Stopped in Tuesday April 28th at 12 am because I urgently needed the restroom and planned to order food. I asked multiple times for the bathroom key, and despite clearly explaining I really needed it, I was repeatedly ignored while one employee prioritized other orders. I understand being busy, but basic human decency and customer service shouldn't disappear because a kitchen is slammed. IMPORTANT NOTE: many people who are not from California do not know how to eat Del Taco properly and because of this do not enjoy it.
