We love Wingstop. It's easy to order from the app and pick up in store. The staff are friendly. We love the lemon pepper bone in and my little one likes the boneless. Their ranch is incomparable to others! Family likes their fries-- I'm not a fan. I love the corn. A bit spicy but a flavor burst. read more

I am updating my review of this location as Mia the manager was amazing! She went above and beyond to not only make a great meal but her kindness and courtesy was well beyond. We enjoyed our wings to the fullest and will come back to this location again and again. Wings were cooked perfectly and the Mrs was happy. Happy Wife! Thanks Wingstop and give Mia a raise!! Well deserved!!! read more

Super impressed! We came here last night for dinner (mobile order) and it was so good! The girl at the register was super nice. The place was extremely clean and busy. We ordered the 15 wing meal, half lakers half original-- extremely delicious! Definitely more than enough for the two of us. I also ordered the corn and OMG, so freaking good! Our meal came with fries and I also ordered the veggies on the side. 10/10 would recommend this location! Great all around. read more

Came by for the wings promo. Ordered 20 wings and got to pick three different flavors for my wings. The staff informed us that the promo was only available via the app. So we had to make the order online and waited for pickup. There was not much seating in the store and so some customers had to eat outside. Some of the outside seating belongs to the Starbucks so if you get there after Starbucks is closed then there is not much seating outside. Thankfully we live nearby so we could take it home to eat. The bone-in wings were tasty. Tried the wings in Mexican street spice, Parmesan lemon, and spicy Korea Q. I liked the Mexican street spicy the most out of the 3. The Cajun corn was good too, reminds me of the street corn I get in Asia. read more

I ended up ordering a 5pc Crispy Tender Combo and to my surprise, Wingstop blessed me with 7 Chicken Tenders to enjoy rather than the 5 I ordered! I was eating my tenders on the way home and thought I ordered 5: 2 Original with 3 Lemon Pepper, but as I took the bite out of one of the original tenders, I pulled back the paper and to my surprise TWO extra tenders!!! I don't know about anyone else, but these Blessings mean everything to me! So I just wanted to thank God and Wingstop for blessing me and my home with this meal. read more

We just tried this for the first time last week. Customer service was great and you can't beat the 30 wings for $30. Lemon pepper was the best! read more

Every so often, there's a deal at Wingstop. I just happened to grab one of the promo deals from T-Mobile Tuesdays where a 3-piece tender deal was $0.01. Yep, you read that right. For a penny, I got 3 tenders, a side of fries, and choice of sauce. We went with ranch dressing. I placed my order early in the morning for later pick-up after work. Easy peasy. When I arrived, I let the cashier know I was picking up and she went to look for my bag on the shelf. It was ready to go. I ate at the table and took leftovers home for later. Service was great and the location was clean. read more

Barely any meat on the bones and tough. dried out. Will never go to a Wingstop again. Nothing positive say at all read more

I ordered online I was surprised at how many choices I had between dry rub or sauced. By the way the boneless wings in bbq tastes just like KFC. If anyone has any nostalgia. I walked in to pick up and I was immediately greeted and they kinda knew it was me. "Is this for Cynthia?" "Yes it is." So simple. I got the large order of celery too with the ranch dressing. I was very happy with my order and with their swift and accurate, service. read more

Though I ordered boneless wings, I got "nuggets" instead. Also, there was too much salt in the batter, the sauces & on the fries ... not coming back read more

The wings were cooked well, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. I am a buffalo wing traditional type person but they have a decent selection of sauces. Overall, it hit the spot and I'd come back when I'm craving wings. I'm a tough critic when it comes to wings, especially when wings are your specialty. They execute their product well. read more

Great service. Quick preparation of my wings for a pick up order! Clean location also.

I'm so happy that this opened up near me! I ordered online and picked it up seamlessly. The staff was friendly. I love the garlic Parmesan tenders with lots of ranch. I normally like Cajun but this tasted a little more tart than usual and a little less spicy than usual. I saw that they gave an $8 deal for a chicken sandwich so maybe I'll try that next time. read more

The price was decent for what you get, however the overall quality was subpar. We ordered the 20 boneless and bone in. The bone in chick was dry but the seasoning was good, while the boneless was my favorite since the sauce helped the dryness. Overall very average food. Inside is clean and small, but overall the experience was pleasant. Service was friendly, but also seemed young and inexperienced read more

Customer service very unfriendly we placed we waited 40 minutes and our food was cold. Customer service really needs to improve. Go to Angry Chicks instead better customer service and better food read more

Tasty wings, courteous service, good value and I will be back for more wings their sandwich was amazing too

We ordered through the app, the food was hot and delicious! The tenders were cooked and season perfectly as was the bone-in chicken wings. We requested lemon pepper, Mango Habanero, and Spicy Korean; all delicious but the lemon pepper was the best. We also ordered the corn with Cajun seasoning...will order always! read more

I love Wingstop! Anytime I'm craving wings I'll hit this spot, it's close by and convenient and always hits the spot. My go to is the bone in wings with a side or tenders, try the mango habanero and the hot honey! So good! I also like the Korean BBQ flavor every now and then. I've tried most of the flavors, but some of them are hit and miss, but test out the menu to see which ones you like. You can order online and pickup or have it delivered. There's not too many tables inside so seating limited. This Wingstop is a little bit newer so the establishment is clean, and the staff is always pretty friendly. read more

The service was great. The wings were a good, large size. The food was horrible. Upon walking into the store you could smell bad cooking oil, like it hasn't been changed in too long. And, it tasted like old, burnt, overused oil. Simply horrible. The wings could have been cooked a minute longer, but, they still would have been awful. The loaded fries had enough seasoning and cheese, but, again, bad tasting because of the burnt and overused oil. And, the fries were, also, soggy, to make them even more unappealing. It was bad enough to make me a bit nauseous soon after and much of the next day. Go pass the Wing, do not stop. read more

We love the lemon pepper and the Cajun corn. Sauces are a la cart unless you get a combo.

Unfortunately, this isn't at all like the other wing stop locations I've experienced!! The wings were disgusting. They were stale and old breading on them. I ended up throwing one order away! Never would go back nor recommend read more

Great food. Great location. Tiny place. Love their pricing and customer service. Will be coming back again. This location is better than lake forest one. read more

So placed an order at this location online. I made a mistake on my order and Juan helped me to fix my mistake. He was super sweet and saved my night. He's the real mvp also the food was great will be back. Thanks Juan for taking such great care of me. read more

They gave me boneless wings instead of bone-in, the manager offered a free replacement with no hassle. Even remade the tenders on the order. Couldn't have asked for a better resolution. read more

The music is SO loud. I'm all for hip hop with foul language in the appropriate setting but not blaring while I'm trying to order. Yelling to hear the cashier and having to compete to talk with the music is terrible. Everyone kept complaining, crew didn't care. Not professional at all. read more

Came in today for an online order wish the employees wore name tags but the person who handed me my order I've seen him there a couple times he's always in such good spirit and so efficient. Wish the rest of the staff was like him everyone else is always so serious. Please hire more people like Juan!!! read more

Waited for over 30 minutes for my large order of seasoned fries, where orders after mine were served and a couple of patrons had actually finished eating their meals. Alerted the cashier who asked for my order. Said "Fries" and cashier asked "Regular?" as I nodded yes, as I didn't order premium fries. Unfortunately, I received a regular (single) size order which I discovered after I got home when I was charged for a large (family) sized tray. Place has been opened for ~6 weeks so maybe still in the midst of training personnel, though there were at least 8 employees behind the counter. It's also Thursday Night football, but the foot traffic did not indicate they were swamped. Recommend not ordering on MNF or TNF and/or waiting until business has optimized service and procedures. read more

The food was delicious five stars all around . Fast go to place for me . If your short on time want a good bite to eat , this is the place . read more

Well this location started off good. Seems the manager is off duty today . Cashier on his phone when I went to ask for ketchup. Someone from the back helped me. Now let's get to the wings or should I say bones. To me seems the scraps were cooked fresh. This isn't our first visit but our last we will go back to lake forest. read more

Last night, I went to this location to get some wings. I have always loved Wingstop and this was my first time at this location since they opened. I've been to other locations, but this was a really upsetting experience. The cashier that took my order was kind of rude and not helpful at all. They made me wait for my food for almost 40 minutes and they didn't even bother to rush to have my order ready. I don't usually complain, but I wouldn't recommend this place just because of the awful service. I think you need to work on your service. I'm never coming back. read more

I loved it but I didn't really like the lemon pepper because it's a bit too sour for me and my mom didn't like this place but I liked it, amazing location and service! read more

Love their boneless wings. Great variety of heat levels Ang fair prices for what you get.

The two guys working today at around 5:30 were so sweet & kind. They both were super nice. The person who got my online order read it to me & made sure everything was correct.! Food was perfect & the store was clean read more

Juan was so kind!!! He helped me with ordering and as well as snagging my trash for me! I just wonder why there are no trash cans, I don't mind throwing it out myself too! :) read more

My wife and I were in this new Wingstop and we totally satisfied and happy with the customer service we received the only time I will say it is a little pricey but very very good the food was great read more

December has been wild with grumpy employees and even worse customers. Not at wingstop. Such nice crew members and my wings were delicious! Thank you!! read more

Ordered through doordash and my order was missing items that I paid for. (Fries and ranch) I have never had this issue with ordering wingstop through doordash when the store in lake forest was taking the orders. On the bag it says "by your flavor expert LS" Highly disappointed. read more

Placed an online order 20 minutes prior to arriving at Wingstop, only to find out upon arrival that the order hadn't even been started. It appeared they hadn't looked at it until we showed up, as they printed the receipt only when we arrived. We got stuck waiting an additional 30minutes for our food--disappointing and not the efficient experience one expects from online ordering. read more

I went in to wing stop and the management Brenda was very unpleasant and unprofessional they also forgot to give me my fries for the order
