Horrible experience! Paid $22.99 for a nasty-looking giant turkey sandwich to go. I even called the place and the staff claimed it only comes with 1 slice of turkey (look how thin sliced the turkey meat). Went back and returned the sandwich.

#16 Club Lulu (turkey, bacon, lettuce, mayo, tomato) with cucumbers & bbq chips. & spiced ranch, SO GOOD!

shout out to Ty, Max & Alex for their wonderful customer service & top of the line sandwich skills! yesterday i left my card (likely sitting in the card reader before rushing out the door to pick up my daughter) & realized the next day. i called to confirm & came by at 7:30 on the way home. Alex had it ready for me, he immediately recognized me & handed me my card. it's so nice to be remembered when you come to a place often. Ty & Max are also awesome, they remember my order (chicken bacon ranch combo with kickin ranch instead of regular & add cucumbers) & my food is always delicious. their cookies are amazing too, my favorite is the lemon sunshine. i don't even like lemon that much but that cookie is a yellow circle of joy. one time i literally bought six or seven to go, zero regrets. thank you so much to the honest & hardworking staff at this location; i come in a couple times a week without fail for the delicious food & friendly service. sandwich love!

I love JImmy John's in Mission Viejo. Conner and the rest of the crew are very helpful and friendly. Their App for ordering on-line is not very good. I don't think I have been able to use it even thought I've tried. Evem Conner tried but was unable to get it thru.

Vito Unwich - extra Jimmy peppers added. YUM!

Found myself on MV for other reasons and I stopped in JJ for an unwich. A Vito unwich to be exact. As every time I have come to this location, great sandwich, friendly, clean, fast sandwich making. Yum. Great. Don't pass by and miss it. Stop and chew on a tasty sandy! Go. Eat Well. HAVE FUN!!!

#7 Spicy East Coast Italian. Pictured is the giant size (16") and can feed two people easily. One of the best sandwiches I've had!

Sure, the condiments and different vegetables options are great, but it's the soft and chewy French bread and tasty meats for me. I have yet to try other sandwiches because I'm stuck on a particular one. - #7 Spicy East Coast Italian (Giant) | The giant size is 16" and it comes with double salami, double capocollo, provolone cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, oil & vinegar, and Jimmy Peppers. You can opt out of what you don't like. I opted out of oil & vinegar and added pickles and Jimmy mustard. The bread isn't so thick that it steals the show; instead, it gently hugs all the ingredients. One of the best sandwiches I've had, try it out and see for yourself. A note about their delivery service - they're quick!

I love this place very much because the sandwiches here are super delicious, the service was fast, the ambiance was amazing, and the upbeat music was awesome!

What a rip off for an $11 sandwich
John M.

I go here almost everyday because I work really close to here and it's convenient. Let me just say that the staff is amazing. I've been reading how Jimmy John's have been skimping on their portions because this is the THIRD time in a row I've gotten ripped off. I get the spicy east coast Italian, it's supposed to have double protein on it. They've given me what looks like less than what they put on the Vito. It really pisses me off that all of these places are skimping. Especially since I've been an extremely loyal customer that has spent hundreds of dollars with them. I hate making reviews like this. I know it's management and the owner making them make these sandwiches like this. Here's a picture

The Vito. Leave bread in and add mayo and Jimmy Peppers, and pure perfection!

Loved it! It is my favorite sandwich place! Everything is always fresh and the sandwich is made exactly how I ordered it through the app. Pick-up was easy and I was able to enjoy my sandwich on the terrace.

Not good, not horrible. Jersey Mikes is way better if you're looking for a quick sub.

There are four types of meat on this one, and since I don't like one of the meats, pepperoni, I asked if I could make substitution. I asked if it's possible to replace pepperoni with more of one of the other meats, salami or capicola. The guy said, "Yeah sure." And I was happy so I added a small tip. I left with the sandwich and drove off. When I took the sandwich out of the bag to eat it, I noticed it had pepperoni. Then I looked at the receipt and saw he added a change for extra capicola. It didn't even seem to have extra meat. Aside from this the sandwich was very dry. It was light on all the ingredients other than ham. But the lack of vinegar was a let down. Then I opened the little bag that I believed would have a pickle and it had a chocolate chip cookie. No pickle on the side. Disappointing experience.

We ordered five sandwiches: Padang Padang, the Reuben and Pastrami sandwiches, Maverick's, and Brooke Street. The food doesn't come out super fast like a fast food place, but we didn't mind since we had time and appreciated the fact that this was due to the sandwiches being made fresh and on the spot. The owner even gave our three kids free juice boxes so the wait definitely went faster! When our sandwiches came out, we ate nearly everything even though these sandwiches are quite big and packed. Padang Padang had a nice little kick, which I barely noticed because of how quickly I ate it. Our oldest ate her half and wanted the other half immediately. And our youngest who is going through a picky stage ate half of the Reuben and half of the pastrami. My husband ended up with mustard on the back of his shirt, and didn't even remember how it got there This place is a legit sandwich spot. We'd definitely go again if we're ever in the area again.

It's inside of a very small courtyard that used to have a couple more shops and dance studios. There's even a large 24 hour fitness which turned into a different fitness center that you would think would help pump up the area, but I think that fitness place is also closed. The courtyard that second reef deli is located in has spaces for a handful of interesting food spots and could be a great place for people to socialize and hang out. There is a Mexican restaurant called flamingos located just behind the courtyard but I think that's more of a nighttime spot although they are open at 11 AM for lunch. With regards to the sandwiches at second deli, you really can't go wrong. The Sandwiches are all names of surf spots. I love that they serve sprouts and squaw bread which is really hard to find. The #11 Padang is really popular for the hot sandwiches as well as one called Blacks. That's a tuna melt! The Brooks on squaw and the Mavericks which comes on squaw are my favorite go to choices for cold sandwiches. I hope they continue to thrive in this location and that it improves around them. I've been a customer of theirs for at least 10 years!

One thing I love is that everything is freshly made in-house, and they have a nice variety of sweet and savory options. I tried their pumpkin spice latte and mini pumpkin pie, which were perfect for the fall season. For brunch, we got the Little France Club and French toast. We also sampled several of their pastries, including the hazelnut croissant roll, almond croissant, lemon macaron, and raspberry macaron. There's a little bit of everything here, whether you're stopping by for coffee and a pastry or sitting down for a brunch date. There were about four tables outside, and when I walked in, there were two display cases. One had beautiful, fancy-looking mini mousse desserts arranged so nicely, and the other was filled with different kinds of pastries. I really wanted a classic butter croissant, so I got one of those, an almond croissant, and an Americano to have with them. One thing that surprised me when I checked out was the price. A medium Americano was $6.50, the regular pastries were around $6 each, and the almond pastry was over $7. The prices felt pretty similar to what you might pay for pastries in France. At least they didn't ask for a tip when I paid, so I figured the higher prices probably already included some of that, which made me feel a little better about it. I went outside to sit down, but unfortunately, none of the tables had been cleaned or cleared yet. The empty tables were also sitting directly in the sun, so they were way too hot to sit at. (You all know how hot the weather has been in Orange County lately, right? ) I went back inside and asked if they could open one of the umbrellas, and they immediately came out, opened it for me, and I was able to sit down. I appreciated how quickly they helped. Now, about the croissants... I had pretty high expectations for the butter croissant because I had driven 20 minutes specifically because I wanted a really good one. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite what I had imagined or hoped for, so I was a little disappointed. The almond croissant was also much too sweet for my taste, and the center had a somewhat dense, doughy texture, so I couldn't finish it. There is a croissant I've had before that was **SO incredibly good**, and I've been searching for that perfect croissant ever since. I haven't found it yet. And honestly, the Americano was probably even more disappointing because of the price. At $6.50, I was expecting something special, but to me, it tasted pretty much like the $2 Americano I could get at a neighborhood donut shop. Maybe that's why the price bothered me even more. That said, I would still like to try the mini mousse desserts. They looked beautiful and definitely caught my attention. So maybe I'll come back another time and give those a try. I guess the search for my *perfect croissant* continues!
