Their menu is super simple and rather boring...choice of meat, rice and veggies. They do now offer tofu as an option if you're vegetarian. Terrible service. I've asked them to give me more chicken and they literally say no. They have advertised 5 oz of chicken. It didn't even come to 4.5 oz. They have a sign saying no water cups for soda written on recite paper. I would never do that but there are other ways to enforce those policies without being tacky and rude. read more

Ordered food here and we wanted delivery. Paid the extra for the service and when the food arrived it had the wrong order and the wrong name on the receipt. Called up driver and he said to contact Uber eats. We hadn't ordered through them so we called up store. After deciding that they wouldn't help us over phone we went to store. They ran out of the regular dark meat chicken and offered me white meat. I usually don't get it, but I figured why not. They then up charged me for the white meat. Not very customer friendly. Tip to management: if you are primarily known for one thing, just don't run out of that one thing. And when you do, don't charge your customers extra for your lack of planning. I can only imagine it was planned because the white meat honestly was not very good. I guess it's an easy way to push product that's not selling that well I politely brought it up to both employees and neither seemed willing or even capable to accommodate, so I just thanked them and went on my way. This was 10/09/2020 around 5:00 pm. My mother is an immunocompromised, cancer patient receiving chemo. She was craving something healthy so I took her to this place. It takes a lot of effort for her to walk but with her cane she made the effort. We get there, and stop on the doorway because, the cashier, a man, talking on his phone, on speaker phone, was without a mask. We asked him if he could wear the mask. He looks at us, stares and says "ok?". We said no worries and walked out. There were so many wrong things in this incident. I have been in the customer service industry for many years, and first of all you should never be on your phone in front of customers. Secondly, when you see a customer walk in you make eye contact and you greet. Thirdly, this man not only was not wearing a mask, but he dismissed our request as if we were asking something out of the ordinary. There was no consideration or respect from this person. I can't trust places like these, were they hire staff that are not willing to follow public health procedures, genuinely care about customers, their health and their satisfaction. read more

Been eating at flame broiler for years, but I'm somewhat new to this location. I always order the chicken bowl, but this location it's extremely fatty chicken. It kind of grosses me out. Also, there was a pretty large bone in my chicken to go order the other day. Makes me think they are being really careless with their chicken preparation. The next time I went in I told the cashier, "Hey FYI, last time I ate here there was a bone in my chicken. Just FYI." She's like, "OK. Last time?" I said, "Yeah, I'm just letting you know." Then without any visible reaction, she just says, "OK. Thanks. Next person in line?" I wasn't looking for a free lunch, but you know, if I'm eating the chicken and it feels so fatty and there's bones in there and you don't seem to care when I tell you that are you giving me the chicken's butt to eat too? All she had to do was give me some reassurance that this shouldn't happen and they would let the kitchen staff know to be more careful, but nope. read more
