Dizzy Bird is located inside the Mission Viejo Mall food court. It is one of the first places you'll see in this food hall. We came on a Monday afternoon. The service could've been a little more friendly. The young guy working at the register didn't say much and didn't seem to really promote the menu, even after I told him it was my first time there. I was really excited to try the food here with my friend. I was in the mood for whole pieces of chicken and I'm so glad I chose the half chicken plate. The plate comes with two sides and there were a few options to choose from. I selected a side salad and roasted lemon garlic potatoes. I was trying to be a little more healthy. Otherwise, I probably would've chosen the french fries. The dressing on the salad was really good and all of the ingredients were fresh. I really liked the pickled red onions that came with the salad. The potatoes were alright. The plate also comes with a large soft pita. And the garlic sauce was just right with everything . The staff needs extensive training. They seem to just read off the menu when asked about it. Our food waited on the register for 10 minutes, prompting us to pick it up. Love the chicken moist delicious flavorful, that potatoes are equally delicious with just the perfect light lemon flavor, corn cooked perfect, and the garlic sauce is yuummm! I took the food to go, but there are plenty of options of clean seating options. I've been there two or three times now and regret not getting the employees name up front he is great - friendly, polite, pleasant - excellent customer service and knowledgeable of the menu and options. The rush was just beginning but he didn't make me feel rushed, he simply helped and all went smooth. I've been wanting to try Dizzy Bird since they've opened and finally got a chance. It's a nice clean new stall in the food court. I love how they have all their chicken roasting right out front. The cashier was very friendly and gave me an option of a refund or a different drink since they were out of Pepsi. I went with iced tea. I wasn't that hungry so I got the chicken wrap. It was actually way bigger than I thought it would be. More importantly, it was delicious. I loved the garlic sauce and pickled cucumber as well as the side of DB sauce. read more

Classic Bird is one of my favorite places for Rotisserie Chicken. It is a Lebanese-inspired, halal, and hormone-free rotisserie chicken restaurant. Although it is a fast food restaurant, I would rather describe it as high quality food made fast. This Location is in the food court, inside the Mission Viejo mall called "the shops at Mission Viejo". So, to start with, there is plenty of parking. The seating is in a large open area and the space is lively. great for people watching. Great for a quick satisfying lunch or dinner. I Love their Dizzy Bird sauce. The wraps are toasted to a perfect crunch. The Salads are full of goodness and the portions are very generous. The service is always excellent. My favorite 2 items on the Menu are the classic bird wrap and the Cali Salad with rotisserie Chicken of course. :) The roasted garlic potatoes are also delicious. I Love everything about this place. Visited Dizzy Bird for the first time after hearing great things since they've opened. When i came in, the front of house was a little bit crowded but still orderly enough to get through and out in my order on the kiosk. I would say the setting is somewhat small for the amount of volume at the spectrum, but at the time I was there it was ok. I ordered the spicy wrap with a side of fries. After waiting for around 20 minutes for my order and seeing my friends get their orders first, I found out that they had somehow lost mine. Once I alerted them to this, they were quick to prepare the order and threw in whatever sauces I wanted to try. The wrap was very good, the chicken is the highlight and is very well seasoned. Their sauces are also great, and pair nicely with the fries. I recommend their DB sauce and house made ranch. read more

TLDR: The absolute best. The chicken is flavorful, and the potatoes are addicting. Service is incredibly nice and friendly. This is their second location tucked away in the food court of the mall. The chicken is roasting away right behind the counter. I wondered what made the chicken so amazing so I took a deep dive on their website and discovered they marinate the chicken for 24 hours in garlic, lemon herbs and an our signature spice mix, then slow roasted on the rotisserie. Then also added the dizzy bird bowl with rice, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions, tzatziki, pita chips, and chicken. They all come with the dizzy bird sauce which is tangy and creamy but just the right amount. They pack the wraps with meat. When I politely walked up to ask if my order was ready, the cashier loudly snapped, "Do not interrupt me when I'm with a client." No apology. No explanation. Just attitude. What made it even worse was watching him treat woman after woman the exact same way. Every female customer who asked about their delayed order was spoken to rudely and publicly embarrassed, while I didn't witness the same behavior toward male customers. Another woman came up saying she had also been waiting 45 minutes, and he gave her the same loud, disrespectful response: "Do not interrupt me." me and my family love their chicken and I usually go to the Irvine spectrum dizzy bird, but the mission viejo one is right next to my horse riding stable so we came here for the first time when we were hungry after lessons. 10/10 the chicken was cooked perfectly. It was tender and Juicy and perfectly marinated. Usually you'll see different branches of different restaurants are not consistent with their taste or quality, but after eating at both dizzy birds, both places are equally consistent. The fries, potatoes, rice, chicken, all of it was as tasty as usual. The service/crew were really polite and friendly and the food was ready just a few minutes after we ordered. Flavor explosion. I got the hippie wrap and added chicken. The chicken is rotisserie not fried so it's healthier. The wrap had onions, roasted corn, avocado, jalapeños (but it wasn't overly spicy )and SWEET POTATO! This wrap is vegetarian so I added the chicken for an up charge. They gave me some sauces to eat with my wrap but it honestly didn't need any sauces. I sampled the sauces on their own and they were both very delicious. I tried their chicken sauce and it had a nice creamy tang to it and then their vegetarian sauce had a very light delicate flavor and a tang. The wrap itself is grilled so it has a nice crunch.
