Came by for the wings promo. Ordered 20 wings and got to pick three different flavors for my wings. The staff informed us that the promo was only available via the app. So we had to make the order online and waited for pickup. There was not much seating in the store and so some customers had to eat outside. Some of the outside seating belongs to the Starbucks so if you get there after Starbucks is closed then there is not much seating outside. Thankfully we live nearby so we could take it home to eat. The bone-in wings were tasty. Tried the wings in Mexican street spice, Parmesan lemon, and spicy Korea Q. I liked the Mexican street spicy the most out of the 3. I ended up ordering a 5pc Crispy Tender Combo and to my surprise, Wingstop blessed me with 7 Chicken Tenders to enjoy rather than the 5 I ordered! I was eating my tenders on the way home and thought I ordered 5: 2 Original with 3 Lemon Pepper, but as I took the bite out of one of the original tenders, I pulled back the paper and to my surprise TWO extra tenders!!! For a penny, I got 3 tenders, a side of fries, and choice of sauce. We went with ranch dressing. I placed my order early in the morning for later pick-up after work. Easy peasy. I love Wingstop! Anytime I'm craving wings I'll hit this spot, it's close by and convenient and always hits the spot. My go to is the bone in wings with a side or tenders, try the mango habanero and the hot honey! So good! I also like the Korean BBQ flavor every now and then. I've tried most of the flavors, but some of them are hit and miss, but test out the menu to see which ones you like. You can order online and pickup or have it delivered. The service was great. The wings were a good, large size. The food was horrible. Upon walking into the store you could smell bad cooking oil, like it hasn't been changed in too long. And, it tasted like old, burnt, overused oil. Simply horrible. The wings could have been cooked a minute longer, but, they still would have been awful. The loaded fries had enough seasoning and cheese, but, again, bad tasting because of the burnt and overused oil. And, the fries were, also, soggy, to make them even more unappealing. Alerted the cashier who asked for my order. Said "Fries" and cashier asked "Regular?" as I nodded yes, as I didn't order premium fries. Unfortunately, I received a regular (single) size order which I discovered after I got home when I was charged for a large (family) sized tray. Place has been opened for ~6 weeks so maybe still in the midst of training personnel, though there were at least 8 employees behind the counter. It's also Thursday Night football, but the foot traffic did not indicate they were swamped. Last night, I went to this location to get some wings. I have always loved Wingstop and this was my first time at this location since they opened. I've been to other locations, but this was a really upsetting experience. The cashier that took my order was kind of rude and not helpful at all. They made me wait for my food for almost 40 minutes and they didn't even bother to rush to have my order ready. I don't usually complain, but I wouldn't recommend this place just because of the awful service. I think you need to work on your service. I'm never coming back. read more
