No cars in the drive thru lanes. What?!?
Diane L.

It's Tuesday at 4 PM and we just witnessed a strange phenomenon at this In-N-Out location on Harbor (right off the 405). As we are leaving from dining in, there were NO cars in the drive through line. I don't think I even witnessed something like this ever happening. All kidding aside, In-N-Out is our favorite fast food place for burgers. I'm not too keen on their fries, however to me, they taste better light well or well done. I haven't tried this yet, but someone recommended ordering a cheeseburger with cold, not melted, cheese since it supposedly brings out more of the cheese flavor. The look and feel of In-N-Out is always consistent at every location and always clean.

The restaurant is clean and the staff are very nice. The patio seating is very clean and relaxing. We always stop by on our way to IKEA or South Coast. Extra crispy fries and cheeseburgers are always freshly made and delicious :)

Fresh, crispy , not oily French fries. Aromatic, juicy patty. Must have strawberry shake! My fav is double double and the strawberry shake.

Inedible fries. Will be shipping them back to corporate.

We were served completely RAW french fries tonite. See the pic. Order placed 3/28/26 at 12:50am. It was too late for us to turn around when we realized the fries were raw and cold. We were wondering why there were hardly any cars in line, very few customers inside and no employee taking orders outside. As So Cal natives, we have been going to In n Out for ages and have never seen them this slow on a Fri nite. Now we know why. Quality has gone down the drain. They also missed the extra lettuce on one burger even though the order taker on the intercom repeated it. It has also been a few months since we ate at In n Out due to poor burger quality last time. I am quite saddened and astounded at what is happening to this once great business.

There's burgers and then there's In-N-Out Burger and when you drive by and see a long line on the drive-thru there's a reason for that same reason I wait in the line for a delicious Double-Double man to be exact my actual order is a 3X3 with spread only animal style fries and a diet Coke

Be prepared to wait if you're coming here. Came in the afternoon, a little after lunch hour, but it was still packed! The drive-thru line was insane, backing out onto the street. We opted to order inside, and the cashiers were very friendly and it was quick to order. It took about 20 minutes for our order to be called out. The cheeseburgers were hot and delicious, just as you'd expect from In-N-Out. Our fries weren't as good, as many were burnt and they served lukewarm as it seemed like they were sitting there for a while. While it was busy, staff were cleaning up tables as people left so we were able to snag a seat. Ambiance is pretty busy, but still a nice place to sit and enjoy your burger.

Grilled cheese, extra veggies, add pickles and chilies, no spread

Consistently outstanding service. The staff here is always impressive. My new favorite is the grilled cheese protein wrap, no spread, extra grilled onion, add raw onion and extra pickles plus cheese fries with extra extra grilled onions and a soda water with lemon.

The Service: Always efficient service. Drive through staffs are taking orders non-stop. So many staffs in the kitchen preparing the orders. 3 cashiers taking orders at the counters. They just have great team work! The Parking: Parking lot shared with a hotel. It could be challenging to find parking spots during meal times.

Respect to In-N-Out for posting this in the restrooms. Solid reminder that support is always available.

Classic spot that never misses. This In-N-Out on Harbor is always busy, but the line moves quick and the staff keeps it running smooth. Super consistent. Grabbed my usual Double-Double with grilled onions, fries well-done, and a root beer--everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. Parking can be a bit tight during peak hours, but the drive-thru is well-managed. Clean seating area inside and out, with a solid mix of locals and people just passing through. Whether you're craving a late-night fix or just need that classic California burger moment, this location delivers every time.

The animal fries here were definitely better than the burger. As a New Yorker I wasn't impressed. Didn't taste fresh. Onions were raw

This place is always busy!!

Like everyone else, this is the place to get burgers. Animal style of course but just make sure you have plenty of napkins on hand.

I've heard so many great things about Raising Cane's and have seen the line of cars backed up in…read morethe street for myself, but I can honestly say that I have never had any real unrelenting interest in trying it. However, my brother decided to take me today since we didn't have a lot of time and we were in the neighborhood and it is a favorite of his. First of all I was thrilled to see sweet tea on the beverage list and it did not disappoint. I'm also giddy when I watch that pebble/nugget type of ice fall from the beverage machine into my cup. I love that type of ice! So I was already happy to be there before I even received my food. We sat outside and it was quite comfortable. I was able to carry on a conversation with my brother even with the busy street nearby, it was quite impressive. Our food came out quick and although it was tasty, what blew me away was the amazing outdoor service from Gabby. She was super attentive without being overbearing with a genuine hospitality and friendliness that made you want to make her your friend. Gabby remained efficient & professional while balancing her warmth and charm (that smile is infectious). Outstanding service! Gabby could teach others a thing or two about proper customer service in food service :) I enjoyed the entire experience. From ordering, to eating (the "palate pleasing" chicken tenders, hot & crispy crinkle cut fries and oh-so-yummy-Texas Toast) outdoors being taken care of by the fabulous Gabby. I will definitely add Raising Cane's to my list of great dining options!!!

I'm honestly beyond irritated after this visit. We ordered FIVE drinks, and every single one of…read morethem tasted absolutely disgusting -- like straight toilet water. I'm not exaggerating. It had this nasty, dirty, metallic aftertaste like the soda machine hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long. How does that even happen? Five drinks and not one tasted normal? For the amount of money you spend here, the bare minimum expectation is clean, drinkable soda. It completely ruined the whole meal. We had to throw all of them away because they were that bad. It's honestly embarrassing for a restaurant to serve something like that. If the drinks taste like that, it really makes you question what else isn't being maintained properly. Super disappointing experience. I expected way better. I won't be coming back if this is the kind of quality they think is acceptable. Had to go out of my way to McDonald's to buy drinks there really inconvenient..

Good, fast casual diner in Santa Ana!…read more Nguyen's Kitchen is definitely a familiar franchise with locations all throughout Orange County. They serve a variety of Vietnamese modern/fusion cuisine that gives a warm, nostalgic taste. I've tried their offerings at a lot of their locations and everything from the service and food have been consistent each time. I normally get the crawfish pasta which is one of their best-sellers. The dish comes with some pasta noodles, small crawfish pieces and a light cream on top. The dish is garnished with some cilantro. The dish is quite tasty for what it's worth although, I do think the portion size is a little small given the price. They are open later than most restaurants so this marks a good spot for post-activity meals. I would recommend this place to those looking for some quick, palatable, Vietnamese food.

Both dishes were tasty, but the clear winner was the shrimp garlic noodles. We also noticed they had Vietnamese coffee, so we had to give it a try--and it did not disappoint. We'll definitely be returning soon for another Vietnamese coffee and to try their bánh mì. Also the young lady taking our order was very kind and welcoming.

I walked in, asked if I could order to go, browsed the menu, ordered, paid, sat down, was planning to watch tik tok and browse IG but then they were telling me my order was ready and sorry for the wait.....it took me longer to order the food than to get the food I had ordered and they still apologized that it took so long o.O? Service is friendly and welcoming. Food is high quality and tastes great. Ambiance is family friendly - a cross between a cantina and a diner. It was 3pm on a Sunday and this place was still busy with people having afternoon brunch. It's not loud but there is a good level of brown noise ambiance - everyone is talking and having a good time. I tried the huevos divorciados and added bacon and really enjoyed it. I normally have a lot more to say but it I don't know how to describe why it was so good. The flavor and how well it was prepared was so high quality that it should be on the bib gourmand list and yet it is a humble diner where your mom might get brunch on a Sunday. Like it was so understated that it felt like a liminal space to have such a great experience there when I was just expecting it to be "okay".
