Food was amazing. Really good service and ambience. Daniela and Vanessa were the best!!

Awesome and friendly service! Fast turnaround time too! A great setting for night out.

This place is on point even though my order took longer than my friend's, but they advised exactly why, so I appreciated that. Manager or team lead in charge runs things very smoothly and definitely places an emphasis an emphasis on customer service. Wings are always good, and they have a nice shared outdoor seating area also. read more

Manager in a bad mood. Busy.... I'm assuming because of the basketball playoffs! 20+ minutes waiting for my food. There was no ice and we asked for ice, the manager said, "give me a break. Is just me and my cashier!" Wow! Usually these guys are quick and nice but when the manager is acting like that, all staff does too! Hopefully ext time they are in a better mood! read more

I've never had an issue with this location ! Staff is polite and always gives good service

Very hit or miss. I have had really great experiences here and really bad ones too. Service: The service is always consistent at this location. I am greeted by one of the 3-4 people behind the counter upon entering and interacted with (order or pick-up online order) within 3-5 minutes. The service is good, but does not stand out in any particular way. Food: The chefs here are either on it or not at all, there's no in-between. I have come to this location about 10+ times within the past year and albeit hopeful, never really know how the quality of the food will be. When it's good, the wings are piping hot and coated thoroughly with the sauces/rubs. The fries are crispy and seasoned well and overall a fantastic meal. However, when it's bad, it's all bad. I have received wings with drops of sauce or no sauce at all as well as super soggy and ice cold fries that seem to have been sitting for 1+ hours (I usually arrive before the order is finished being made so I don't understand how they could be in that condition). But the worst has to be the amount of raw wings that I have received. I understand that sometimes there's a little rascal that may be a bit bigger and not cooked thoroughly in the end, but I have had at least several wings (throughout all my orders) that have been partially cooked. I really do like WingStop and will continue to be a patron of their business and this location but I hope that the inconsistencies can be ironed out so that dining here isn't such a gamble. read more

Service was awful guy at the cashier was taking my order annoyed when I was being real nice and the girls in the back gave me the food and turned there back on me when I was asking for napkins.. food is great employees are really rude read more

Worst service ever! I love wing stop at this location but today was not it. I entered the restaurant and I went to order my food since they're not taking any phone calls. I went to a lady who seemed nice. I literally had to repeat my order more than 8 times. I'm guessing she was new. I was patient. But that does not give her the right to give her attitude. No one was really helping her. The employees were all in a corner talking and laughing loud. I stand in the corner to adjust the lid of my drink. I looked at one and the same girl that took my order told me, I was suppose to be outside. When they called my name the girls were giving me bad stares. It was uncomfortable. The only reason I'm giving this wing stop one star. One of the employees was nice at the end. read more

I've always been a huge fan of Wingstop but I thought I would give this particular location a great review because of how great they are handling COVID! All of the workers wear masks and gloves and I see them constantly wiping everything down! On top of that they just got a new drink machine that is much easier to wipe down than their previous one. I usually get the medium meal when I come here. My favorite wing flavors are lemon pepper, mild (because I can't handle spicy things), Louisiana Cajun Rub and Garlic Parmesan. I'm also one of those people who prefers boneless but that's just my personal preference. Wingstop's fries and ranch are easily the best I've ever had at a fast food spot. I have a top 5 best French fries list and Wingstop would definitely be number one! I even tried their brownie the last time I went and wow it was so moist and delicious. Price of meals range from $9-$15 and I think that's very reasonable considering how much food you get! I always get more than enough full off of the medium. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed! read more

Bad service..food took about 30 mins to get out. Customers came in after me(6mins later) and got there food before me. Spoke with the manager Cesa Hernandez and he could care less about how long I was waiting. Thank God there opening a new wing stop by my house because today was the last time I come here. Now I see why they have a bad ratting. read more

Was here on thursday and was very upset about the service. I had ordered my food at 1:11 and came back after 15 minutes and you said my food would be out shortly. I came back at 1:42 and one of your employees had told me that it would take another 10-15 minutes. This happened although I was here before the whole crowd showed up! I went with a lot of my friends and the same thing happened to one of them. One of my friends came and the same employee said he lost her order! It was very packed and it took forever for me to even get to the counter to speak to the employee. Me and my friend ended up getting a refund because we had to be back at school at a certain time and we were already behind schedule. Very rude employee telling me and my friend that it would take 10-15 minutes over and over again. Definitely will not be coming here again. read more

It's ok, but I don't really get why everyone is so nuts about it. I got the boneless wings, one original and the other Cajun. The original was ok taste, not too spicy, but the chicken itself was meh. Most pieces were really dry and one was made of 50% fat or skin. Not crispy skin, mushy rubbery skin. The Cajun was getting spicy, that was good, but it tasted like it had a lot of black pepper. I'll take a hard pass on black pepper. But if you like it, definitely go for it. They give you ranch for dipping if you can't handle it. The fries weren't bad, not spectacular, but certainly better than many fast food fries. They reminded me of homemade, good, but you find some that you secretly toss on the floor for the dog to eat. The decoration was interesting, loved the huge photo of a B-17 on the wall, but I have a feeling most patrons will think that it's from WWI or worse, from the Vietnam war. I didn't get the connection with chicken wings other than the fact planes have wings. If they went bankrupt and closed for business, I won't miss them. If everyone wants to go there for lunch, I'll shrug my shoulders and say, "Meh. Ok." read more

Shout out to Jessica for making sure my order was 100% accurate before and after I got my wings. The store is kept well and spotless. Regularly cleaned asap when they get the chance to. I'm a huge advocate for Wingstop being better than Buffalo Wild Wings. I know almost everyone in the world are going to argue with me about this, but here are my main points: -I like rubs instead of sauces on my wings and Wingstop's rubs are far superior to Buffalo Wild Wing's attempts at Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper -Although the service is over the counter, the service is MUCH better than the table service at BWW. Don't even get me started over BWW's lack of service at every branch that I have been to. -Wingstop is VERY clean -Wingstop fries are crispier and more flavorful than BWW fries -Wingstop carrots are sweeter than BWW's. -I will forever be a Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper lover. They are just so SO good! -Open until 12am I think everyday I'm marking this branch down 1 star because the security locked up all of the chairs and tables before Wingstop closed. It was really difficult to find a place to sit and eat because the restaurant was still full at 10pm and we couldn't eat outside. I have no idea if Wingstop has any power over that, but I hope they are in communication with the security about that. Tip: Call your order in over the phone ahead of time! It will be ready in 14-16 minutes. read more

Wingstop - Chili Lime, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Parmesan with a side of vegetables and fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Santa Ana, California

Who doesn't like winggggs? Wingstop is just pretty consistent with satisfying your wing needs. My favs are the mango habanero, Cajun, lemon pepper and they have a newer flavor (forgot the name) that is one of the spicier ones on the heat chart. And their ranch is BOMB. You got to dip your wings in ranch...your veggies and fries too! Haha. Just throw it all in there! :) I don't drink soda but when I eat wings that is pretty much the only time I will drink soda cuz it just goes so well with it, ya know? It just washes away the fried-ness...until you take another bite. They have those high tech soda machines where you choose on the screen what you want and they have a lot of different options. Talking about it makes me wanna go get wings tonight! read more

After reading the not so ok reviews, i happen to like this place.. It's small but the service and the food is excellent. I order the bone in spicy chicken wings with fries and a beer on the side. Customer service is always very friendly and when your done, they come to your table and clear things away for you. Nice touch in my book.... Very clean restaurant with plenty of parking. If you happen to work near by, i noticed they take alot of phone in orders. Si if your one of those unlucky people with a lousy lunch break this can be a great choice for you. I had the lemon-pepper, BBQ, & the Louisiana rub. MEH! I had better. Flavors were alright. I rather have more varieties. Perhaps, Garlic Soy wings? I crave that. Too bad they don't have it. Anyways, about the chicken wings. Soggy, Soggy Soggy. The size of the wings are not... plump? They are not what they used to be. IDK, either they overcooked it or something but the wings that I ate defiantly seemed like they shrinked compare to the ones I ate before. Also, their fries. C'mon, they're sloggy too!? If I wanted not-fresh-soggy-fries, I could've stop by at MickeyD's...C'mon now WingStop, step it up! read more

Omg, they have such a cool soda machine now! My boyfriend and I were so obsessed with it. We tried sooo many flavor combinations.. some.. not so good, definitely know why it's not on mainstream market.. raspberry/orange coke? nasty. =P I love their lemon pepper wings- flats only! I'm glad they let you choose to have only flats- that's the wings part, no drumsticks for us. I do NOT recommend ordering from wingstop during a big game day such as the superbowl.. we thought it'd be a great idea to eat wings.. but they're just so swamped that it's NOT good. It's not crispy and it's soggy and oily (yuck!) Go any other day and their food is fantastic and crispy and fresh! =D read more
