Food is pretty tasty but they are SLOOOOOOW. 23 minutes from ordering until food was ready. Nobody in line but apparently lots of online and DoorDash orders so it took forever to get our food. It is a little on the expensive side but it is good. Would be a 4 star rating if the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. read more

Dizzy Bird is located inside the Mission Viejo Mall food court. It is one of the first places you'll see in this food hall. We came on a Monday afternoon. The service could've been a little more friendly. The young guy working at the register didn't say much and didn't seem to really promote the menu, even after I told him it was my first time there. I was really excited to try the food here with my friend. I was in the mood for whole pieces of chicken and I'm so glad I chose the half chicken plate. The plate comes with two sides and there were a few options to choose from. I selected a side salad and roasted lemon garlic potatoes. I was trying to be a little more healthy. Otherwise, I probably would've chosen the french fries. The dressing on the salad was really good and all of the ingredients were fresh. I really liked the pickled red onions that came with the salad. The potatoes were alright. The plate also comes with a large soft pita. And the garlic sauce was just right with everything . The star of the show was the juicy and flavorful chicken.I enjoyed this lunch so much. I can't wait to come back! read more

I love the spicy wrap for a nice reasonable healthy lunch! The garlic spread, the tasty rotisserie chicken and jalapeño inside are fire. If I had it my way I would put more garlic spread. It is nicely priced around $12? Service is good. Unfortunately it does take a bit of time for your order when there's many guests ahead. Waited about 15-20 minutes which meant I needed to eat quickly back at my desk at my work office. Busy at the mall food court. Parking is not the greatest here but there is better parking in the garage past the food court straight ahead. I've gotten the salad before and wasn't a fan. It was definitely more costly and just didn't do it for me. Wrap for the win! read more

I've been to this location multiple times. The Classic Bird is my go to. The wrap is filled with tender pulled chicken, garlic sauce and their own DB sauce. The garlic sauce is scrumptious! FYI Dizzy Bird is located in the food court of the Mission Viejo Mall, second floor. read more

Love the chicken moist delicious flavorful, that potatoes are equally delicious with just the perfect light lemon flavor, corn cooked perfect, and the garlic sauce is yuummm! I took the food to go, but there are plenty of options of clean seating options. I've been there two or three times now and regret not getting the employees name up front he is great - friendly, polite, pleasant - excellent customer service and knowledgeable of the menu and options. The rush was just beginning but he didn't make me feel rushed, he simply helped and all went smooth. There is a self serve order computer but I'd rather work with people - especially friendly people like him. I'll update with his name, next time I go! read more

Today it was super busy but the cashier, Amir, was really nice and friendly despite the rush going on!

Came back to try other items at Dizzy Bird. The salad was fresh, crunchy with great dressing. The classic bird was solid as usual. Staff were attentive as our order took over 15 minutes to make. Ambiance is consistent with a mall food court - casual and airy. read more

One of my regular spots for a reason. Food is always great and the staff always makes you feel welcome!

Dizzy Bird is always a favorite in our household. This time I decided to try the Dizzy Bird Salad, and I liked it better than the bowl. The salad was so crisp and fresh plus they add some sweet potatoes, which elevates the flavors. So good. I'm definitely going back for another salad. read more

The chicken is really tender and the food overall is really fresh. Person who took my order was very nice and professional. Would totally give 5 stars, but the worker preparing the food was grabbing rice (out of the rice cooker), and chicken from a container with his gloved hands and continuing to grab everything else he was working with with the same gloved hands. Seemed really weird... read more

I was excited to try Dizzy Bird as it has been book marked for a while as a "want to try"place. My daughter and I happened to be shopping at the mall and we were both hungry so it was a good time to try Dizzy Bird. She has been here before and really likes it. We both ordered the chicken breast platter with two sides. We opted for the sweet potato and pesto pasta as our sides. Both were very good. Overall the chicken breast was tender and moist however the wing portion was very dry. It probably depends on the time you come and want to make sure the chicken has been freshly made. We came on a Sunday at 2:00pm so it was not peak lunch time. The platter also came with a pita type bread and a garlic sauce/spread. I do wish they separated the pita from the dish since it got very soggy from the chicken since it was placed on top of it. But the garlic spread was delicious ! I would come back but would make sure the chicken is freshly made and I would ask for the pita to be separated. It is a really good choice if you're looking for a healthier meal. read more

I've been wanting to try Dizzy Bird since they've opened and finally got a chance. It's a nice clean new stall in the food court. I love how they have all their chicken roasting right out front. The cashier was very friendly and gave me an option of a refund or a different drink since they were out of Pepsi. I went with iced tea. I wasn't that hungry so I got the chicken wrap. It was actually way bigger than I thought it would be. More importantly, it was delicious. I loved the garlic sauce and pickled cucumber as well as the side of DB sauce. read more

Classic Bird is one of my favorite places for Rotisserie Chicken. It is a Lebanese-inspired, halal, and hormone-free rotisserie chicken restaurant. Although it is a fast food restaurant, I would rather describe it as high quality food made fast. This Location is in the food court, inside the Mission Viejo mall called "the shops at Mission Viejo". So, to start with, there is plenty of parking. The seating is in a large open area and the space is lively. great for people watching. Great for a quick satisfying lunch or dinner. They serve rotisserie Chicken plates, wraps, Salads, roasted garlic potatoes and more. (See full menu in photos) The chicken is always juicy and flavorful. Just like in Lebanon. I Love their Dizzy Bird sauce. The wraps are toasted to a perfect crunch. The Salads are full of goodness and the portions are very generous. The service is always excellent. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. My favorite 2 items on the Menu are the classic bird wrap and the Cali Salad with rotisserie Chicken of course. :) The roasted garlic potatoes are also delicious. I Love everything about this place. Even the prices as they are reasonable. It's too bad that i don't live closer or I would be visiting more regularly. I still stop by every time i am in the area. I highly recommend Dizzy Bird. They also have a location at the Irvine Spectrum. Shout out to Mohamad who I met today. Khaled- :) read more

This is my favorite place to stop by when I'm in Mission Viejo. This location is usually not crazy packed like the Irvine location. I always get the Hippy Bird wrap and add chicken. Try it! It is soooooo good! And with the lemon sauce added, OOF! Out of this world. Hits every time. The fries were good. I love the lemon potatoes better. Friend got the 1/4 chicken plate. She always loves the sweet potato. Lots of seating too! Always a bonus. read more

Visited Dizzy Bird for the first time after hearing great things since they've opened. When i came in, the front of house was a little bit crowded but still orderly enough to get through and out in my order on the kiosk. I would say the setting is somewhat small for the amount of volume at the spectrum, but at the time I was there it was ok. I ordered the spicy wrap with a side of fries. After waiting for around 20 minutes for my order and seeing my friends get their orders first, I found out that they had somehow lost mine. Once I alerted them to this, they were quick to prepare the order and threw in whatever sauces I wanted to try. The wrap was very good, the chicken is the highlight and is very well seasoned. Their sauces are also great, and pair nicely with the fries. I recommend their DB sauce and house made ranch. read more

Dizzy Bird in Mission Viejo is bringing the heat! Stopped in for their signature rotisserie chicken and wow juicy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. My family loves Dizzy bird. Everything is so good and the guys who work there, work so hard!

The staff needs extensive training. They seem to just read off the menu when asked about it. Our food waited on the register for 10 minutes, prompting us to pick it up. The service was terrible, which put a bad taste on my mouth and lowered my experience at Dizzy Bird. I highly recommend their other locations. L Staff. read more

Meh Wrap was pretty good but a bit overpriced for it's size. Staff was friendly enough, but it shouldn't take 25 minutes for a simple order. Won't be back. read more

TLDR: The absolute best. The chicken is flavorful, and the potatoes are addicting. Service is incredibly nice and friendly. This is their second location tucked away in the food court of the mall. The chicken is roasting away right behind the counter. I wondered what made the chicken so amazing so I took a deep dive on their website and discovered they marinate the chicken for 24 hours in garlic, lemon herbs and an our signature spice mix, then slow roasted on the rotisserie. The meat is all-natural with no hormones or added antibiotics. Highly recommend! read more

Loved everything about my order experience at Dizzy Bird in the MV Mall. I placed my order online for a pickup and it was ready upon arrival 10 minutes later. The food pictures for the review is limited because I essentially vacuumed up my food FAST! I was ready to get seconds because everything tasted really really delicious. The fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy. The sandwich was incredible -- the chicken tasted moist and juicy and the extra potatoes added more texture and satiety. I can't wait to go back again when I am in the area. read more

Dizzy bird is my new favorite restaurant in the Mission Viejo mall! The food is so good and fresh! They make it right in front of you and you can see the chickens on the rotisserie. Don't forget to ask for dizzy bird sauce! My favorite menu items are the Silly bird sandwich and also the bowl. My son is two years old and he absolutely loves to eat here! The prices are fair and they have significantly improved on weight times for food since they first opened. I hear that you can now order online and pick up as well. If you order a sandwich, you can add on fries (large portion) or salad for about $2 upgrade. I would highly recommend this new option in the MV mall. read more

We have been wanting to try Dizzy bird for awhile. I'm so glad we did. Service was fast, love that we have this place in the mall. Love all the workers there. The food court is so spacious, parking is unlimited. We went to town and ordered the classic bird which has chicken, garlic sauce, pickled cucumber. Silly bird with chicken, roasted potato, garlic sauce, pickled cucumber. Hot bird with chicken tossed in hot spice marinade, garlic sauce, and house pickled jalapeños. Then also added the dizzy bird bowl with rice, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions, tzatziki, pita chips, and chicken. They all come with the dizzy bird sauce which is tangy and creamy but just the right amount. They pack the wraps with meat. The bowl was hefty and we couldn't even finish it because of how full we were. I wish the wraps had veggies in them but overall the taste and execution was spot on. read more

This place is truly amazing... Best chicken around super healthy. I was blown away Adam behind the counter one Henderson and Alex cooking up the food. We come here all the time because the food is just that good. The Hot Bird Wrap and the Silly Bird are our go-to orders every time. A big thank you to Hazem for making sure everything is spot on! We'll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend Dizzy Bird to anyone who hasn't tried it yet. You'll love it! read more

The Dizzy Bird bowl has rice, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions, tatziki, pita chips, & rotisserie chicken breast. Delish! Fresh & well balanced flavors. I could eat this all day. Their chicken is juicy & tender. Lemon garlic roasted potatoes on the side. Their garlic sauce is so good. Price point was reasonable - $13 for this bowl. Enjoyed this meal. read more

Food was fine, but nothing to write home about. However, both my friend and I ended up with serious stomach pain and digestive issues later that day after eating here. Flavor explosion. I got the hippie wrap and added chicken. The chicken is rotisserie not fried so it's healthier. The wrap had onions, roasted corn, avocado, jalapeños (but it wasn't overly spicy )and SWEET POTATO! This wrap is vegetarian so I added the chicken for an up charge. They gave me some sauces to eat with my wrap but it honestly didn't need any sauces. I sampled the sauces on their own and they were both very delicious. I tried their chicken sauce and it had a nice creamy tang to it and then their vegetarian sauce had a very light delicate flavor and a tang. The wrap itself is grilled so it has a nice crunch. I would and will absolutely return. read more
