Had a decent meal here, though it was a bit of a hit-or-miss experience. The corned beef was unfortunately pretty dry. It felt like it might have been sliced way ahead of time, which wasn't ideal. On the bright side, they are super generous with the fries! Overall, an okay spot, but probably not our first choice for deli meats.

These are not your average sandwiches--they're huge, packed with flavor, and always so fresh. My favorites are the Bronx Club and The Boss, and I've also tried the Philly Cheese, which is amazing too. Their fries are so good and make the perfect side. Everything I've had here has been off the hook delicious! The bread, the meats, and the quality are always on point every time. If you haven't been here yet, you need to try it! Definitely one of my favorite spots in Anaheim!

Scooby-Doo type of sandwich lol Servings are generous, I got two meals out of one sandwich! The crunchy bread is the best, don't miss that!!

Just around the corner from Muay Thai gym, I've been eyeing this spot for a few weeks now. Sandwich craving kicked in and fortunately for me, the entire family showed no objection. Chance opportunity to try Bronx. What did we order? # 10 Philly Cheese Steak 5/5 # 22 Bronx Club 4/5 # 23 The Boss 4/5 # 29 The Tuna Salad 3/5 Located in a plaza, parking is simple. While we weren't able to find parking directly in front of the shop, it's simple enough to find a space in the lot with ample space. Upon entering the shop you'll see a nice spacious seating area. Approach the counter to your right and you'll find everything from chips to, the special hoagie, to the classics all on a menu screen overhead. Overall I found that the "#1 Best Seller" doesn't always mean it's the best thing on the menu. The Bronx Club is good, and although a very nice size sandwich, the cold cut ratio seemed a bit on the low side. For a baguette as hearty as the Bronx, the ratio of meat to bread just felt unbalanced. Definitely did not meet the expectations based on the photos I'd seen online. Meat ratio fell short but on the bright side, the ingredients were very nice. Fresh and flavorful. My son ordered the Philly Cheese and he loved it. I had to take a bite and I will agree. Very good. I'd recommend this Philly over many other sandwich chains who offer a Philly. Good job Bronx! My wife ordered the Boss. Also very very good taste. Love the olive spread. Perfect balanced taste. My daughter went for the Tuna. Unfortunately she opted to keep it simple with no cheese, onions or mayo, it kinda felt like something was missing. Specifically 3 key ingredients missing if you ask me haha. Bronx is without a question a great choice for anyone with a hankering for a sandwich. Plenty of options, great taste, and although prices appear to be high, you'll find it reasonable for the portion size when doing a market comparison. Im looking forward to trying more from Bronx.

Ive eaten here many times now - i usually go between the Babe, the Yankee, and the Bronx Club. It is always delicious!! They also reliably door dash and let me add a pickle on the side. Everyone is nice and accomodating. Its a big place despite how it looks outside and very clean. Stuff is available on the side next to the soda machine which i love. Everything is amazing!!

Stopped by Bronx Sandwich in Anaheim and was seriously impressed. You order at the cashier and the sandwiches are massive -- stacked with flavorful, tender meat and plenty of sauce on fresh bread. Definitely the kind of sandwich that's both filling and crave-worthy. Service was super friendly and welcoming, even though I came in about 30 minutes before closing. They still invited me to dine in and never made me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. The shop itself is small, comfy, and very clean, with a relaxed neighborhood vibe. Prices felt totally fair for the portion size and quality. If you're in the area and want a hearty, satisfying sandwich with great service to match, this spot is a win.

Yummy food, great customer service and chill atmosphere with beautiful Christmas tree and decoration. We ordered: Bronx Club -- $14.49 Mexican Coke (2) -- $7.98 Chips -- $2.75 The Boss -- $13.99 Total with tax: $42.25 We enjoyed our delicious sandwiches. It was hard to choose which one to get and we ended up to order both and share and definitely we made the best decision. The quality is there and we definitely come back. They have also catering and most of their customers were for pick up! Super busy but its worth to try. They are super fast and very friendly. If you've been to this place, tell me your favorite bite! # Minehli#OCfoodie #YelpElite

This place is good. Food is usually very fresh. Ambiance is what you would expect-- park in the back to avoid the other restaurant parking. Service is usually solid. I come here as a treat to myself.

Came with my girlfriend's meetup group for lunch. 9 of us total. Ordered at the counter, paid, and the cashier brought our food out when it was ready. Good sandwiches lots of corned beef and pastrami options, typical new York style. Fries were very generous and delicious. Sandwiches were tasty and also large. I ended up taking home half of my sandwich as leftovers and so did my girlfriend. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the size of the orders. We'll be back.

Perfect place to scratch that sandwich itch, especially if you're in the mood for something better than most of the usual sub chains. Menu is massive, meaning tons of options which I love as it entices me to try something new each time I go. Nathan helped me out and the dude was super upbeat and charismatic, which was really appreciated. Inside of the place is huge with tons of seating, though I snagged my order to go and didn't actually eat inside. I ordered the Bronx Sub and a few black and white cookies. Pro tip: sub for spicy mayo, add ham, and get peppers/pickles on the side (you'll thank me later). Another reviewer described them as "scooby-doo" sandwiches, which is the most apt comparison I could think of. These sandwiches are laughably massive and thankfully make you feel like you're getting your money's worth. Ingredients are fresh and the sandwich was BOMB! The black and white cookies are legit and I was told they get them shipped straight from NY, so you know they're the real deal. I was really impressed with the quality of food, menu variety, and portion size. Definitely recommend you check this place out!!

Food fantastic nice size servings big enough for 2. The lady at Register very nice and I absolutely love all her awsome Skull Tattoos the service was great. The place inside is huge lots of tables and booths and you can sit by window on higher stools. There's soda machine and condiments section as well. We will definitely be coming back.

My sandwich was basic. I got the veggie with spicy brown mustard instead of yellow mustard. I did like the extra mustards they have off to the side because they are really good. Someone else in my group got a "sloppy" sandwich and that thing was saucy and loaded with fried and looked delicious. The star of the show was the chocolate chip cookie! They are so soft in the middle with a crispy edge and chunky chocolate. I'd stop by just for a cookie haha P.s. we stopped by to take these into the Angel game and it was definitely a home run

If you're a sandwich person, I highly recommend this spot! We ordered the Bronx club, west coast pastrami, and brisket fries. All fire! Folks are kind and give great service! I tried the pasta salad too. A bit dry but good flavor. Can't wait to get back and try that brownie! Cool atmosphere too. Clean and spacious. Parking is easy.

This might sound weird but does your Dutch crunch taste sort of sweet? Ike's and Ghost sandwiches are sweet and I'm not a fan. True Dutch crunch isn't sweet and that's what I can't find in SoCal. Thanks.

    It’s not sweet

    No, only Philly cheese steak.

    What are the vegan options?

You can ask for any hot or cold veggie sandwich without cheese or dressing, or you can choose their signature salads without meat or cheese.

Do you offer half salad half sandwich meal options?

Pulling into the parking lot, I knew this was a very well loved restaurant because the lot was packed ~ and it's a pretty good sized lot! Walking up to the door, it's pretty obvious, in a good way, that it's an establishment that's been around for a while. With bustling deli and pastry cases near the entrance, Benjie's instantly gives off a Cheers vibe, even for this first timer. There's a counter to sit at if you're dining solo, or if you've got more people in your party there are plenty of traditional booths and tables. The menu is extensive with all of the traditional deli/diner favorites. In order to try more, we decided to split everything. We ordered Reuben Fritters as a starter, a Pastrami sandwich on a French roll, and cheese blintzes for dessert. The Reuben Fritters were a nice take on the sandwich with a mixture of tender corned beef and the perfect amount of cheeses and sauerkraut rolled in bread crumbs and fried to perfection. The pastrami sandwich was piled high with meat and served with a side of onion rings. We were already getting full at this point, but we couldn't resist the cheese blintzes that were patiently waiting for us to give them a try. I swear I don't live under a rock, but I've never had blintzes before and these were VERY good! We went with the traditional preparation, although I read someone's review that said these could also be requested fried. Definitely worth a try next time. I'm imagining pure decadence! Our server was friendly and kept on top of keeping our beverages filled and checking to see if we needed anything. We left filled with excellent comfort food and an overall great experience. Looking forward to trying some more things on the menu soon!

You can tell they've been around for a long time in the best way. It has that classic deli feel with a mix of diner, café, and old school market vibes. Service was friendly and helpful, even during the lunch rush. We went around 1 PM on a Thursday, so it was definitely busy, but the wait felt expected and worth it. Portion wise, they do not hold back. You really get a bang for your buck here. The smoked fish platter was the highlight for me. I genuinely loved everything on it. It's perfect for sharing (or for leftovers ). It almost feels like a DIY bagel experience you get to mix and match different toppings and flavors, which I'm obsessed with. Also... I tried an egg bagel for the first time and it lowkey changed my life. They make their bagels in house and sell them by the half dozen but they do sell out. By the time we finished eating, they were already out, so if you want some to take home, grab them as soon as you walk in. The Benjie Special was solid super flavorful and packed with a generous amount of pastrami. It did lean a bit greasy for our taste, but that really just comes down to personal preference. They also offer a variety of cold deli items by the pound, which adds to that classic New York-style deli experience. Overall: A cozy, old school deli with generous portions, quality food, and that nostalgic mom and pop charm. Definitely a spot we'd come back to.
