I try not to review fast food often but, when a place stands-out, I will. Unfortunately, this Arby's location stood-out in all the wrong ways. First off, as fast food goes, I like Arby's. Many of their items are meh, but there are others that fit the bill. The problem with this store is that it's really poorly run, almost to the point one wonders if it's even a real Arby's. I used the app, which I'll do anytime a brand has one. Apps allow for some customization, and minimize mistakes which can occur in other order methods. I placed my order and, given the choice, went with the drive-thru pick-up option. I got to the restaurant and, surprise, they don't even have a drive-thru! I went inside to pick-up my order and encountered a staff that clearly didn't want to be bothered. I was finally given some attention and received my order. I looked inside the bag and saw the sauces I ordered to accompany my meal weren't there. When I inquired about this, I was told, brusquely, "I give you one!" I was then given what appeared to be barbecue sauce is a generic container; not the Arby's-branded packet all other locations provide. I would be surprised if this was some off-brand product purchased by that location's operators in bulk. My recommendation? If you like Arby's, continue to. Just avoid this substandard location. Its been YEARS since ive been here. I was craving a roast beef sandwich and potato cakes. Everything was fantastic! Its gotten quite costly over the years, but I don't eat it often. I ordered a half pound sandwich regular sized combo and a double meat roast beef sandwich (took that one to go) and it was about $30. Yikes! But it was delicious. The service was great and it was busy during lunch hour on a Friday. I try not to eat this often, but it is one of my favorite fast food sandwiches. Picked up my order in person. Person at the front was kind when verifying my online order. Overall, quiet place and clean. This was my first time visiting Arby's, and unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. I ordered the classic roast beef, and it looked nothing like the picture shown. It was more like a kid-sized sandwich, with no mayo and no cheese, which was disappointing. I also ordered the tater triangles, and they tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. They were very greasy and left an unpleasant greasy aftertaste. Now I understand why I don't see many people ordering here. On a positive note, my daughter ordered the cheese sticks and a chicken sandwich, and her meal was very good. The only thing I would suggest is providing more marinara sauce with the cheese sticks. I got an email from Arby's saying if u bought a new Arby's cheesteak you get free side. Which is the only reason why I decided to do it. I added the coupon to my app and saw it on the order page. When I hit checkout it glitched and still charged me for the fries. There is no way to cancel the order or contact to fix this through the app. I called the store, but they don't answer the phone or let you leave a voicemail. I showed up and explained what happened. I talked to the Asian manager guy. He refused to help saying I have to contact Arby's through the app. I told him there is no way to do that and that I had called to cancel the order if you couldn't refund it I would've canceled, but you don't answer the phone. He said there's nothing he could do to refund me or fix it. I tried to show him my order screen and the promotion email.he refused to look at them as he clearly knew about the special deal. He just said he couldn't do anything. I said you could do something. He just played dumb. Terrible service he couldve just given me some free fries or a drink or anything. They changed owners ?! They must have. Didn't see the same people there, only the man cooking. I ordered two roast beef sandwiches and when I got home I gave the bag to my grandparents and they looked at me and said we can't eat this. It's been fried and looks like a slimy fried chicken sandwich with lots of mayo. They're allergic to fish so they threw the sandwiches in the trashcan. I felt so bad. $10 for nothing! I don't usually eat at Arby's, but pregnancy cravings don't play fair--and after seeing a commercial, I just had to try it. I placed a pickup order through the app, but when I arrived, it wasn't ready. The employee at the counter looked both irritated and confused, handed me a cup and told me to serve myself--despite the app already asking for my drink choice. When I asked for BBQ and ranch sauce, you'd think I requested a five-course meal. The attitude was... memorable. Unfortunately, the chicken tenders lacked flavor, and somehow the ranch did too--how does ranch not taste like ranch? Safe to say this craving won't be bringing me back. Arby's is a fast food place we go to when we can't figure out what to eat. We came to the one on Katella and Euclid to eat and the was god like always. However, they have this new drink Blueberry Lemonade that is very good and I would recommend to get it while it lasts as it may be a seasonal drink. Lastly, for some reason this Arby's has to really control the soda dispensing station. They turn it off and on for some reason and you to ask to refill your drinks. This is the only Arby's in all of Orange County that does not accept mobile orders through the app. They aren't even listed in the Arby's app so you wouldn't even know this location existed. With how expensive fast food is these days, the apps really help you with savings and because this location chooses to not participate, you'll be spending close to $20.00 on a combo here. First let me say, this place has the best service of any fast food restaurant I've ever been to. From what I understand this is a long time family owned location and the pride in ownership shows. After I was charged $19, I noticed their special of the day sign that read, "2 beef cheddars for $7.50" When I inquired if I can get that deal instead, because it would have saved me a lot of money, the male and female both responded, "you said combo, not the special."
