Their food is really good especially their orange chicken. They are constantly making new food so it is always hot. One thing I don't like is you can't ask for samples anymore to try something new to see if you like it. Their new points program is great. The workers are always friendly and it's clean inside. Sadly, we will be eating here less. The price for the family meal increased by 20%. Also noticed that the orange chicken has a lot of smaller pieces made of mostly breading. I'm hopeful things can turn around, but it's a pass for now. read more

Wow completely blown away by the service just experienced! I haven't even made it home to enjoy my meal and had to share... The staff was so friendly, warm and smiling. I love to see this! Shows they are being led by a good manager who is passing down the positive vibes- thanks Alma. I stoped in to grab the kids some noodles to pair with some chicken I made at home. When I ordered, I was met with a warm smile and hello and when I ordered Alma (store manager) asked if I wanted to wait a few minutes for a fresh batch - which I gladly did. After paying, Jacqueline (working the cash register) offered me a water while I waited. Once the dish was done, Alma walked from behind the counter to hand deliver it to me by name. The food is five stars but the customer service is 20. There's this lady there, I've been there a few times. She reminds me of a kindergarten teacher. Incredibly kind, warm and, just not what you expect when going to a fast food restaurant. Her attitude really sets the standard for everyone else and it is hands down the best customer service experience I've had not just at a fast food joint but any restaurant, or really any business in a very long time. Give this woman a raise, her Joy is contagious. Also, the restaurant is really clean, including the bathrooms every time I've been there. read more

I ordered Panda Express for my mom and her caregiver this evening as they were craving Chinese cuisine. They had the orange chicken, beef and broccoli and mushroom chicken with rice and chow mein. The delivery service was spot on and the ambiance in mom's cozy home with a view of the mountains nearby. Highly recommended. read more

Probably 3.5 stars but being generous. I've been coming here a couple years now and honestly, if you understand these kind of pre made quick take out Chinese joints you know they all pretty much will be consistent. Nothing here will ever wow me, or even make me feel like I'm going to be chowing down on some real authentic Chinese food. What you will get is decent food, at a good price and always pretty quick. The Beijing Beef is my fave, but as many others, you will find Orange Chicken on my plate. The chow mein is mostly cabbage nowadays, not sure if it's a cost thing, but you won't be getting a lot of noodles. I opt for white rice instead of fried rice, just a preference for me. I've had many different items and I am always satisfied. It's good, quick and relatively cheap, so you can't go wrong. The staff is always super nice as well. Worth the trip. read more

Ok I hate leaving NEGATIVE reviews but here I go . I went there last week on the way home with my mom in the car and she was craving Panda Express so we stopped on 8/16 at 4:06 :06 pm and Samantha C served me to make up two plates - one being a one entree and the second a two entree . The first was : 1 Panda Bowl they call it - Chow Mein x 2 MUSHROOM CHICKEN -MAIN ENTREE Second Entree : Mine - One Plate Chow Mein x 2 Honey Walnut Shrimp Honey Sesame Chicken Cheese Ragoons X -2 Panda Express Donation Total Paid $27.30 We got home a 10 min drive to find the plate with One Entree only had the two sides of chow Mein no main entree and that was REALLY DISAPPOINTING when you paid $8.40 for the dinner - your not wanting just CHOW MEIN. I tried calling the restaurant 5 times and the phone goes to their Voicemail and they will NEVER RETURN YOUR CALL OR NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE . What is wrong with this STORE ?????? I personally live about 20 mins away but I have my receipt still and will go by there one day next week to get my money back as I now don't want the dinner after all this . I was willing to drive back and get another plate but since they can never return a call ever - I am requesting my refund . Staff: Used the online ordering process but at pick up the staff was nice. When I walked in the young lady had her back to me and one of her coworkers advised her. Very much appreciated. Quality/Quantity: Good food and quantity as you'd expect from this establishment. Value: Fair as expected. Overall: I'd return for sure. Way more convenient and more parking than the one on el toro. read more

First time at this location. Staff is very friendly at this location. I ordered a family meal with 3 large entrees and 2 sides. My entree choice was orange chicken, broccoli beef and chicken mushroom with chow mein and fried rice. Panda is a good choice if you are craving Chinese American fast food. The family meal gives you enough food for 4-5 people depending on everyone's appetite. Note: if the entree is running low ask to wait for a fresh batch. I like Panda Express, and this is not a review about their food and service although that could be improved also. It has to do with their app and POS and how it functions. I used the T Mobile deal that must be ordered online. Seems that the order section of the app has a section on it to provide special instructions about to order. I did this and when I got to the restaurant the order was not according to my special request. Seems that this special request section on the app does not get communicated to the staff. They only see if you want condiments. Not sure why the IT department cannot correct this problem. Seems that the staff knows about it, and it is not a recent problem. The staff did not seem concerned. I finally talked them into correcting to issue but what a hassle. Management needs to look at this issue and train the staff on how to properly respond when this comes up. Speaking on IT issues their gift card reader rarely works so the numbers have to be entered manually. This has been going on for at least a couple of years. Please fix these issues read more

Came here on a Saturday night and was nicely greeted by the staff as I walked in. I had place an online order and the pickup time was 7:25 pm. As I got in, I noticed that it was already ready by 7:22 pm, so good timing. I went to the front, saw my order and picked it up to go back home. There was literally no one in the restaurant except for me so it was pretty quiet, but nothing beats the comfort of home. I got home and opened up my 2 plates. One had the orange chicken/chicken string beans with chow mien. The other had beef and broccoli/mushroom chicken. I would have given this place 4 stars because everything was good except they gave me very little string beans and chicken. I was surprised by how much beef in the beef and broccoli they gave me. Everything else was standard and cooked well, which is more than I can say from the Panda Express in Cypress. Overall, good meal, so walked away happy. read more

Ok. Aside from me being a slightly disappointing Asian by literally using Yelp to review a "Chinese" food chain, I have to give this location as much credit as I can. The staff today 10/7/22 at around 4 pm is excellent. They are so friendly and efficient, particularly the female staff working there. They were extremely polite and hospitable, I was shocked that I was given better guest treatment here at Panda Express than I have at more high-end restaurants. The crew was all working quickly, everyone had their masks on which was a nice surprise, and everyone's hair was covered. I can't in good conscience rate a pandex a 5/5, but I mean, for the expectation of what Panda Express offers, they really do deserve much praise. Note: I came in for the plant-based orange chicken bowl that was on a B1G1 offer and was not disappointed. The chow mein was fresh and actually flavorful (I've been to PandEx locations where it tastes like cardboard, and even real Chinese restaurants), the super greens/ bok choy/ cabbage/ broccoli blend was fresh and not over cooked and the flavor was on point for a Panda Express orange chicken. They know what they're doing in this realm of faux Chinese, and honestly Panda Express is 10x better than Pf Chang's which is dried out overcooked and overpriced. Kudos to the staff. They do not start the mobile orders until you get there and then they put the walk in customer ahead of the order. I waited and they forgot to start it and I had to ask them again ten minutes after I told them I was there. So 16 minutes after it was time for the order. They are slammed but maybe the company needs to turn off mobile ordering if you have to wait twice as long as the people in the line. read more

There's nothing like going to Panda Express for when you're craving some juicy, crispy, and sweet orange chicken. I don't know any other place that does it as well as this place. I go to the regular Panda stores all the time, and they don't charge you for soda refills, but now they charge for .50 cents for refills at the mall location only. Ridiculous!!! I will not be going to any Panda Express restaurants ever again. We as consumers need to boycott this type of business mentality. read more

Food is decent for a quick service place. I typically order a bowl 1 entree and 1 side. Nothing spectacular about the food, but it's good on a night you don't want to cook!! Service has not been good my last two visits with somewhat rude and unattractive staff. No sauces provided or asked about, no utensils. My food was ready for take out but they let a door dash guy go in front of me as I waited, and they had to pack all his food yet. Still it's better than a greasy burger! read more

This is ridiculous. Second time I pre ordered food and had to wait 15 minutes past pick up time to receive it. Last time I ordered same thing happened. Worse was they already had what was ready in hot area dished out and when the missing item was finished about 15 minutes later they gave me my order and the first items of course were already cold. Customer service sent me an apology and a free Al carte item. Which I used today and this happened. I give up on this Panda Express. Here is an idea don't offer pick up times if they can't be met. read more

Went in for some dinner once again the man making the plates tried to short me on the entrees and this time I said discount my bill if your not giving me the full order. What a jerk. He got all pissy and told me to pay MORE and shut up. This short Hispanic man should never ever talk to customers like that. I guess he got pissed being caught trying to screw me. I'm not a big white‑meat gal, so I asked if they had anything with dark meat. I ended up with chicken wings and drumsticks in a sweet‑and‑sour sauce. The moment I cut into that chicken? I ascended. The breading had that perfect balance...not too salty, not too bland...crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. I'm not saying I had a foodie‑induced spiritual experience, but if I did, nobody needed to know. One look at the rest of the menu and I knew I'd be back. Yes, I will absolutely make the 45‑minute drive to try their lunch dishes. It's worth it. And the prices? Shockingly reasonable considering the economy is basically held together with duct tape and vibes. Now, my one note for the owners: please, for the love of all things holy and iced... offer a dairy‑free Thai iced tea option. It was 94° today, and I was ready to down two giant glasses, but they only use half‑and‑half. This is California. We are oat‑milk, soy‑milk, almond‑milk, "I'm‑on‑Ozempic‑don't‑judge‑me" people. Give the people what they want. Add oat milk to the menu, put a cute little 4x5 flyer in a clear acrylic stand on each table announcing your new dairy‑free Thai iced tea, and watch customers flock to it. And just to close this out on a high note: I'm 100% coming back to Diho Siam. There are way too many dishes on that menu calling my name, and I fully intend to answer.
