This Chick-fil-A is right next to my son's school and they often partner with our school to help with our fundraisers. The operator is very pleasant to work with! They went through extensive renovation for a few months. The biggest change is now it has dual stack drive through which alleviates the traffic from backing up all the way into the shopping center like before. Inside they updated the interior to more modern furniture, a bigger kitchen and a bigger play area. They did take away seating so when it gets crowded it's hard to find seating. Chick-fil-A staff is always friendly and positive and food is always fresh and delicious. read more

This location just went through a recent renovation. They now have a double drive through line and always has a revolving line if customers inside or outside. Food is always fresh even when you bring it home. I order take out often because it's so close to home and my kids school. Ambiance inside is very clean, welcoming, and space feels bigger than before. Thank you for always proving me with the hand wipes chick filet! My kids love your chick filet sauce and waffle fries. As a family on the go! We both look forward to eating your meals. Bonus today was seeing staff dress in Halloween costume. Sometimes breakfast cravings hit and chick-fil-a starts calling on the amygdala. Cue in: egg, cheese, chicken sandwich on biscuit made fresh daily. Make it a meal : adding OJ and hash browns and i can say, it hits the spot . As long as you get in the order before 11am you are good to go. I love chick fil a! The food is great and the renovation at this location is awesome. But frankly as much as I like it, I often avoid coming here due to the consistently unpleasant redhead with the glasses who works the drive thru. So unprofessional and sassy. She has an unwelcoming energy and should not work any job that involves talking to the public. I've driven past this location many times and headed to raising canes down the street, solely because I can't stand how rude she is. She's been there for years sadly. read more

Although I was never a fan of Chick-fil-A, my children enjoy it so we frequent this location. Today I decided to surprise her with her favorite chicken tenders and got lunch for myself also. When I got home and opened my sandwich to add sauce, I was horrified to find what appeared to be a pubic hair inside. Disgusted, I immediately called the store to report the issue. To my shock, the person who answered accused me of joking, insisted it was impossible, and then hung up on me. I called back but they didn't answer. I am appalled not only by the incident itself but also by the dismissive and unprofessional customer service I received. What kind of experience is this for a loyal customer? *after reading some reviews on this location this isn't the first time they block callers after they hang up on them. read more

The girl at the drive through was very uninterested in our order today, made it clear that my order was not her priority I thought I was being criticism but I wasn't as she missed a whole meal! It put me in a bad mood cause I was trying to ignore her attitude. I know this is not an upscale place but the reason I bring my kids there is cause the workers here always are very attentive. Staff: The staff was great. Ordered at drive thru with Rocky. Very nice young man who was polite, friendly, and correctly took our order. Tiphany took our payment and was nice. Terrible, first of all the new drive thru line is terrible. You just have to see it for yourself. Secondly they gave me only 8 nuggets in my 12 count, forgot my mac and cheese and only gave me 1 sauce in my bag. I was happy that it opened back up and it was my first time going back to this location. I was let down to say the least. read more

I recently tried the Mac and cheese for the first time from a different Chick Fil A location in Irvine and it was incredible, couldn't believe I hadn't tried it before. Last week I went to my local Chick Fil A and ordered the same thing, a large Mac and cheese. When I ordered this at the Irvine location the mac and cheese fully filled the container it came in, when I ordered it here it was WAY less. Didn't even fill the width of the container here let alone come close to the height of the container. Really disappointed in the massive difference I saw here. read more

I worked with Uber eats trying to pick up an order. I walk to to the front of the line (because I'm picking up a delivery NOT ORDERING FOOD) The lady in front of me yells there's a line BUDDY. I said I'm picking up I don't need to be in line. The lady employee took her side(mind you the food was all ready sitting on the side) made me wait and then proceeded to say I'm not welcome here or they will call the cops. I tried to tell the manager my side of the story but I got shut up and more threatening of the cops. I feel so disrespected never again read more

Haven't eaten here since the CEO was was polishing BLM shoes, I finally caved. Also can't stand sell the whole brown-nose atmosphere but what can you do. Combined with the managers squeaky voice is enough to send you over the edge.. I thank god that I don't have to work in this environment.. Everything is usually very good at this location and at all Chick-fil-A locations. But did they change the chicken strips lately. They seemed more rounded than normal (like a cigar) and it looked like compressed chicken not like chicken strips like they used to make it where you can see the grain of the chicken meat. My roommate took one bite and almost gagged. I did not think about it until I was finished and it taste like a form of chicken. Hopefully, they didn't change the nuggets and maybe I just got a strange batch. read more

What is with the Chicken Soup? So far I've had it twice at different locations in Foothill Ranch and now Laguna Niguel. Both locations the soup had a real faint odor and it tasted rotten. Never again! You've been warned about that soup. Plus, the soup was not hot and just barely warm. So if it has a weird rotten taste to it and not hot, do not eat it!! read more

We have gotten chick-fil-a a few times since the San Clemente location opened up. With the inside being temporarily closed, the drive thru is typically pretty busy but they are efficient and get your order as quickly as possible. We have always had a great experience with the staff and the food is great, like all chick-fil-a!! read more

Oscar stopped by to check in; it's so nice to be remembered when you are a repeat customer. also their mango habanero bbq sauce & garlicky rolls are not to be missed! i will continue to come back :)

I'd driven past it plenty of times on the way to the dog groomer and never once felt compelled to stop. Friday night changed that. We were hungry, but not sit-down-for-two-hours hungry. We wanted something better than fast food, but not some overproduced evening of cocktails and self-importance. We wanted food worth getting out of the car for. Rangeen hit that mark beautifully. Getting my wife on board took some work. She's not a curry person. But a few online photos of fresh, vibrant salads were enough to win her over. Inside, the place still showed traces of whatever came before it, a blank quick-serve menu screen hanging awkwardly over the counter, like a relic from another life. But this was table service, and a perfectly comfortable one at that. There were maybe eight or nine tables, and one lone server holding down the front of house. Casual, older, thin, moving with purpose. She greeted us warmly, dropped menus, answered the phone, checked back often, kept the table tidy, and somehow managed to make the whole room feel cared for without a hint of drama. I went for the spicy mango chicken. My wife chose a healthy-looking salad with grilled sweet potatoes, nuts, and all the things I generally avoid unless someone smarter than me orders them first. We added naan, because not ordering naan would have been foolish. The food took a few minutes longer than the impatient part of your brain might expect. But then it arrived, and suddenly none of that mattered. My dish was excellent: nicely seasoned bite-sized pieces of chicken, rice, a fresh side salad, and a spicy sauce that pulled the whole thing together with real intention. And the plating, that was the surprise. This wasn't tossed on a plate like an afterthought from the spot next to the grocery store. It looked like someone actually gave a damn. And that, really, is what stays with you. Not just that the food was good, but that care had gone into it. The ingredients may not have been expensive, I say that as someone who owns restaurants and knows roughly what things cost, but value isn't about raw food cost. It's about what arrives at the table, how it's presented, and whether anybody in the building seems to care if you enjoy it. At $19, this was a steal. For about the price of a drive-thru burger meal, I got something thoughtful, well executed, and satisfying enough to remind me why local places like this matter. And to the party of four next to us who only left a five-dollar tip: do better.

I'd rather call it an experience. My family and I predominantly enjoyed the desert selections. They were all nicely done - creative, tasty and light. Kept craving for more, even though I don't have a sweet tooth! Sukhi and team pulled it off nicely. It was great performance to say the least!

We had a table full of dirty plates when the servers showed up more food and were absolutely clueless as to where to put the plates. So, we, the CUSTOMERS, cleared the table. The food was bad from the chicken wings to the ribs, everything drowned in a nasty sweet sauce. Perhaps the cook (definitely not a chef), should have dinner at Bad to the Bone BBQ and figure out how to cook ribs. I'm sure the ribs they served me were never on the grill. Stick to breakfast and lunch and avoid dinner here.

I was curious what was special about this place and tried the chicken bowl…read more Things I liked: Edamame hummus: tasted fresh and slightly nutty, interesting new taste Chicken: not too fatty, pairs well with their Thai sauce (which is a lighter version of Thai sweet chili sauce) Oats and black rice: nice carb base, doesn't stand out but plays well with other ingredients Jammy egg: I would highly recommend this, light with a good balance of sweet and salty Things which were okay: Corn: it goes well with the bowl but doesn't standout by itself Sweet potatoes: same as corn Things which can be improved: Broccoli: it's charred broccoli and tastes slightly bitter. I don't think it goes well with the bowl. I'd rather have steamed broccoli or less charred broccoli with a fat like mayo or cheese based sauce Bok choy: this also doesn't go well as ginger overwhelms your palette and it takes a while to reset and taste things normally. I'd suggest changing it to soy bok choy sautéed in sesame oil. Combined with nomnivore rewards, it's still surprisingly great value for money (sweetgreen value territory or even better).
