My family and I have been to this location a few times. Always great. Food is always so delicious. But today was by far the best experience. One that will stay with me forever. London & Lola provided a phenomenal experience. Not just for my family and me, but what I observed is that they provided the same customer service to everyone. They provide genuine customer service. Such great service! read more

I always love coming to this location because I find it to be very clean and with tons of parking. Today I was greeted by a very friendly and kind gentleman. I think his name was Eric? He was training somebody at the cash register and they both were super welcoming and friendly, and took my order. I'm just so pleased with the service at this restaurant. Plus the food is absolutely delicious. read more

Epic Wings - 6 pc Chicken Wings Meal, buffalo hot - Chicken Wings Near Me - Mission Viejo, California

Had a great experience at Epic Wings. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful -- happy to answer questions about the menu and make sauce recommendations without rushing us. The space itself was clean, bright, and laid-back, making it an easy spot to hang out whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down to enjoy your food and watch the game like we did. Everything felt organized and well-run, and the food came out hot and fast, which is always a plus. We did try a few items and everything tasted fresh, but what really stood out was the overall experience -- attentive service, a comfortable atmosphere, and a team that clearly cares about what they're putting out. Epic Wings is a solid go-to and somewhere I'd definitely come back to. read more

Sadly I did not get to try the food. Came in after a mall day to get some good eats. Food took 25 + minutes which is fine, but no one told us, and no offense kind of looked like the one chef in the back came out to the front multiple times and wasn't doing much. No offense, and it could have been someone else's job! !but it was frustrating when we've already waited 20+ minutes for our food. it was partly on me for being impatient. Wish I had the time today but I guess it's just not for me. Also the menu has like 4 items....I would never thing it would take so long. If so that's fine! I just had no idea, and I didn't have the time today. I thought the restaurant was a bit more of a fast food place. Hope to try another location sometime. read more

You can tell as their moniker says always fresh and never frozen. It's all good, even their rice bowl is fire. Service is excellent as staff very good. Fries are hand cut and always fresh. Hands down best fries for miles read more

Double Meal - bone-in wings serve 2: I choose Garlic Parmesan and Sweet Chili (spicy here). It was a good combination of sauces since you can dip Garlic Parmesan wings in Sweet Chili plate too. Wings tasted fresh and very crunchy outside and cook inside. It's better to eat them ASAP to taste the crispy skins! Besides the veggies - meal also come with freshly hot breads! What can beat that? They were delicious. Staff was very welcoming and friendly walking me through the menu since this is out first time dropping by. Tables and floor are clean and well kept. I'll be back when we come by this area again. : ) There's an app you can download and earn points and order online. read more

I've ordered from this Epic Wings location twice, and both times were disappointing. The first time, they barely included any breadsticks, and the one we did get looked like it had been snapped in half. I decided to give them another chance, but the second order was even worse. I ordered two six-piece wings, and they were some of the skinniest wings I've ever seen. Despite waiting quite a while for pickup, the food wasn't even fresh. I called right after opening the order because I was so disappointed, and the staff said the manager would call me back, but no one ever did. Really poor quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from this location again read more

I've been wanting to try this place but life and other excuses got in the way. Long story short, I tried it and I'd return for more! - Double Meal | Twelve piece mix of wings and drumsticks; nicely tender, coated with an exorbitant amount of delicious (medium heat) buffalo sauce. It also comes with four soft & chewy breadsticks, fresh carrot & celery sticks, and dipping sauce (we went with blue cheese). This will feed two people, or one extra hangry person. - Epic Fries | Fries with melted cheese, chunks of boneless buffalo chicken, and topped with chipotle ranch dressing. I wasn't sure how these were going to taste, but it's actually pretty damn good! The chipotle ranch had a little bit of smoky zing to it and went well with the fries and chicken. read more

I love wings so much and this place didn't let me down, the variety in flavors was amazing and their chicken was perfect because usually other places have the string part in the chicken or just parts you usually spit out but I finally didn't encounter it eating here! read more

This is my favorite wing spot by far! The staff is always so friendly and the owners are super nice and great to talk to. It's a good place to catch a game or order take out. Every flavor I have tried has been good but my personal favorite is the sweet chili. Their breadsticks are always hot and fresh and they have the best ranch. I also appreciated how the place is kept clean. Stop by this place if you get a chance. read more

The service was the only good part of my visit--staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The wings were extremely dry, bland, and honestly hard to eat. Food is delicious and service perfectly. Love to come back again. Highly recommended with group with kids

I ordered an Epic Fries and was told the wait time would be about 25 minutes. I was given a buzzer and waited nearby. After about 45 minutes, I went back to ask for an update, but the employee behind the counter appeared confused and wasn't able to provide any assistance. I returned the buzzard and walked out. read more

The BEST Buffalo chicken wings and strips anywhere! Friendly and efficient counter service. Each meal is cooked to order with fresh chicken. I liked the medium Buffalo sauce the best but they have many choices. The garlic bread is yummy, too. The best chicken joint in Mission Viejo by a country mile. I thought their never frozen chicken mantra was a gimmick but it turns out you can actually taste the difference between a wing taken out of the freezer and one that is fresh. The owner takes pride in the quality of product thar comes out of the kitchen and the front of the house staff is friendly and professional as well. The servings of both chicken and vegetable sticks are significant and a big hit with my son and daughter, but their breadsticks really put the meal over the top (in a good way!). Also if you ask for extra sauce they will give it without charge as I asked for extra Garlic Parmesan to dip the fries into). This is what I consider a hidden gem and I hope they are able to ride out this pandemic and increase their business soon as it has been relatively empty during the times I have been there and they really shouldn't be. read more

Ordered for pick up on Tuesday April 15. Arrived a little early at 655pm. The young man informed it wasn't done and that my order was next. Very polite and informative. I told him I'll be back that I'll be in my car to be with my son. And that I'll be back. Minutes later I saw this young man walking to my car with my order! Not only is the food amazing the Customer service is always top notch! I wish I had cash to tip. He was so nice! Please Epic, add tip option on the app for pick up! Can't say enough great things about these wings. They are so tender and juicy every time. I love the garlic sauce the best! They are so wonderful about listening to directions for example we like to sub the ranch sauce for the chipotle ranch and they have never forgotten. We also always ask for an extra garlic sauce on the side. Their fries are to die for. Their breadsticks are so amazing. They are garlicky yet sweet...sounds strange but wow does it work! Their staff is also so friendly and extremely helpful which really puts your experience their over the top. The store is always very clean as well. read more

The San Diego company has entered the Orange County Wing game! The Hot Buffalo and Honey BBQ wings are exceptionally tangy! The Garlic Parmesan have this delicious crispy sear on the outside without being over seasoned. And as an added bonus, breadsticks make a surprisingly great complement! Best of all, each wing comes SLATHERED in sauce! No dry wings on this plate! Finally for you "ranch only" aficionados, I recommend you give Blue Cheese dressing a shot, you might find your new favorite dipping sauce! read more

First time and very good . I love good Buffalo wings and drive all the way from Orange County to my favorite place in Pasadena. Now I found a local wing place . Wings were well cut so little fat , crispy and multiple sauces available Bread sticks were very good , blue cheese was excellent for the veggies . One thing the other place offered was a good soup and onion rings but I'm saving 100 miles of driving I will definitely be back and enjoy . Service was very nice too read more

Go for the tenderloin strips - yum! The first time I came here, I had the boneless wings (I thought they were just OK.) Last time, I tried the tenderloin strips and they were GOOD. I opted for the honey BBQ flavor -- best choice! I always get the single meal that comes with the chicken and breadsticks. I swear I could make a meal of the breadsticks alone! :) Super clean inside.. probably about a dozen tables..and there's a TV (I caught the tail end of one of the World Series games here, ha) Conveniently located off the freeway (literally 30 seconds off the freeway, probably) in Mission Viejo. 2018: 56/100 read more
