They claim it's the landlord that won't fix the AC but I think that's just an excuse because it's been years. Save your money and go anywhere else. I really can't believe they're still open. And then the customer service...... our server wasn't as attentive as I would have liked. He was super slow, and it took forever to get the check to pay. FYI - if you pay cash, you get a discount. If you pay with CC, there's a small percentage fee on top of your total bill. There's a small sign at the host station when you check in to be seated. Please read that sign about that. Overall, my dining experience wasn't impressive. Would I return???? Not really. I was a bit disappointed. If you haven't tried this place, and you want super slow service, check this place out! Otherwise, hard pass on this place! Such a shame! I'm giving this place, a generous 3 1/2 stars!

I would say we actually had a formal reservation but still had inner seating and not prime tables near the edges for the views, but still good overall. Regardless, the food was stellar. We ordered the Bang Bang shrimp, Curry, Sea Bass, ahi tuna, Wagyu dumplings, and a side of mashed potatoes. For drinks we had the Jalapeño margarita and the cucumber martini. Soo refreshing and delicious!! The food had such authentic Asian flavors which surprised us in the best possible way. Service was extremely attentive and friendly from beginning to end. Shout out to Brooke for hailing us down because we forgot our food! That's the sweet and kind energy you'll receive at Rosewood. We'll definitely be back and we're bringing all the girlies!

Note to self. Do not go after 6:30pm. I made the mistake of going after 630 tonight and I got some luke warm dried up chicken. They were also "out" of all their beef (or maybe they just didn't feel like cooking anymore because the grill had already been cleaned and it was off). The rice barely came to the first line in the bowl, it's like they just scraped together whatever they had left from the day and served it to me. I wish I would have checked my bowl before I left so I could have gotten my money back. read more

This poor old guy was just trying to get the food correct at the correct price, yet one employee led to two (the second who I assume was the manager) laying into the old guy with a crazy amount of disrespect. Based on that alone, this is my last time ever at this restaurant. If they're willing to do that to a poor old guy, I'm not willing to provide any support for them as a business. We should be treating people, especially those elderly with a greater level of respect, especially if you're trying to run a business.
