I love Jersey Mike's and I love that they cater to GF, but this is by far the worst Jersey Mike's I have ever been to! We had walked in right when they opened and was instantly turned off by the lack of acknowledgment or greeting from the one person working there. And then it just got worse. I asked him since I do have a gluten allergy if they can prepare my sub gluten-free, which a more appropriate response should've been yes of course we can prepare a GF by changing gloves or using a different knife however, he literally replied " well I can't change the area." sir, I'm not asking you to do that and definitely didn't appreciate the sarcasm. This location has a decent indoor space with places to sit, as well as a nice small outdoor patio. The parking can be a bit tight sometimes. All the staff are friendly. Sandwich was made with the wrong bread type and bacon on the sandwich was extremely fatty & left hard fat chunks throughout the sandwich which was gross. I ordered the BLT made Mikes way with the works - too much olive oil / vinegar was used in my opinion. Left the sandwich soggy after only 5 minutes. The employees were very nice and it was ready before the time quoted so that was great. But if I ever go back again, I'll have to go there in person to ensure that my order is made correctly. I only made a couple of modifications, so it's not like I was being difficult. And I tipped.
