Omg loved every bite I had tonight from Crimson Coward! The half coward wings were perfectly seasoned, juicy, yet crispy. The batter was just right and seasoning was delicious! The loaded mac was also wonderful. It had large cut up chunks of their chicken tenders and I devoured them quickly. The order was placed via DoorDash and ready upon arrival. The prices for the items were excellent even if it's DoorDash pricing. The only regret I have is not trying them out sooner and not getting it in spicier level. I can't wait to try out their chicken sandwiches and other items in the future.

Had a wonderful time at Crimson Coward today! We ordered a little bit of everything today: French fries, wings, two piece tenders (medium) and a single smashburger. Fries were lightly seasoned (definitely more tasty with ranch or the crimson sauce!) and the wings were delicious too. I got them breaded but I think we can opt for them not breaded as well. The two piece tenders to my surprise were delightfully crisp and hot. Was eating them pretty slowly and still, they remained hot most the time. I got medium spice and it was true to its name. The burger was fresh and the brioche bun was great too. Everything was served in a separate box and it took a bit of time to get everything but no problem. It's a dine in or to go place, with plenty of seating (at least when I was there on a rainy Wednesday afternoon!). Would definitely go back and try more spice levels of the tenders. Parking is not an issue - check out the neighboring shops while you're in the area!

Drink lids that don't need straws. Much better for the environment! And the mango lemonade is tasty!!

I ordered The Crimson chicken sandwich at hot level. Flavor was good, heat wasn't really that hot. But I was disappointed that the flattened out chicken patty had no juiciness to it - more like a poultry smash burger. The mango lemonade is really good. And thumbs up for their no-straws drinking cup lids. Great to see a fast food place having corporate concerns about plastic straw pollution that is devastating to marine life!

Overpriced mediocre Nashville hot chicken. The lady wearing a hijab and lots of makeup, who I assume is the owner, is rude and has no sense of customer service or basic etiquette. She was talking loudly on her phone the entire time with no sense of awareness of how loud her voice actually was. She left the register unmanned when I came in and when she saw that I was waiting, she walked slowly with no sense of urgency. When she got to the register, there was no greeting or anything when she took my order, just a long hard stare as she waited for me to decide on what to get. And then when my wife and I sat down waiting for the order, she asked us if we were going to order anything, having completely forgotten that I already placed one. I read the low rating reviews on this particular location and I see that I'm not the only one who has complained about this woman. I know this place is a chain so I know to never come back to this location if I ever eat here again. But I probably won't. Dave's Hot Chicken is a much better option for Nashville hot chicken if that's what you're looking for.

Bad service. The person taking our order was rude and rushing us. She didn't answer our questions and looked like she didn't want to be there. No smile with poor body language. The restaurant was pretty empty but clean. The fried chicken was extremely salty but lacked actual flavor. The fries were underseasoned and soggy. The sauce didn't save it either. Overpriced for the poor quality.

Came back to try the more traditional style Crimson burger. Chicken was slightly greasier but still juicy and very well cooked, and dwarfed its attached bun by some distance. A solid burger, but I think the Homestyle version was more of a standout for me. That'll be my go-to option here.

Delicious food, Nice and clean ambience. I tried their crimson sandwich (9.5/10) and Borrito (9/10) both med spicy, I would go for hot next time. Some really good fries too.

Food is always consistently good here. Takes a little while but you can't rush perfection! Service can be a little lackluster at times but the quality of the food kind of makes up for that! Highly recommend the "Snash Burger" as well as the chicken and fries!

Sandwiches are good! Wish the mild was a little more api y but the service was amazing and I was given more hot seasoning to add on my chicken. Sandwich was juicy and well worth it. Wait is long so I recommend calling in the order and picking it up. Definitely a good Nashville spicy Chicken sandwich! But I have had better too. Definitely check it out if you're in the area

The restaurant was clean. The music was upbeat. The bathroom was clean. The music in the bathroom was loud, but it was a good song and almost got me to dance. I ordered Chicken Fries (slaw on side) Medium Heat. They were perfect. The fries were crispy. Even as I kept eating. The chicken was cooked well. The sauce was tasty. The heat was perfect. 10/10 will come again

I was seating in the same space used for the hotel breakfast, but the combination, Greeter, Waiter, Cashier guy was friendly and answered all my questions while I had a glass of Chardonnay . Needless to say I sat there waiting for my two to-go orders for what felt like an eternity. A lot of people flowed in after me and they were all just waiting, it was weird since it was empty when I walked in and then seeing 6 tables of people with no food. I thought I ordered the cheaper lunch special of chicken koobideh and beef koobideh, but he punched in the full portion instead. I didn't really mind as it just became extra food for dinner. But I feel like if someone is going in at the beginning of lunch time, they would be looking to order lunch menu stuff? I guess I can't expect people to do what I my logic would do. The two koobidehs is pretty much the same thing I order at any of these places because I prefer ground meat that's tender and juicy and this place did not disappoint. We ordered the combo beef and chicken plate, the beef gyro plate, and two falafel on the side. The falafel didn't look impressive, but they were surprisingly excellent--moist, flavorful, and honestly better than Sababa's. I'll definitely order six next time. The gyro plate was solid, not overly greasy or heavy, and the seasoning was just right. I wasn't a fan of the hummus, which had a bitter aftertaste, but my partner liked the tanginess, so that may come down to personal preference. On the combo plate, the chicken stood out: juicy and tender. The beef seemed to be a leaner cut and was a bit dry. I'd probably skip this particular beef kebab next time and try a different one. The saffron rice and grilled tomato were a nice complement. The plate also came with jumbo naan, served warm and smelling amazing, definitely a highlight.

We showed up around 1 PM, which should be prime lunch time, and the place was completely empty. Not just quiet, I mean literally no one there, which immediately felt off. Even finding the entrance was confusing, especially if it's your first time. The exterior didn't help either. It looked sun-damaged and like it hadn't been maintained in a while, which set the tone before we even walked in. Once inside, things didn't improve. A guy greeted us briefly and ran to the back, and then another staff member asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. The first thing we noticed was how stuffy it felt. No airflow, no ventilation, and when I asked if the AC was on, he said no. At that point, it just didn't feel comfortable staying. My friend and I looked at each other like, are we really about to eat here? That feeling alone says a lot. They do have an outdoor seating setup with what looks like Persian-style lounge seating, which could actually be really nice, but even that area didn't look clean or maintained. It had potential, but it just didn't feel inviting. We ended up leaving, and shortly after, another couple walked in and chose to sit outside, probably for the same reason we didn't want to stay inside. Honestly, this place feels like it could have a good vibe if it were busy and properly maintained, but right now it just feels neglected. Between the confusing entrance, lack of upkeep, and uncomfortable indoor environment, it was an easy decision to walk out.

None of those scenarios happened here. The chicken was soft, juicy, seasoned very well, and it stayed that way. The beef koobideh had this smoky flavor profile, which is different from what I normally expect, and I liked it. Potato Boloni: I've never had boloni in my life, and the closest comparison I have is a Chinese or Korean pancake. The boloni had areas of spiciness, and I think it had room to go higher. I think the staff had plenty of time to take our orders, give us water, and the food arrived within a reasonable time.
