For us, lemon pepper and Mango Habanero stand out the most , they're the ones that feel the easiest to eat and have the best flavor compared to the others for my taste. Just slightly oily, but nothing too heavy. The staff here is friendly and quick, which makes ordering pretty smooth. There's also seating inside if you want to eat there, and the space feels comfortable enough. It said my order will be done in 15 or 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and my food was ready for pickup. I found parking alright since I came before lunch and the interaction I had with the worker was great. This wingstop is a joke. I called to order food and asked for cheese fries but I'd like my cheese on the side. The rude employee told me they don't do that. I've gotten it like that before no problem. How ever they want to charge me a side of cheese or for cheese fries I just wanted my cheese on the side. Simple. Recently tried the new flavors at this Wingstop location and was overall impressed with the experience. The female employee handling the front was very upbeat and professional which is the best service from any location so far. The new flavors "Crunchtime" and "The Meltdown" were decent, with the first being my favorite. The Crunchtime is a honey and lemon pepper dry rub which was a nice balance of sweet, savory, and tang. The Meltdown flavor I would pass on as it's just a basic Cajun and garlic parm mix. A few wings were a bit over fried, but majority was well cooked and crispy. Also ordered fries with cajun seasoning well done and definitely recommend doing that since their fries are naturally soggy. Overall, not too shabby. ZERO STARS. On Oct 1st I ordered delivery at 11:15 PM and received notification my order would be delivered by 12:03AM. AT 11:57 I received another notification that my order was canceled. But it gets worse. My card was charged and was listed as pending to my account, but it cleared a few days later. I received a message from Wingstop after I wrote my first bad review on here explaining this exact incident, and I was assured I would be refunded. I called the store and the manager explained to me that a power outage gave them no choice but to close operations for the evening, and that he sees my transaction was refunded but may take a few days for the refund to appear in my account, and that it may show up as credit in ApplePay, which was my payment method. It's now 17 days later and I have yet to receive this refund and now I couldn't be more angry. You guys have dropped the ball here at every level. Came here after work for some Tuesday's boneless wings special. Low and behold they got my order wrong. I ordered 20 pieces of boneless wings and regular fries. 10 Lemon pepper 10 Hawaiian. Took about 20 minutes which is fine with me. While waiting, I was observant of the employees. The kitchen staff were doing their things while the cashiers (2females and a male) were pretty unprofessional (acting very ratchet, if you will) while there are customers present. They were loud and obnoxious while a customer was trying to order and one of their team members taking the order. I could see the customer's face looking very unpleased. Nevertheless, the staff continues to act that way. By the time I received my order, I briefly checked to make sure everything was there and went about my business. By the time I got home and brought everything out, that's when I found out that they got my orders wrong. Come to think of it, I did believe that it was a new staff that took my order since she kept asking another team member for verification.
