I try not to review fast food often but, when a place stands-out, I will. Unfortunately, this Arby's location stood-out in all the wrong ways. First off, as fast food goes, I like Arby's. Many of their items are meh, but there are others that fit the bill. The problem with this store is that it's really poorly run, almost to the point one wonders if it's even a real Arby's. I used the app, which I'll do anytime a brand has one. Apps allow for some customization, and minimize mistakes which can occur in other order methods. I placed my order and, given the choice, went with the drive-thru pick-up option. I got to the restaurant and, surprise, they don't even have a drive-thru! I went inside to pick-up my order and encountered a staff that clearly didn't want to be bothered. I was finally given some attention and received my order. I looked inside the bag and saw the sauces I ordered to accompany my meal weren't there. When I inquired about this, I was told, brusquely, "I give you one!" I was then given what appeared to be barbecue sauce is a generic container; not the Arby's-branded packet all other locations provide. I would be surprised if this was some off-brand product purchased by that location's operators in bulk. My recommendation? If you like Arby's, continue to. Just avoid this substandard location. It has a depressing atmosphere in every way. read more

Its been YEARS since ive been here. I was craving a roast beef sandwich and potato cakes. Everything was fantastic! Its gotten quite costly over the years, but I don't eat it often. I ordered a half pound sandwich regular sized combo and a double meat roast beef sandwich (took that one to go) and it was about $30. Yikes! But it was delicious. The service was great and it was busy during lunch hour on a Friday. I try not to eat this often, but it is one of my favorite fast food sandwiches. The potato cakes were as good as ever, my sandwich had a ton of meat, and the arbys sauce is fabulous. read more

Food was terrible. Couldn't understand the lady taking order Asian accent The place was empty and the cook was cool but the lady ordered me to get my drink. Control issue read more

Picked up my order in person. Person at the front was kind when verifying my online order. Overall, quiet place and clean. Good place to sit down with friends or place to study if you need somewhere quiet. I got the double cheese burger and it looked just like the photo. Food was hot and very yummy. Haven't been to Arby's since I was 6 and it didn't disappoint. read more

This was my first time visiting Arby's, and unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. I ordered the classic roast beef, and it looked nothing like the picture shown. It was more like a kid-sized sandwich, with no mayo and no cheese, which was disappointing. I also ordered the tater triangles, and they tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. They were very greasy and left an unpleasant greasy aftertaste. Now I understand why I don't see many people ordering here. On a positive note, my daughter ordered the cheese sticks and a chicken sandwich, and her meal was very good. The only thing I would suggest is providing more marinara sauce with the cheese sticks. Overall, mixed experience, but my order definitely missed the mark. read more

I got an email from Arby's saying if u bought a new Arby's cheesteak you get free side. Which is the only reason why I decided to do it. I added the coupon to my app and saw it on the order page. When I hit checkout it glitched and still charged me for the fries. There is no way to cancel the order or contact to fix this through the app. I called the store, but they don't answer the phone or let you leave a voicemail. I showed up and explained what happened. I talked to the Asian manager guy. He refused to help saying I have to contact Arby's through the app. I told him there is no way to do that and that I had called to cancel the order if you couldn't refund it I would've canceled, but you don't answer the phone. He said there's nothing he could do to refund me or fix it. I tried to show him my order screen and the promotion email.he refused to look at them as he clearly knew about the special deal. He just said he couldn't do anything. I said you could do something. He just played dumb. Terrible service he couldve just given me some free fries or a drink or anything. He knew I got screwed and just acted like there was NOTHING he could do. Ridiculous. And the cheese steak looked nothing like the picture was soggy and sucked. Wish I never ordered at all. Shame on you ! read more

They changed owners ?! They must have. Didn't see the same people there, only the man cooking. I ordered two roast beef sandwiches and when I got home I gave the bag to my grandparents and they looked at me and said we can't eat this. It's been fried and looks like a slimy fried chicken sandwich with lots of mayo. They're allergic to fish so they threw the sandwiches in the trashcan. I felt so bad. $10 for nothing! Totally not what I ordered and the bag smelled fishy. My car still smells I will never return to this Arby's ! They changed owners I believe and the food/service is not the same. read more

The customer service at this location is exceptional! From the moment I walked in and asked if they are closing now since I had 10 mins to spare. Even though it was almost closing time, I was still greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude that instantly makes you feel appreciated. Their dedication to making sure each guest has a pleasant experience truly stands out. Whether you're dining in or ordering to go, the service is consistently friendly. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority! Food is alright since it's my husband's favorite. Ambiance is clean Although, minus a star since they forgot 2 classic Arby sandwiches.... Overall, would definitely come back for the excellent service! Thank you!!! read more

I don't usually eat at Arby's, but pregnancy cravings don't play fair--and after seeing a commercial, I just had to try it. I placed a pickup order through the app, but when I arrived, it wasn't ready. The employee at the counter looked both irritated and confused, handed me a cup and told me to serve myself--despite the app already asking for my drink choice. When I asked for BBQ and ranch sauce, you'd think I requested a five-course meal. The attitude was... memorable. Unfortunately, the chicken tenders lacked flavor, and somehow the ranch did too--how does ranch not taste like ranch? Safe to say this craving won't be bringing me back. Just thought I'd share my experience--because if a pregnant woman walks away from food unimpressed, that says a lot. read more

Arby's is a fast food place we go to when we can't figure out what to eat. We came to the one on Katella and Euclid to eat and the was god like always. However, they have this new drink Blueberry Lemonade that is very good and I would recommend to get it while it lasts as it may be a seasonal drink. Lastly, for some reason this Arby's has to really control the soda dispensing station. They turn it off and on for some reason and you to ask to refill your drinks. Not sure what that is, what it was weird watching it. read more

They close when ever they want I had stoped by earlier in the day and asked at what time they closed and the lead told me that they closed at 10pm I stop by at 9:30 and the guy there is like we're closed I told them I had asked earlier in the day and they were like yeah they don't know terrible service all the shift leads should know at what time you guys open & close specially if your took off your closing hours from the door and windows read more

I am lost for words, the customer service was amazing! Richard was so attentive and friendly. I got a turkey club sandwich, a chicken slider and Mac and cheese. I will definitely be back, Richard also gave us some pies on the house. Thank you again Richard for everything you do, God bless you. read more

I was very impressed when I walked into the restaurant. Everything was clean and organized. The manager, Richard, had a great attitude and went out of his way to make everyone happy. The minute you walk into the restaurant, you have a great feeling. The food was great. They had decent prices as well. I feel that when the fast food place doesn't have a drive, through you feel like they care about you more. GREAT JOB !!! I enjoyed it a lot read more

Arby's - Fast Food Near Me - Anaheim, California

This is the only Arby's in all of Orange County that does not accept mobile orders through the app. They aren't even listed in the Arby's app so you wouldn't even know this location existed. With how expensive fast food is these days, the apps really help you with savings and because this location chooses to not participate, you'll be spending close to $20.00 on a combo here. Nothing to see here, keep it moving to another Arby's! read more

Leaving my doctors office decided to stop in. Won't be back the french fries are so greasy I throw them out. You can tell they were cooked and over cooked. They literally were dripping grease. Arby's - You can tell these have been fried and refried or soaking in grease. Totally gross - Fast Food Near Me - Anaheim, California

Horrible service and rude staff, I am a pregnant customer that went there to place an order but needed to use bathroom fist and the lady treated me horrible and made me not want to buy anything anymore I just got a drink cause I really needed to use to restroom since I'm pregnant and can't hold it but didn't spend any of my money on food anymore read more

... They got my order charge for everything, and the woman at the register was downright rude... Though they got my order wrong, when I asked to refill my lemonade she said no refills even though I had been charged extra for classic lemonade... The ice machine didn't work you couldn't get refills on soda, no wonder there's only three people in the building at lunchtime! Good luck Arbys if they're all like the one on katella in Anaheim, I doubt you'll be open much longer rude employees, and overpriced food, that doesn't even taste good isn't a good combination for a restaurant! I won't be back! You should at least replace the person at the register with somebody who's friendly and and more of a people person than this woman! And if you get my order wrong and I have to wait for my overcooked mozzarella sticks, then surely you could accommodate me with refilling my lemonade... I guess that's more than you can ask for it at Arbys! read more

I love Arby's don't get me wrong but when my French dip sandwich is 1/4 meat short they be stingy at this place check your sandwiches before you leave read more

First let me say, this place has the best service of any fast food restaurant I've ever been to. From what I understand this is a long time family owned location and the pride in ownership shows. The food is always fresh and at today's prices, I still consider it to be a pretty good value. My go to is always the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. They use thick cut bacon and the bread is always soft and fresh. Also, you can't go wrong with curly fries! read more

This review is for the older male & female cashiers (both were Asian). I ordered a beef cheddar combo and a side of beef cheddar sandwich. After I was charged $19, I noticed their special of the day sign that read, "2 beef cheddars for $7.50" When I inquired if I can get that deal instead, because it would have saved me a lot of money, the male and female both responded, "you said combo, not the special." First off, aren't you supposed to be the ones that could've mentioned the special, if you knew that was basically what I was ordering? Second, for both of them to get defensive and faulting me for not mentioning the special- tells me they may be the owners of this location. I would never come back to a place that has money-hungry, deceitful, rude employees. I am Asian myself, so this is not a discriminatory review- strictly based on how they treated me. read more

The customer service was awful. I didn't want to pay using my app. I left. Don't eat there.

Okay place, okay food, but they don't accept mobile orders. It means no discounts from the app (I had 50% off). Also, they are besieged by homeless people, so you can only ask to open bathroom with a key hanging on a weird relay race baton ‍ read more

I ordered a drink and had to ask the manager to *turn on the fountain drink* dispensor. When my child went to get a refill on his drink he had to ask the front counter to turn it back on. The Starbucks next door were out of what I ordered. I walked into Arby's and noticed they were already closing but they let me order!! I am so truly grateful for their kindness. I cant knock the service here...top notch. But if any other fast foot place served curly fries, Arby's would be out of business, it is the only defense anyone has when u say "I don't like arbys." I've tried to like this place but it pretty much just works as an unhealthy laxative. read more
