The girl who took our order was so rude!! The other girl who was working was very nice. Just the one who helped us. I smiled at her even though she was giving us a blank stare, and she just kept giving us a rude look. 4 stars because of how fast our order came out, considering Wingstop usually takes forever at other locations. read more

Wingstop! This isn't the first one I have been too, probably not the second, probably not even the third one! I will have to say though, this is probably the best one I have been too, plenty of room, and even outside seating. They have recently added the new coke machine, where it has a whole mess load of difference coke products. As well as flavors like mango, cherry, peach and many others. I tried my first lemonade with sprite and peach flavor, it was really good...yeah I had about 4 refills, dont you judge me!! The workers here are really nice, and well at least the times I have been there, look like they enjoy being there, I mean come on its a job! It makes your visit that more pleasant! Its all about the lemon pepper wings here, perfectly seasoned, nice crunch on the exterior, its just delicious! I really choose wingstop over buffalo wild wings! Unlike other wingstops I have been too, other wingstop's call you to pick up your order, this location walks it to your table. The workers are also seen cleaning tables, right when people leave. I have seen other wingstop's leave it there for a good minute or so! Not only are the lemon pepper wings the way to go, they have a great seasoning on their fries, a little bit of salt and sweetness, I do wish they had them more crunchy, but overall they are great fries. Their sides are pretty good as well, the beans you can taste a hint of the alcohol which I believe is either brandy or whiskey I am not sure but it is delightful. It has been a good while since I have ordered their sides as I usually just feast on fries and their wings! Ssp's Final Thoughts: I am glad Wingstop has opened up in this location, plenty of parking, and plenty of room to eat. I will be bringing my wingstop business to this location, cravings for lemon pepper wings happens very often! read more

Wingstop - Fries and Lemon Pepper Wings!! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Santa Ana, California

Always craving for lemon pepper whenever I come here. They make the wings fresh but it takes time tho. Tastes are good but sometimes wings are too small. The price is cheaper than buffalo wild wing cuz it's not that fancy. You should call to order before coming to save time. read more

Bummed that they have no seating. Indoor and outdoor dining has been allowed in this area for several months now and they do let you sit anywhere. They also took all the outdoor seating away. The earliest they think they're gonna open up dining is June. It's just a bummer. I like to get out of my house and can't. read more

Wingstop is my favorite place to go for wings. No other place can compare for me. I'm from Garland, TX where the first Wing Stop was founded and I was happy to visit a Wingstop in another state to find that the taste is consistent not only for the wings but for the seasoned fries too. I always stick with the mild flavored wings and a order of seasoned fries. Daaaaang are they delicious. Literally, best wings ever. The only reason they aren't receiving 5 stars is because I think the customer service could use some help. I stood at the desk for what seemed like a few minutes but realistically was only about 30 seconds without being greeted even though there were two people at the cash registers. I remember Wingstop being a loud HEY Hows it goin?! or a big welcome. Come here for your wings! Order online, that's the way to go. read more

Wingstop - 10 Mild wings with a side of seasoned fries. DO IT - Chicken Wings Near Me - Santa Ana, California

Wanted to share my experience today 1/15/2021. We ordered online around 10:30pm, when we came in our food was ready to go, which I was glad about because we have had to wait a while in the past few times we've ordered. I really wanted to give a big Thanks to Rachel! She was super nice and went above and beyond! I totally felt and saw her smile behind her face mask. She made sure I was ready to enjoy my dinner with my family after coming out of a long day at work . Thanks Rachel!!!! read more

Luis had great customer service! Took my order and was very friendly. Didn't hesitate when I changed my order a little after making my selections. Food was ready within minutes. I recommend this place. read more

The fries were unacceptably soggy and they only gave us 1 ranch when we ordered 3. What's the point of ordering 20+ wings without ranch?!

When I first walked in to this location a customer was waiting in the restaurant. Once I'm done ordering and about 5 min after the customer waiting inside leaves the cashier Brianna asked me to wait outside. The only difference from me and the other customer is I'm black he is hispanic. That was the most racist shit. Furthermore, to top it off they gave me the wrong flavor. I ordered half lemon pepper and half cajun. However, they gave me half Louisiana rub and half cajun. read more

Why is the chicken pieces getting smaller and smaller? I pulled out one chicken that had less than a full bite of chicken on it. Literally like front teeth bite and I landed more teeth than chicken. The rest weren't that much better. Chicken quality going down but I noticed the prices haven't done the same. Not coming back. read more

Wingstop is my to go spot. But this place sucked! Wing tasted pretty bad and fries were cold. Took over 25mins to get my order when they said it would take 18? Ordered all flats and extra original hot sauce but sure enough they were dry! read more

My old roommates first introduced me to Wingstop 5 years ago and I finally tried again a few nights ago. My BF and I got the 35 pieces for 3 different flavors: -Garlic Parmesan: My FAV! -Hawaiian: very different, it's sweet but not too sweet. Pretty good =) -Cajun: Yum! if you like spicy but not too spicy, this is the one =) So, why did i give wingstop 3 stars? They charge for dipping sauce!! I would think they'd give at least one free sauce, but they don't. They charge 69 cents each. Big Bummer! Overall, If i were to crave wings I'd go to Wingstop =) read more

The most miserable staff I've ever come in contact with. I never have ever left a bad review but they were so out of control rude!

Great place. I come here all the time. Their wings are delicious and at affordable price. I would say they are the same as Buffalo Wild Wings... maybe even better and for a better price. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Santa Ana, California

I had a great experience ordering from this location. I placed my order online about an hour ahead of time. The food was ready when I got there, granted I was a little late on my p/u. I had already planned on checking my order, based off the reviews (and having worked in food myself), but the girls up front also mentioned to check my order. So I thought that was nice. Everything was as expected. I had no issues with the customer service. The 2 girls I interacted with were kind and provided service as expected. As for the food. I ordered the 30pc combo with traditional wings. Mango habanero, mild and lemon pepper. I got garlic parm seasoning on my fries. My dad is the one that likes the mango hab and he said the flavor was as bomb as usual. I'd say the same for the rest. Although the mild seemed waaaayyyyy more mild than I remembered. But thats a non-issue. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and food. No complaints. read more

I ordered it from the app. It said ready time was 10:27pm, and it was ready by the time I got there so the workers were very efficient. BUT...... I ordered CLASSIC lemon pepper and original hot, and they gave me BONELESS. Didn't realize it until I got home so I couldn't complain. While I was standing in line, there was a young couple who ordered BONELESS and they gave them CLASSIC. Apparently I was not the only one that it happened to. Guys.... If u are ordering for to-go, check ur order before walking out the door. For me, I'm going back to the one I always go to in Cerritos. Santa Ana Wingstop had disappointed me. read more

My husband and I come here often. The staff is always super friendly and they always get our order right. There is another Wingstop that's closer but we drive further to come here because they do such a good job. read more

I love the wings here! But the service sucks. The employees rush you when you order over the phone. They don't tell you the ranch is separate. That happened when we first order so we had to order it when we got there. And there's been numerous time we have order the ranch with our order and they don't add it!!! We always say "make sure you add ranch, we will pay extra" and they forget! Now I make sure to check my order before paying and leaving. The employees are so rude. read more

Great wings at great prices, love the variety of flavors and the fries that come with the combo pack, there open late like until midnight and that always helps with late night dining options. I recommend this place, plus the people are nice. read more

I was super happy with the customer service I received!! I was helped by the young lady Chantel. Was super helpful and patient with my long order definitely will be coming back for more wings! read more

The wings here, albiet being rather small, are deliciously meaty in comparison to a wide variety of other locations serving wings. Rarely will you munch into a gooey, mushy or fatty part, though often will you devour a single drum with two, if not a single well-placed, bite. I ordered a family pack of 30 wings and I have to say that I am sorely disappointed in the servings and choices available for a deal trying to satisfy an entire family. They gave us no sodas and only 1 dip for every 10 wings. I suppose 1 dip would last ten wings, however 1 dip would not last as long if shared by two people. They really should consider giving out a bit more with these deals. The service was on point, no complaints about the online process nor the phoning in process in which I needed to do to make a slight altercation to the order. Said change went smoothly and without much to any problems at all. All in all, 4 stars. I expected more but was oddly satisfied with what we received. I will definitely return for special occasions and I urge people to give them a shot. You will most likely enjoy~ read more

I love the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan bone in wings. They do dry wings way better than BBW! The quality of the wings are so good. I have not had a flavor that I didn't enjoy. The family pack meals are a deal! read more

Food was great!! Everyone was so nicee. I got my food quick and it was all right! Definitely coming backkk :)

I love wings, and I love Wingstop. I guess I'm more of a dry seasoning wings type of girl, and their dry seasonings are the best that I've had. Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub with extra seasoning is my go to. This location does it perfectly, as the wings don't come out as greasy as other locations I've been to. So, why give it 3 stars?? Dine In: I've never had a bad experience while dining in. You get exactly what you order, and the taste is great. Take Out: This is where I start to subtract stars. When I order food from a restaurant, trust has a lot to do with me becoming a returning customer. Last time I ordered take out was a few months ago. I ordered my usual - Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub with extra seasoning 10 piece combo. I got my 10 pieces, but my Lemon Pepper wings had no seasoning whatsoever. They were just fried and tossed into the to-go box. Of course, I went back and they fixed it for me, but this shouldn't have been something I had to do. I mean, there wasn't even any seasoning on it to begin with, how was I supposed to eat it?? Okay, so today I decided to give them another shot. I went in and ordered my wings to go. The lady at the register said my order would be ready in 17 minutes, I got my order in 20 minutes. There were parties who ordered after me and got their food first. It was 3 minutes past their promise time, okay whatever. Not a big deal. Then I go home to enjoy my wings, and they shorted me 3 wings! 3 wings shouldn't be a big deal either, but I paid for 10, so I called them and they made 6 more wings for me ready to pick up as soon as I got there. Luckily I only live 2 blocks away otherwise it would have been a huge hassle. I appreciate the fact that they've fixed my orders for me every time there's been a mistake, but it becomes an inconvenience and I begin to lose trust in the restaurant. What if I hadn't been paying attention to my meal and didn't realize I didn't get what I paid for? This is 2 strikes in a row already and even a few months time in between. I may consider giving them another shot, but if my order isn't accurate next time then I may have to just stop returning to this location. Really hoping they can pay more attention to customer orders so that people can return happy. read more

Really fast customer service. Greet you once you walk in. Once your order is placed less then 5-10 mins your food is out. Really tasty. Every clean. 5/5. Monday and Tuesday 0.60 cents for boneless wings not bad at all. Combos are fare as well. read more

They take quite a long time to prepare the wings but for the quality it's acceptable. I feel like the napkins are awkwardly done and should be done in a better way. The trash cans outside are shared with other restaurants but are often full and disturbing to eat next to on the patio. Often my wings are large but once in awhile I would get a wing that barely had any meat on it. read more

This place is just horrible I just placed an order over the phone they said it would take 30 minutes. I show up the food isn't ready and I waited an additional 15 minutes and when they gave me my order half of it was missing. They said they forgot to cook it so it was going to take an additional 10 mins. They gave me the missing chicken strips and I cut one open and it was completely raw I'm glad I checked it before I fed it to my 6 year old. Come on guys get you stuff together that's embarrassing. I only wrote this review because this is the second time something like the happens. Don't waste your time or money at this place. read more

Oh my god their food is always sooooo good! I always get BBQ flavored wings, and then my bf and I decide on a random flavor to try. Lemon pepper is delicious, and so is original hot according to him. The only thing that sucks is that the wait time is so long unless you call or order online ahead. Even then, this place gets packed, especially around night time. I've only had one negative experience with this Wingstop. My bf wanted to stop by here and get some lunch to go before work and we waited 30 minutes for our order of 10 wings and 3 yeast rolls. We noticed that other people who had ordered ahead of us had already gotten their orders so I asked the person working the counter what was up with ours. Apparently they gave our order to someone else? It was super annoying because we were sitting right by the counter and my bf and I didn't hear anyone call out our name. He was late to work because of that, but the manager was apologetic and figured out who messed up. I'll still come here for wings and fries though, oh man the fries and ranch. :) read more

I don't really like to review places as we all have different tastes and we all enjoy different places. However last night I ordered my usual order of wings and to my disgust 4 out of 10 wings had FEATHERS on it. It killed my entire appetite! I pick up a wing and it is dripping in Spicy Korean sauce with a bunch of feathers on. Not one feather but 5+. I understans this is chicken and a feather will go through here and there but 4 or more wing with feathers on it is gross. This location has never let me down but it will probably be a LONG time before I ever order from you guys again. read more
