I love this place & I eat here for their delicious food. I recently had an experience where I ordered through their online website, and there was a glitch in the system. I showed up at the store to pick up my order but it hadn't come through on their end. The Manage Axel was very understanding and without question was very eager to fix the situation. I have been wanting to try Chop Stop for so long! I ordered online and was easily able to build my own salad. Everything has calories listed next to the items so that's great for those who like to be informed. It was a solid salad! Everything was fresh and the toppings were balanced. The fat free ranch was actually bomb! Sometimes it has a weird flavor but this one was great. I only wish there was more lettuce and I would recommend to not get the dressing tossed in. They put a bit too much and it was a little soggy although I picked it up right on time. There are tables outside, inside, and even though it's a busy center there was parking right out front. We have been getting delivery from Chop Stop for the past few years and they have been absolutely fantastic. I get the Santa Fe Chop that has Romaine, Seasoned Chicken, Avocado, Pepper Jack, Roasted Corn, Black Beans, Tortilla Strips, Cilantro Lime. The dressing that comes with it is light but full of flavor and they always fill the bowl close to the top but with enough space to add the dressing and shake it around for a more even distribution. We have always appreciated the service as they always include forks and napkins with deliveries which many businesses fail to do. I am not aware of the ambiance of the restaurant and the level of seating and difference an in person experience has because we exclusively get ours delivered. read more

Have not yet found my favorite dressing, but I've only tried the cilantro lime vinaigrette and the blue cheese dressing. If you like blue cheese, the flavor isn't as strong as other blue cheese dressings. If you don't like blue cheese or are trying to slowly get into blue cheese, this is a good dressing to start with as it's on the milder side. Chop Stop offers pre-made salad options, customized salads, wraps and Chopurritos, which appear to be rice & bean bowls with protein and salad fixing options on top. For my customized salad, I selected the house mix - 1/2 iceberg, 1/2 spinach with 6 toppings: chicken, egg, tomatoes, black olives, tomatoes, mushrooms and wait for it... fat free ranch dressing! The total came out to $11.84. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly employee who asked for my name and gave me my salad. I took a quick peek at it, and was happy to see that it was a decent size bowl and had all the goodies I had requested. The inside of the place reminded me of a Chipotle assembly line. It appeared to be very clean inside and very... green. My salad was quite tasty, but I wish I would've sprung for the avocado. Clearly avo makes everything better, amirite? Maaaannnnn I was very excited to try this place. I was hungry and looking for a lunch spot. I was specifically looking for a veggie, high fiber, low fat breakfast. When I found this place, I thought "perfect!" I chose my selection of veggies and protein. I was super excited. I needed up with a tuna, veggie and cheese wrap. Since I was on the move, working, I opted to have it wrapped (normally it's offered as salad but wrapping it is a free alternative). Now here's what ruined my wrap :( I was asked if I wanted a sauce. I said yes, Cesar! When my wrap was ready, I jumped in the car and started off to my next project. I opened up my wrap on the drive and I could believe it. My wrap was absolutely drenched in Cesar sauce D'X It ruined my whole wrap and totally defeated the purpose of having a lower calorie breakfast. While the woman who made my meal was very nice, she was very heavy handed with the sauce. I love the theme and I would love to return, but this wasn't the greatest first experience. Chop Stop offers fresh salads and rice bowls. They have 13 salad bowls (chop) and 5 rice bowls (chopurrito) to choose from or you can customize your own bowl. You start off with a base, toppings (6 included from proteins, beans & grains, veggies & fruits, crunches, cheeses), and a dressing on the side. They have super premium protein options like salmon and lobster which are $1.70 upcharge. Premium protein options like chicken and tuna salad are an $.85 upcharge. They also have the option to double, triple, quadruple, etc. on ingredients. I went with the chop lobster and customized it. Chop Lobster ($11.84) - This normally comes with a house mix (iceberg/spinach), red onions, tomato, celery, lobster, wonton strips, red cabbage and some thousand island dressing. I swapped out the tomato for a hardboiled egg and some sunflower seeds instead of the wonton strips. The salads here are enormous! I really enjoyed the taste of the salad here and all the ingredients seemed so fresh. I had a hard time finishing it and was stuffed by the time I finished. Overall, this a great place to go to when one is looking to have a healthy lunch. I'm surprised my YELP buddy Aaron E. hasn't visited, he loves salads. :P Next time I'd probably double or triple up on the proteins as the quantity is on the smaller side for that. I didn't try the rice bowl (comes with a cilantro rice base), but my friend's chicken bowl looked great. I enjoyed my meal at the Chop Stop. I have ordered the Santé Fe Chop both as a salad and in a wrap. This time I ordered a salad with light Chipotle dressing and a salted pretzel on the side. My salad had avocado, corn, peppers and tortilla strips mixed into it. The dressing was not overwhelming and tasted great with the mix. I ordered mine to go. The restaurant is smaller inside. It is always clean and brightly lit; they have a patio with seating in the shade also. The customer service is good. When they are busy, they thank you for waiting. Chop Stop is a chain that has a ton of different salad options. The menu is definitely overwhelming if you decide to add your own toppings, but they do have some salad options where you don't need to "build-your-own." My favorite is the Asian Chop salad. It's sweet, and has lots of fun mix-ins such as chicken, edamame, and little crunchy crackers! The Caesar is also pretty good. I wouldn't recommend any salad with sunflower seeds though, since I made that mistake once and my entire bowl was basically a sunflower seed (waaaay too many). The portions are surprisingly large (I can never finish a bowl) and the service is always good. read more
