally right after it was placed and they obliged but once we got our wings our bag was dripping with oil and it turns out they dumped half their cooking oil on our dry rubs. (Garlic parmesan, lemon pepper). What thought process were they using??? Bc I'm genuinely confused read more

We had gotten the Boneless Meal Deal. it was advertised as $16.99, after tax and all that is was $18 and some change. Pretty good deal! We got 4 different flavors: Flavor Invasion: 2/5 Secretly Sweet: 3/5 Hot Honey Rub: 5/5 Lemon Pepper: 4/5 After getting home we realized the fries were already cold, like they had sat for a while near a fan. They were also dry, we just tossed them. Wingstop definitely needs to step their fry game up. Overall the wings were great! All the flavors hit, it's just some didn't hit as good as I hoped. But honestly the best one is that hot honey rub! I'll definitely be getting that before it's gone! read more

I've been coming to this Wingstop since I moved to Garden grove 8 years ago. Tonight it's 545-6 o'clock rush hour.. store is packed and there's a million people eating inside and standing around waiting on orders... I called in my order on my way over here and Destiny not only saved me like $20 by adjusting my meal and combining items for a better price.. she was handling phone calls, distributing orders to guests who walk in and also taking orders on her screen for walk ups... ZERO STARS. On Oct 1st I ordered delivery at 11:15 PM and received notification my order would be delivered by 12:03AM. AT 11:57 I received another notification that my order was canceled. But it gets worse. My card was charged and was listed as pending to my account, but it cleared a few days later. I received a message from Wingstop after I wrote my first bad review on here explaining this exact incident, and I was assured I would be refunded. I called the store and the manager explained to me that a power outage gave them no choice but to close operations for the evening, and that he sees my transaction was refunded but may take a few days for the refund to appear in my account, and that it may show up as credit in ApplePay, which was my payment method. It's now 17 days later and I have yet to receive this refund and now I couldn't be more angry. You guys have dropped the ball here at every level. I can understand the power outage situation, but the way it was handled was piss poor, and now my trust in your operation is completely destroyed. Came here after work for some Tuesday's boneless wings special. Low and behold they got my order wrong. I ordered 20 pieces of boneless wings and regular fries. 10 Lemon pepper 10 Hawaiian. Took about 20 minutes which is fine with me. While waiting, I was observant of the employees. The kitchen staff were doing their things while the cashiers (2females and a male) were pretty unprofessional (acting very ratchet, if you will) while there are customers present. They were loud and obnoxious while a customer was trying to order and one of their team members taking the order. I could see the customer's face looking very unpleased. Nevertheless, the staff continues to act that way. By the time I received my order, I briefly checked to make sure everything was there and went about my business. By the time I got home and brought everything out, that's when I found out that they got my orders wrong. Come to think of it, I did believe that it was a new staff that took my order since she kept asking another team member for verification. The wings were average as what you can expect from wings stop, so my expectations weren't high. Fries were undercooked hidden under the seasoning. I love to eat some wings every once in a while, but I will probably not return to this place anytime soon. In the photo attached are the staff that are being unprofessional as well as on their phone. read more
