The food was delicious and whoever is working there, you should give them a raise! My chicken wings were so well coated and very saucy. Best wings ever. Also, my loaded fries were SAUCED UP! and the weather was really great that day too, so it made everything much better! Overall, I would say the service and everything is amazing! Placed an online order on Friday night 5/31 through the website and immediately saw a double charge. This is not this restaurants fault however, to avoid the headache I called and asked them to cancel my order. I was initially told there was no order under my name. I waited 5 min then called back and was told they still didn't see it. They told me they would call me back in a few. No phone call in another 10 min so I called a 3rd time and was told the order finally came through but that she needed to leave a note for the manager to issue a refund because it couldn't simply be cancelled. I called 3 days later because I still saw the charge and it was confirmed that the refund hadn't even been initiated by a manager yet... glad I called since there is clearly no sense of urgency. Not sure if they were hoping I would just forget? Really unprofessional. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, placed my order for the 20 piece meal deal and only received 10, paid $35 altogether for my whole order just to receive half. Absolutely unacceptable. I tried to call the restaurant to come to a consensus just to not be able to reach someone or leave a message. Save yourself money and disappointment, order somewhere else! read more

I just ordered some wings online and it was delivered fairly quickly. The driver was really nice as well, dropped off the food in the front and didn't make much of a noise when leaving. Really happy that the wings still was kind of crispy. So A+ for getting the wings here still tasting fresh. read more

Wingstop - Wings delivered home - Chicken Wings Near Me - Garden Grove, California

I didn't want to make this personal. But it is PERSONAL. We ordered 15 piece combo - classic, with blue cheese and honey mustard sauce, specifically asked for CORN. Instead of corn, we got BONELESS HOT HONEY CHICKEN. I told my husband to ask them to change it, we show them the receipt saying we got Tenders instead of Corn, the person he spoke to name Teresa, she said "they're Hot Honey and they're pretty good", brushing off the fact that we wanted Corn instead. We can tell that she didn't want to go back to the kitchen and make it. But the worst part of it all is with her LOUD VOICE, she said "You got Free Food, what more do you want" right as my husband turned his back and get to his seat, and she was not being discreet about it, the whole restaurant can hear her. It felt like they were ridiculing my husband for asking CORN. I can feel them laughing at him. The worst part about it, is that the tenders were DRY... so not pleased. I'm pissed off. I go here everytime we watch movies at the regal garden grove. I wouldn't go back here. The whole time we're waiting and eating, I keep hearing staffs APOLOGIZE to customers. I don't feel good coming back. read more

Maaaaaaaan. I ordered TWO 20 piece boneless wing bundles online from this location and they shorted me 20 wings. I guess it was my mistake for not checking the bag on site. Weirdly enough, they included the side of fries and even the ranch that's included on the second bundle, just not the wings. Normally I can take an L gracefully, but now I'm the laughing stock of my Halloween party potluck. My reputation in the holiday get-together scene will never be the same. Thanks a lot wingstop. Moral of the story- check your bags Edit: management reached out immediately to make things right. Much respect, thank you for that read more

This wingstop needs new cooks and they need to take thigh bites off the menu. It was mostly crust, (oil) and very little chicken. They didn't even try to absorb the oil, from the chicken bites or fries. My food was horrible. The fries even had excessive oil on them. I couldn't even eat half of them because they were soiled. read more

I always order from this WingStop since it's the closest to my house, but they have forgotten to pack ranch with my order 3 times. 3 TIMES!! Like how do you forget to pack the main condiment for wings at WingStop!!! I've had to drive back and forth just to pick up ranch. Such an inconvenience. They don't even bother to offer a comp for your next order. read more

Just went into this store, this is my normal location and most of the time they are able to get my order right. I have a call log of ordering the same thing , 15 piece with veggies , sometimes I ask for mixed but for the most part I ask for veggies. Normally, if they forget my veggies I would just come in and exchange the fries. This time was different. I went inside and told them they got the order wrong, I was then followed up with one of the employees asking me for my name and my order, the other took my bag , looked inside and got me my veggies, normally the employees would take the fries, she left them inside. The other employee had the audacity to tell me that I never ordered veggies and they I had said fries over the phone. What was on the receipt was fries. Obviously because the employee wasn't listening to me over the phone since I had to repeat my order 3 times over then phone since I kept getting asked "what"? That wasn't the worst part, the employee asked me if I wanted the fries to witch I told her absolutely not because I ordered veggies. She then asked me to return the fries, with the look as if I was intending on benefiting from this awakened situation. Even though I was offended, that wasn't the worst part, she then ask me to return the fries myself, so I put my dirty hands on top of the fries and handed them to her. She took them from the bottom as if she was trying not to touch them so she can resell *dear god I hope not * my kids have been sick lately so my hands are not the cleanest. However, when I looked inside my bag, I noticed that it made a huge mess. Now my veggies are lying at the bottom of the dirty bag touching nasty, oily Fries that fell at the bottom. I honestly hate the taste of their fries, the flavor of them is now all over my veggies & makes me want to yank. Thank you lady employees for making me feel like I was trying to scam you for your nasty fries. Hopefully your manager give you a lesson on decent customer service. read more

I find this place a lot better than Buffalo Wild Wings because it's mainly cheap and the wings are pretty big when you eat them. But basically wing stop has the same sauces at BWW and different options for sides. But I mainly get the 6 piece wing combo that comes with friends AND a drink for only about $10? I usually buy a side of their Cajun corn to get that sweetness to balance out with the spiciness of the wings. I love their mango habanero sauce and it is the main sauce I get on my wings. And their range portion is VERY big and I always ask for extra because it's just SO GOOD read more

Chicken was really fresh today. The only thing that I'm dissatisfied about was missing my order of chicken tenders when I got home

I was refunded partially of my money 10.31 out of 32 dollars when they fucked my order giving me the wrong things I didn't even ask for, i called right away and team member said ill get refunded 5-10 business days this was on 3/05 around 6:00pm , so i waited patiently and by March 19, i look into my bank account no refund at all, called the store to explain again and no communication at all here , had lady gas lighting me that i got what i ordered and they have no record of this incident happening, they gave 6 piece of tenders instead of 16 bone in wings and the manager adrian was on auto pilot, said ill be refund for tenders. When i didn't even order tenders, i laughed & reminded him I didn't even order tenders bro. Long story short i had to come pick up the correctly order because that's all he can do, i won't be back. Train your employees better! I hate being karen but fuck. How im i wrong when nobody clearly didn't double check the take out orders correctly! This was delivery order and had come out my way to have situation resolved instead of just giving me my full refund, annoying read more

Ashley she was very professional and vary sweet she have great customer service the food was great just like way I order thank you guys

Unfortunately my most recent visit was a major flop. We got 30 wings, a large fry, and the 6 pc boneless combo. The 30 wings were terrible Opening the boxes and they actually looked like old leather. It was weird. Then eating them, they were very dy and very tough. The fries were all burnt and waaaay over seasoned. It sucks because wings aren't cheap these days and we were hoping for a delicious dinner. The positives were that ordering online was very easy and the order was ready when it was supposed to be and it was simple to pickup. Also, the boneless wings were ok. Nothing spectacular. I hope this was a one-off issue because I typically enjoy this spot! read more

A solid chain for wings. It's a small little shop in a movie theater plaza sandwiched between two other chain restaurants. Decent amount of seating inside and outside on the patio in the back. There are also two restrooms. It's a self-seat and self-serve kind of place. They'll call your name once your order is ready for pick up at the front where you order. There's a soda machine with tonssss of drink options. Been here a bunch of times and the food is consistently the same here. I've had all the flavors of wings available, except for the two new ones!, and my favorite are still lemon pepper and mango habanero. I usually get bone in and with blue cheese. The best. The staff here are great, too! I've had Susana take my order a few times and she is just the sweetest. So friendly and so welcoming. read more

This place is great. 60 cent wings on mondays and Tuesdays! That's a crazy deal. They don't skimp out on the sauces and sides either. It is a place for friends to mingle and chill at. Thank goodness this place is finally open! I almost lost my wing appetite after having BWW lousy hot wings. This place right here...Wingstop...definitely knows how to coat these little bad boys. We ordered the boneless wings in original hot and smoked bbq and they were dripping in delicious sauce. The ranch was also a good serving size for the 10 piece combo and fries. The place is rather small and for it being as busy as it was with the line out the door, we were pretty lucky to find a 2-seater table. I placed an order via the Yelp app and pick up was easy. It was a busy holiday Monday. I arrived 10 minutes early but my food was ready as promised. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The wings are always perfectly cooked and seasoned. I ordered the 40 piece family pack: choice of 4 flavors :::::Lemon pepper: one of my faves. Tart and salty. You can never go wrong with this flavor. The skin is so crispy. ::::Mango habanero: great combo of sweet mango flavor + spicy habanero. So good for those who can handle heat. :::Hickory smoked bbq: as good as it sounds. Sweet bbq with a smokey flavor. ::::Garlic parmesan: savory and buttery with a hint of garlic flavor + crushed parmesan. Oh so good! I always prefer Wing stop when I get those cravings! It's been about a year since my last visit here. We were looking for a bite before going to the movie and the wife wanted to give it a try. We both ordered small combos with vegs. She had 1/2 reg classic & 1/2 reg garlic/Parmesan. Those looked ok . I had bbq / teriyaki and tried the boneless for the first time. I do not recommend ordering their boneless- small chunks of chicken- crunch was ok but the taste was extra salty. Terrible product. Also the soda machine was out of 1/2 of the flavors at noon. I think no one checks their machine when they open. It had to be re-cycled and it was still not working properly. I have tried this place twice and both times have been unpleasant experiences. I would suggest they train their staff and actually taste their products. I will go to other spots for wings even if its a longer drive. Don't give them your biz! Less than 1. read more

Definitely wish I can get my money back. Ordered online, around 11pm, an hour before they close. Wings were dry and overcooked. The wings also had a distinctive taste as if they didn't change the oil throughout the day or shift? Idk, I had 2 different flavors and could still taste that distinctive taste in all the wings. Worst food and service ever. I order my meal online and went there to pick it up. The food was not ready so I had to wait for another 30mins for it to come out. I had to keep coming up to the counter and check on my order. After a while, they realized it was sitting on the side and forgot about it. When I got home, my meal was cold and oily. The manager working on 8/12 at 6PM needs to work on herself. She criticizing her employees for their performance right in front of customers and was pretty loud and vocal about it. If there's an issue, you should discipline your employees in private. She seems like a decent person but she just needs to work on her managing, especially if she wants her employees to be more motivated. On the bright side, the food was good and the customer service from the employees was great. I placed an online order and canceled it. Days later, I saw I was still charged. I called the store, and some rude, unprofessional girl named Gabriela answered the phone and said if it was canceled, then we did not charge you. Take it up with the bank and slammed the phone to hang up on me. I called back many times to be hung up on, put on hold, or no answer at all. I called again, and someone named Viviana answered. She wasn't helpful and just as rude as Gabriela. I asked to speak to a manager, and this trick hung up too after saying the manager was on break. I called back again, and Sophie, who is supposed to be one of the managers, answered. I told her what happened and with no resolution or apologies from her, I asked to have the number to corporate and said I felt like coming up there to confront them and record them and send to corporate but I wasn't going to waste my time. Sophie put the phone down as she was supposed to be getting the number to corporate. While I was waiting, I was talking to the passenger in my car. I said those bitches are unprofessional and hoes don't need to be answering the phones and one of them said oh no we are not dealing with her talking to us that way. I was not talking to them.. Then Sophie got on the phone and said I'm not coming up there and they had security waiting for me and they were recording the call. I said if they weren't so rude, they wouldn't need security. I asked for corporate, and this unprofessional trick said no and hung up the phone. Worst customer service ever. They all need some customer service training and need to be fired. I called another store and got corporate number. Corporate took my complaint and issued me a refund. I will never return to Garden Grove Wingstop. read more
