I decided to try this location to compare the food quality between the one near my parents and mine. I ordered via app, and chose the grande nachos, with extra beans, tomatoes, onions, protein was the steak and along side that a regular bean burrito. Nostalgia from the 80s when I was a wee lad in middle school. I miss the fiesta fries. Compared to the nachos bell grande, I actually like this the best. Only issue, the chips were "ok" but for the extra money paid for the steak , i barely noticed anything. You pay extra and its subpar. The pick up was at the drive thru on a Friday night, so it was packed. Gave them my name, and they had it ready . Easy peasy. The app makes things easier, you order, pay , and go pick up. Good news is that they are open til 1 am, so late night munchies can be curbed here as an option. Harbor house is another. I usually come to this Taco Bell 3-4 times a week and know most of the staff by name -- they're usually great. But today was completely unacceptable. I came back because my order was missing a drink, and by the time I returned, my food was cold and soggy. I politely asked if they could remake it. That's when I met Pablo, the manager, for the first time -- and instead of helping, he told me to drive back and f** myself*. Honestly, we just went in to use the bathroom, but not only was the bathroom perfectly clean, the whole place was neat and tidy. I witnessed an elderly gentleman with a cane come in and ask a bunch of questions to the staff. They were super helpful and friendly and patient with him. We decided to get some food after all and everything came out fast and honestly fresh. Staff were kind and had smiles. Then I watched the employee offer and take the elderly gentleman's food out to his car so he didn't have to figure out how to carry it all himself. It was heartwarming. If I could rate this Taco Bell a negative 100 I would. They ruin Taco Bell's brand as a whole. I usually like to go here on my lunch break but the employees and management has ruined that today. After ordering , 10 minutes later the male employee yelled at me saying "hey, hey you" telling me my card did not go through. I thought I was off that it took over ten minutes to notice so I wanted to check on my bank account to confirm I was not charged. As I was confirming, he yelled as me stating he knew for a fact it didn't go through and he had a line so I just needed to pay. I was a bit set back at who he talked to me. After sitting with that feeling I decided to ask for his name. He refused to give it to me. I then asked to speak to a manager for him to tell me that she is busy and ignore me. He decided to speak to the manager about me to the side. And so I asked her if she was the manager and told her I would like to speak to her, for her to then wave her hand in the air and walk away with out acknowledging me existence. Then he yelled at me again saying "I already told you that she is too busy for you." Over all this was horrible customer service and the way they treat their customers is disgusting. I truly hope that district managers intervene and do something about the behavior that take place here. It's unacceptable. read more

This has been and continues to be the worst Taco Bell. It's on a busy street and gets lots of traffic. Most times I try to stop it can be a 15-20 minute wait because consistently they only have 2 people working in the whole store. One person takes orders for both in store and drive thru and serves. The other one person is making all the food..alone. Today I waited in the drive thru 15 minutes just to order. I was blocked in by a very long line both behind me and in front of me so I was stuck waiting. The young man at the window was very very apologetic but I explained to him that it is the fault of the management..not him. Other people were not nice to him. I rarely stop here anymore and I really don't need to as there is a wonderful Del Taco just a few blocks away. If I decide I do want Taco Bell again it won't be at this store. read more

This is literally the SLOWEST fast food place on the entire planet. I'm writing this as I'm coming up on 20 minutes waiting in the drive through with only 4 cars in line.
