Well, let's start off with the staff, they do get 5 Stars for friendliness and accuracy of my order. The Big Kahuna was good, nice flavors and cheesy, perfect ! 5 Stars here .... I'm not sure of the corporate food chain so to speak, but whoever manages this location or owns this location really needs to train their staff on keeping the dining area clean, it is absolutely filthy. Honestly, it only takes a few minutes to go out in the dining area and wipe off a table and sweep up the floor and wipe up around the soda machine and so forth. Out of the many Jersey Mike's that I've stopped at in various locations throughout the US, this is the dirtiest ! I was going to give three stars but it's been a week and no one has tried to resolve my issue. I had points for a free reg sub. They have my favorite seasonal item, the chicken salad. I ordered via app using 72 of my points for this sandwich. Went to go pick it up. They were busy. I waited patiently for someone to acknowledge me. The line for people to have their sandwich made was gone before anyone asked me my name. I got my bag, checked the receipt on the bag and headed back to my office. Got back to the office and opened my sandwich to find it was a roast beef sandwich. I'm like ok not bad. But it was a plain roast beef. No sauce, no veggies, dry meat and cheese. I love Jersey Mikes but this Jersey Mikes has been the worst one I've ever been to. The customer service is awful. We had ordered 2 sandwiches 30 minutes before we arrived, we arrived at the time our order shouldve been ready at, nobody greeted us, we stood there for 15 minutes until one of the employees finally decided to ask about our order, we told her our order and she gave us attitude and still took 15 more minutes to give us our order. Horrible customer service, I get that you get busy sometimes but nog acknowledging your customers and still being rude is unacceptable. I will not be going back to this location. read more

I requested the sub made with only lettuce and tomatoes, no other toppings or sauces, and specifically requested the gluten-free crust due to my gluten allergy. Mitchell took the order, processed payment, and arranged for another team member to prepare the sandwich in the back to accommodate my gluten sensitivity. I waited for the order, received the wrapped sandwich without inspecting it (trusting that my explicit allergy instructions had been followed), and left the store. Approximately two hours later, while at Disneyland with my family, I sat down to eat and took two bites. I immediately realized the sandwich contained chipotle sauce (which includes vinegar) and had no tomatoes. It did not match my ordered modifications. As a result, I am now experiencing extreme pain and misery due to my documented food allergies. I cannot consume vinegar or high FODMAP foods, and this mistake has caused a significant adverse reaction. Mitchel was really rude to my friend and I. I had donated money and purchased a ticket for a promo they had in March. It was 'buy one get one sub free.' I paid $5 for this donation back in March for this coupon. We were in line to ask about the ticket I had purchased because we wanted to redeem today. We were ignored. Other people came in and Mitchel chose to help them instead of us. Even though we were in line and had a question about redemption. Anyway, I did say something because we were waiting in line and we were being ignored. The entire process and experience was not pleasant. Today, I entered the store when it was a little busy. There were about 6 people in line in front of me. At this time, every employee was helping each customer, and the line was moving. While in line, I noticed promotional advertisements for ordering online/in the app so, I figured that setting up a rewards account while waiting was the perfect way to kill time, which it was. However, once I finished setting up an account and placing an order through the app, it was my turn to be helped. Now, here's where everything went downhill. I was helped by the manager. The manager was polite and asked "what can I get for you?" as he prepared to take my order and prepare my sandwich. I kindly told him that I ordered online to help speed up my order process. The manager replied, "ok I'll go pull your order, see what it is and start it up". Upon checking the online orders, the manager acknowledged me by name to confirm he had the correct order. However, instead of prioritizing my food and working on my order as I was next in line and had already waited 20 minutes, he decided to prep ALL online orders and have his team prep EVERYTHING ELSE for those orders instead of helping me, and the customers behind me. By the time I realized this, it was another 20 minutes later before I finally received my order. I then realized that I was misled. Not once did the manager communicate that he wanted to prep other orders in addition to my order. By the time I received my order, the gentleman who ordered before me, dined in, finished his entire meal, and walked out of the store at the same time as me. The fact that I had not eaten all day, coupled with this experience at this location left me with COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION! It's no wonder why they have 2.5 Yelp Stars. Stopped in for a birthday lunch. The people did not greet us when we walked. Does not really matter to us but it's something I tend to notice because I work retail which we always welcome people in. The people did not quite hear our order the bluest time because I asked for rosemary bread giant and they tried to give us while regular. If I could put zero stars I would. Very unprofessional staff. I witnessed an employee getting yelled at, in a very cruel and unprofessional way. It was very unfortunate that I saw that because the employee was just doing her job but got disrespected in front of every other costumer as well. So I live 2.5 miles away from this location, I decided to get some extra cardio in this morning so I decided to run to this shopping center. I decided to grab a sandwich and a water from Starbucks. So I am sitting in the eating area where 2 other people, one family was inside. 11 minutes go by I finish my sandwich and I started watching a video with AirPods in and then was about to get up and order. I was so taken back as again I had just ran almost 3 miles and had my AirPods in. I asked him to repeat himself and he proceeds to say it again but now with an attitude.
