The Chick-fil-A at this location is really disappointing. The first time my boyfriend and I came here, we both got food poisoning. The second time I visited, I noticed a bunch of black specks at the bottom of my drink. I have no idea what they were, but it made me feel sick knowing I had been drinking it. On top of that, my fries were cold and hard to chew, and the nuggets were the same way. Overall, the food quality and service were far below what I'd expect from Chick-fil-A. I'd definitely recommend going to the Chick-fil-A on El Toro RD instead. I've had much better experiences there than at this location. read more

Cold fries and when I asked for new ones they said "let me ask the manager". I said never mind. I wish I didn't because our fries were all crumbs. There were three or 4 whole waffle fries in a large and under them were all pieces. Also, the fries weren't even filled to the top. As for the meals, I ordered two grilled chicken salads. This part is my fault for not checking but when I got home they were regular. We were trying to eat healthier tomorrow and don't have time to swap them tonight. First time I've ever had a problem with chick fil a. We put in an order for 10 people (1hr ahead) and as we pull up to the menu Ethan says he has our order. We approach the window and they have no clue where our order is and what they did with it. So they tell us "we're making the rest of your order please wait in the front" and we did. 20 mins go by we enter the chick fil a to see what's going on and they are STILL clueless on what's going on with our order. Every employee seems like they don't know what they're doing and it's not even busy. Had to re download this app to write this review that's how bad the service was. I've only picked up the original chicken sandwich at this location, so my review may be a bit limited by the food selection. The location is interesting since it's in the plaza but not a standalone spot, so the parking can get very cramped very fast. It's also a short drive thru which makes for easy traffic jams and can be frustrating during rush hour. The restaurant itself has extremely friendly associates and a decent sized waiting area. The dining area looked well maintained and I like that even though this is not a standalone spot, they still managed to squeeze in an indoor playground. The food is good, the location is OK, and it must be tough sharing the plaza with other fast casual concepts such as Raising Canes. However, it seems business seems consistent as I've been here for late lunch (2 PM) on the weekday and towards the evening (5:30 PM) and have always seen a line to order. read more

Yummy! The food at this location was fresh and hot. We came here on a Friday night and the drive through line was wrapping around the parking lot and obstructing traffic. So instead we dined in. The restaurant was clean and they had adorable fresh flower vases on the table. Lots of high school kids and some families dining in. They also have a play structure that the lids were enjoying. They have fried things, grilled things, lettuce covered things...the standard fast food options. I went the less healthy route, and ordered the breakfast chicken biscuit meal. It came with hash browns and a coffee/drink. I opted for the vanilla iced coffee with my order (not sure if that's an extra charge, I didn't check the receipt). The sandwich is exactly what it sounds like: A fairly salty piece of fried chicken slapped between a biscuit. No toppings. No unsettling condiment surprises. Nothing pretty to entertain the artistic spirit of the self-proclaimed foodie photographers out in the world. Just a normal fried piece of meat on a warm biscuit. Minimalism at its finest. What more could anyone need? The hash browns are adorable and bite-sized, and come in a little box. They are tasty as is, but if you are searching for some extra flair, there are a ton of sauces you can choose to devour them with. The vanilla iced coffee is satisfying enough. It is sweet, but not overly sweet. It is caffeinated, but not overly caffeinated. It is creamy, but not overly creamy. For a fast food chain, it's good enough. I wouldn't necessarily call the drive through "fast" (only downside, although the service is wonderful), but if you aren't in too much of a hurry this is a good enough breakfast to grab. read more
