Super clean location with great customer service, it's always a pleasure coming to Chick fil A. My order is consistently correct, and they never skimp on the sauce, which I appreciate. The multiple drive thru lanes are a huge plus since they moved from the neighboring location that only had one drive-thru line. I came this past Saturday when the manager was hanging out with some girls in the dining area and she was very Loud saying that she looks young for a manager and she's direct. If she has a problem with an employee she brings it to their attention and if they don't agree then F you! Idk why she felt the need to say that in front of us and our children..like tf? Hubby ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with waffles fries and coffee and ordered a chicken sandwich, mac and cheese and lemonade for me plus the sauces. Restaurant had a few parties eating inside. Because we dined in hubby needed to put the table number we sat down at so the employee could bring our food. I needed to use the restroom to wash my hands but it needed a code to get in so I waited for the employee who brought our food. My lemonade and mac and cheese were good. I've been waiting awhile for their location to move to the center of the lot, previously a vacant building, and they finally did! It's a little confusing on how to get to the new drive thru but I guess I'll just have to get used to it. The entrance to the drive thru is on the right side and it you're coming from beach you'll have to watch our for the "do not enter" signs in the parking lot. I admit not having been back to Chick-fil-A for a long time. One reason was the insane long line at the drive thru. But now that the new building is open and things have worked out for a greatly improved drive thru, it was definitely time to get back. We found no serious lines to speak of and ended at the left drive where Donovan took our order. I am glad to be able to use a credit card right there on the spot. I also admit that I needed help sorting out the various sandwich offerings. He patiently helped us. The lovely missus orders the #5 combo meal and I did #1. Two lemonades were an extra 0.50 cents each upgrade. We made our choices for dips and sauces. As we drove up to the window we wondered about the system of how the order is tracked so there won't be any "oops" at the pick up window. It was cleverly done during the order taking where our first name and our vehicle was Identified. No problem with getting our drinks and our bag of chicken sandwiches to go. The lovely missus always checks and as we got home the missus gave me a half consumed box of criss-cross cut fries...yeah they were better than the usual ordinary fries. She munched on her chicken sandwich and made positive comments about the bun and the chicken and the Polynesian sauce. This Chick-fil-A has been here since around 2019 but I never bothered to go in, the line was always to the door n the take out drive in was worse. Today I decided to venture inside. The decoration was beautiful n very cheerful, there were a lot of people dining. I ordered just a simple sandwich supposedly grilled chicken w 3 sauces. Are they joking or what? This chicken didn't have a mother! I hope it was not pounded out n sent to China to be whacked into patties n sent back here but it sure looked like that, as described in business journals. It tasted like it was steamed wait there was zero taste n it had brown fake streaks to make it look like it was grilled! When I was a poverty stricken college student, I would not eat this, I bought real Foster farm chicken n baked it w butter n lemon healthy food n really cheap. At $8 it's not exactly cheap as it was a small sandwich, just fuhgeddaboutit n get yourself a Carl jr or Jack in a box right across the street. I have no idea why I haven't been more of a regular customer to Chick-fil-A in the past but I've recently re-discovered it and it's literally my new hyper-fixation meal. Seasonally, during peach season, stopping for a peach milkshake is a MUST. I love that it isn't too sweet and the peach flavor really makes an entrance. I've always really liked their chicken nuggets, chicken strips, waffle fries and Mac and Cheese. Their chicken is always spot on delicious. The flavoring is just right, textures are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. After seeing a video about Chik-fil-A salads being the next best thing I had to try it, and it wasn't the next best, it is THE BEST. Their Cobb Salad with Nuggets and Avocado Ranch Lime dressing is chef's kiss. in this same visit, I tried their seasonal Chicken Tortilla Soup and it was a flavor-bomb with crispy tortilla strips. I would definitely get it again, but for right now I'm super stuck on their Cobb Salad. I favor this location, because for one, it's local to me. Two, they have inside ordering, a drive through, a whole row of parking for mobile ordering - curbside pickup. They're a well oiled machine, so even if it looks busy, lines move pretty quickly. I prefer the online ordering - curbside pickup option, quickest in my opinion. Their service is also always friendly and top tier. For sure, this will be my favorite and most visited location. Rudest worker I met today at all the chick fil an ovations I have visited. First time at this location and needless to say, my last. It was the first time I went to a location where you had to scan the screen to pick up a mobile order. I went up to the front and asked for help and was told I had to drive back around. Except here's the thing - not a single car in the mobile lane or the drive thru. Why couldn't they just help me without fumbling thru everything? The rudest part? I had said this was ridiculous and proceeded to drive around and she yelled out, "then don't do mobile order". Was that really necessary to make that comment? Or to not help with nobody else in line? Chick-fil-A - really? What am I really trying? - Fast Food Near Me - Westminster, California

If Halloween is the Nightmare before Christmas, my experience at this Chick-fil-A is the Nightmare before Halloween. Though Nightmare is one of my favorite songs, experiencing one is anything but. It was the last day to claim a free sandwich from the Angels baseball promo where if the Angels scored at least 7 runs at home, and you open the app after that game, you get a reward for a free chicken sandwich. The Angels' season is over, and so is any chance of revisiting this Chick-fil-A on the east side of Beach Blvd between Heil and Edinger. As soon as I arrived, I immediately noticed the long drive-thru line, a norm at any Chick-fil-A you go to. What isn't a norm, however, is how they blocked off so many parking spots to create dual drive-thru lanes, which as convenient as it may sound, I would argue it could cause a safety issue. Why? The spots directly in front of the building were primarily for mobile order, so I tried to park at the next lot over, which was empty, but for the reason I mentioned in the previous paragraph. There were a handful of delineators, with adjacent ones linked by chains. The way they set it up, they barely leave enough room for the one side of the lot where you can actually park, thus increasing the chances of a head-on collision, especially if it's after dusk, and both cars neglected to utilize their headlights. If the lot only had one open spot, I would have settled for another lot for fear of not being able to safety turn into that spot without hitting a vehicle on either side. As soon as I got out, I tried to discern where the delineators were directing the cars to. My first thought was "massive overkill!" Oh, but it gets worse. There's a striped zone right at the entrance of the drive thru, and the words "DO NOT BLOCK" are etched on either side. This is the area where the dual drive thru lanes converge into a single lane, and it was also the area I had to cross to get to the front door. Because it was dark when I went, I had to look carefully to make sure both drivers at the front acknowledged my presence before crossing. Once I saw that, I was relieved I didn't choose either drive-thru lane because if I did, how would I know which car should go into the actual drive thru first?? As soon as I entered, I opened my Chick-fil-A app and noticed I had gotten kicked out! While not this particular Chick-fil-A's fault obviously, it was simply a precursor to a series of unfortunate events starting with several customers passing me to get in line and taking their merry time to order. After placing my order, I looked around and didn't see the usual counter of sauces, utensils, and napkins that I typically see at other Chick-fil-A locations. While I did ask for a pack of Chick-fil-A sauce, I didn't get any napkins in my order. and since I didn't want Chick-fil-A sauce on my steering wheel, I chose to eat the sandwich as is and save the sauce for later. It was about 5 minutes before an employee yelled out my *full* name even though he only yelled out other customers' first names. That employee must have been hard of hearing because he had to yell my *full* name again even though I said I was here, just on the other side. And thanks to him, everyone in the restaurant knew who I was. Not only that, but the way he said it was akin to a school principal demanding me to report to his/her office over the intercom. Like what did I do to deserve this? Never a fun thing. Either that employee needs to be retrained on customer service, or Chick-fil-A should update its privacy policy to specify that customers' full names may be exposed to everyone inside their restaurants. I was so aggravated that even though I would have loved to sit at a table with a Coca-Cola bottle as a flowerpot, I simply zipped out and ate the sandwich in my car. The sandwich wasn't bad, but it was drier than the other sandwiches I've had at locations much closer to me. Definitely would have been better with some Chick-fil-A sauce, but like I said, I didn't want to drive with sauce on my fingers. Not even a knife to guide the sauce out of its pre-packed container?? I suppose that's one way to "cut" corners lol. Oh, and remember the "DO NOT BLOCK" zone I mentioned? I actually almost blocked it because I had to wait for a car to back out of a spot in front of the restaurant. Luckily, the car was far enough that I was just outside the fringe of the zone, but with everything I mentioned up to this point, I can only imagine how much anxiety I would have driving through that area as it seems like a collision waiting to happen. Will I return? Absolutely not, especially since I was just passing by on the 405 freeway, speaking of which, I was trying to get back on, but the entrance was blocked off for some stupid (or no) reason, thus causing me to search for a different freeway entrance on a different street. This nightmare ceased to find an ending until I ate a second dinner that evening elsewhere. read more

I have been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for years, and this was by far the most unprofessional and disappointing experience I have ever had at any location. We placed an order using the app and selected the "Mobile Thru" option. When we arrived, we pulled into the lane as directed. Crucially, there was no cone or any signage whatsoever indicating the lane was closed, which is why we entered it. While waiting, a male employee (whose name we did not catch) approached our car and, in a very accusatory tone, asked if we had "moved the cone" that was supposedly blocking the entrance. We were shocked. The question was incredibly unprofessional and presumptive, and it immediately put us on the "defensive" for just trying to pick up our food. This is the complete opposite of the friendly service Chick-fil-A is known for. Adding to the frustration, after that unpleasant interaction, the food we received was well below Chick-fil-A's usual standards. The fries were soggy, stale, and lukewarm, and the chicken was also soggy, as if the entire order had been sitting out for a long time. The poor quality just added insult to injury. Because the interaction was so upsetting, I sent a formal complaint to the store's management. The reply I received from this location's IT manager, Kevin, was even more disappointing. Instead of apologizing for the employee's accusatory question, he simply explained why the employee might have been confused (the lane was technically closed, we had backed up, etc.). He completely ignored the main point of our complaint: that we were accused of moving a cone that wasn't even there in the first place. In fact, he never acknowledged that part of the incident. His email felt like a justification for the employee's rudeness, not an apology for it. An "apology" that blames the customer for the employee's "confusion" is not an apology at all. It's one thing to have a single employee have a bad day. It's another thing for management to receive a complaint, review the facts, and still fail to take ownership of the poor service. We've lost all confidence in this location and will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

I ask for extra items and for them to be placed on the side. Today they gave me one thing on the side and the rest on the food. So I tell him they didn't give it to me as I requested. Can you believe he told me "they probably put it on the salad so give me the bag and I will have them take it off??" Well I couldn't believe it and to keep from raising my voice at him, I did not look at him when I replied "you don't need the bag. You need to give me what I asked for...". I continued to look through the bag. Then whoever he was speaking to gave him 20 questions before she even told those in The back to give it to her. I have never experienced treatment like that before EVER! But I simply will no longer patronize this location. People may not know that once the restaurant hands you your bag, they are not supposed to interact with that food again. They should just accommodate your request. If they must remake the food then when you give them the box/plate they are supposed to throw it away. Maybe the health department should review their restaurant for compliance. My fries were NOT filled to the top, and my drink was 25% missing! Not to mention, they gave me the cup with the lid so lazily put on that it completely spilled all over me in the car 3 minutes later. They definitely knew the lid was defected, yet they still gave it to me while it was in that condition. Freshness: Usually when I'd go to Chick-Fil-A, my fries would be steaming hot in the bag. This review is for the drive-thru since I didn't have a chance to eat inside. There's a maze in the parking lot I guess to create some sort of orderly wait sequence for cars using the drive-thru. This is a great idea on Chick-fil-a's part, since I imagine having cars randomly form lines can cause a bit of chaos in the parking lot. Ordering in the drive-thru is great, but it becomes even easier and more efficient if you have the CFA app, which allows you to place your customized order - and select the option for pick-up at the drive-thru. The app will ask you to describe your car to help differentiate between the other customers. It's a single lane - but I think drive-thru customers get served quicker than if you were picking up your order inside. Service was prompt and efficient - the clerk confirmed napkins and my selected sauces (Garden Ranch & Honey Mustard) were in the bag. read more
