Sadly I did not get to try the food. Came in after a mall day to get some good eats. Food took 25 + minutes which is fine, but no one told us, and no offense kind of looked like the one chef in the back came out to the front multiple times and wasn't doing much. No offense, and it could have been someone else's job! !but it was frustrating when we've already waited 20+ minutes for our food. it was partly on me for being impatient. Wish I had the time today but I guess it's just not for me. Also the menu has like 4 items....I would never thing it would take so long. If so that's fine! The first time, they barely included any breadsticks, and the one we did get looked like it had been snapped in half. I decided to give them another chance, but the second order was even worse. I ordered two six-piece wings, and they were some of the skinniest wings I've ever seen. Despite waiting quite a while for pickup, the food wasn't even fresh. The best chicken joint in Mission Viejo by a country mile. I thought their never frozen chicken mantra was a gimmick but it turns out you can actually taste the difference between a wing taken out of the freezer and one that is fresh. The owner takes pride in the quality of product thar comes out of the kitchen and the front of the house staff is friendly and professional as well. The servings of both chicken and vegetable sticks are significant and a big hit with my son and daughter, but their breadsticks really put the meal over the top (in a good way!). Also if you ask for extra sauce they will give it without charge as I asked for extra Garlic Parmesan to dip the fries into).
