Chili-spiced with Parmesan sprinkled on top and lime zest for added pop. It's an interesting take! - Blue Cheese Dip. Thick and creamy with chunks of blue cheese. It's a cool, tangy contrast from the wings. Why mention the blue cheese dip? Because for some reason, it's disgustingly good. - Seasoned Fries. The seasoning is amazing: sweet, salty, and spiced. Soft on the inside with a lightly crisp exterior. I cannot stress enough how much I love their fries! - Veggie Sticks. Fresh, crunchy, and essentially a palate cleanser for all the wings. THE DRINK. - Sweet Tea. Sweet without the tea bitterness. THE VERDICT. I know this is a fast food chain, but the wings and fries are so good! We had never been to a Wingstop, but we were pleasantly surprised. Like everything else, wings are way overpriced, but we spotted the 30 for $30 deal and tried it out. We had 20 boneless and 10 traditional. We had buffalo, Cajun, and spicy Korean. The spicy Korean was the best although the others were nice too. The food was 5 stars, but the value is more like 3.5 or 4. Even extra ranch or blue cheese was super overpriced. All that being said, I'd go back for sure. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Abdiel the manager of this location. We discussed the what had occurred the night I was in and He shared with me that he had spoken with the staff that night, and that they had taken measures To correct things. He then proceeded to ask me if they could remake the order, I explained to him it wasn't the food. It was the service that I was upset with. I guess all Wingstop's have mixed reviews. I thought I'd share my experience of this location. I ordered online for a pickup, website was easy to navigate, no issues whatsoever. When I placed the order it gave me a time the wings would be ready, and I headed out and showed up right on time and sure enough, my order was ready! I looked around the restaurant to get an idea of how clean and open it was. The dining area was very clean and well kept. Plenty of tables and seating. Went to the counter to pick up my order and the guy who helped me was super friendly. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and honestly, they were very good. They were seasoned perfectly, cooked perfectly and not little tiny wings like you may get at a lot of places, these were perfect size! All in all, this location nailed it! Two words: Hot Honey.... When I approached WingStop I was impressed with how clean the exterior was. Stepping inside, it was nice to feel the same way. I decided to order a 10 piece meal that included 5 Louisiana rib which is savory with a little bit of spice and try 5 Hot Honey which is apparently a limited time seasonal option. I was blown away by how delicious the wings were as well as the fries that came with the wings. The wings were tender and juicy and of decent size. I was completely filled up by the end of the meal which I decided to dine in four as they had ample seating available at noon on a Friday. The one reason why I can't give 5 stars is that it took a significant amount of time to receive my meal (25 minutes) compared to how busy it was when I entered. Additionally, the cashier was busy talking with the kitchen staff and it took a couple of minutes of me standing at the register before he came back to help me. Don't get me wrong I LOVE wingstop but this location was horrendous. I left utterly shocked, mouth WIDE OPEN. I couldn't believe what my eyes saw. I ordered boneless wings and two sides of fries. One of the fries looked like we got the bottom bits of the basket, overcooked yet undercooked at the same time, and tiny crumbs that were hard. As for the boneless wings I don't know if wingstop changed their supplier but it quite literally looked like we got served the bottom tiny pieces of the batch. Holy moly - this is one of my favorite wingstop locations I have been to! The staff are very respectable and know how to cook up some good freakin tenders! My family and I ordered 2, 7 piece tenders with 4 flavors : mango habanero (sweet with a big punch of spice! 8.5/10), lemon pepper (perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor 9.5/10), garlic Parmesan (coated in Parmesan and oh so delicious 9/10), and hot honey rub (my favorite of all time!! 10/10). As I walked into this brand new just opened location, I was cheerfully greeted with a smile. This place was packed with people. I ordered their 25 piece wings meal, and the food didn't disappoint. We ordered all the sauces and got mango habanero and bbq flavors for our wings. This clean shop had few tables to sit, but it also felt a little claustrophobic, to be honest. My friends and I came in and she just stood there not saying anything. No "hi I can help you at this register", just silent. I don't mind waiting but the door dashers were very aggressive with the staff the manager there was very polite and professional. And last time I was there the guy tried to give me a hard time about asking for a side of mild sauce (I ask for it because all the other dips have dairy so I dont order a dip). Hours of operation are fantastic. I bought food 2 days in a row. Food taste is inconsistent. One time it was smothered in BBQ and the next only had a few drops. Same with the fries, the spice was perfect the first time and minimal the next. I did find a setting for "extra spice" on the fries, however, I didn't notice this option until later. The reason I stopped going to the Mission Viejo Wing Stop is the fact that this store sends out a survey "Give us 60 seconds. We'll give you free fries!" in exchange for a coupon code. I completed the survey and was excited about using the coupon code on my next order (3 days later). After adding all the food to the cart, I entered the coupon code and discovered they don't honor this promotion at the Mission Viejo Wing Stop. Why they would send me a survey which includes free fries and then NOT accept the coupon code at this location is disappointing. I called the store and got no answer. I completed a feedback submission on their website asking for a call back. No one called. That was nearly a month ago and I have not been back since. read more
