My server even noticed that my soda looked light and asked me if it tasted OK? It had a lot of carbonation, not as much syrup. She went to the other station on the other side of the place and brought me a new one, much better. Yes, I know I should not drink soda, but it is my guilty pleasure. I got there a little before 6 and they have happy hour still. I decided to try the All American Burger, 4 boneless wings (typically, prefer bone in, but this was the promo) as well as tots. All that for only $10, what a great deal. Added a side salad, could have skipped the salad, but wanted some greens, too much food. My burger, tots and the wings were all very tasty, hard to go wrong with good bar food done right. This location is huge, tons of seating inside, a giant bar area, TVs galore, so many beers on tap, mixed drinks etc. something for everyone. Got here around 4:50 PM right before the World Cup rush. There were already people waiting, but I noticed half the restaurant was still empty. I had a large party, and when I got to the host stand, I was told there wasn't a table for 10 inside and asked if we would be willing to sit on the patio. I said I was open to the patio, but also mentioned I'd be okay splitting the group into two tables. The host said I was welcome to split the group and that the patio was first come, first serve, so I walked back to check it out. Unfortunately, there was already a large party there, and with the sun and the setup, you couldn't really see the screens from the patio. I went back to the front and waited. The frustrating part was that the host never took down my name or number, then proceeded to take down four other parties' information while I stood there for about 30 minutes right in front of the host stand. After waiting, he came back to me and asked the exact same questions he had asked me when I first arrived: how many people were in my party, whether I could do patio, and if I wanted to wait for a table. I was honestly shocked because none of this was communicated clearly. He told me I could stay and risk waiting, but I was seventh in line. When I pointed out that he had taken multiple parties after me, he explained that it was because they were smaller groups. I understand that game days can get hectic, but the lack of communication was extremely frustrating and felt like our time was wasted. We ended up waiting close an hour while trying to find another place, and by then the game was about to start. We could have gone somewhere else much earlier if we had been given clear information from the beginning. My local neighborhood BWW has dropped the ball so hard and so often that I was compelled to write a review for both that and this location - given my polar opposite experiences. This location was my go-to lunch spot for around a year for the good deals and proximity to my office. Literally at least once a week, occasionally twice. This location was single-handedly the reason I got back in the gym as my waistline got completely out of control. Wings were well-sauced and well-sized (at least by the chain standards). Pro tip - ask for them well done if you're into that. Courtney and Lily were the best servers and always took perfect care of us. Seriously, Courtney's memory is wild - she doesn't even use a notepad. Only once in the ~year of weekly visits was my order short a single wing - Courtney came back immediately with 5 to make up for it. Now that's service. Otherwise, everything was perfectly made and delivered to order. I still crave the buffalo tots. If you've been to a BWW, you know the iconic decor. Came here with friends to catch the Lakers game. Lots of screens everywhere playing sports. Our server was nice and told us about the BOGO wings deal so took advantage of that. Ordered the 10 piece and got 10 more. Tried a variety of sauces/dry rubs. Overall the wings were just ok. They were tough like frozen wings which was disappointing. Not really crispy either. Also the dry rubs were not really rubbed everywhere only a portion of the wings. I did enjoy the seasonal blue moon beer. They have a giant projector screen on 1 side of the room but its not so clear and they should just swap with an LED. Seating was hard barstools. Wish the seats were more comfortable. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be a favorite of mine growing up. I always looked forward to grabbing some wings and every visit was like a treat for me. Now, the wings just don't hit the same as they used to. This was my first visit in about a year. I used to come every week or every other week. It could also be that I ordered the food for pick up, but food quality should be consistent regardless of dining in or out. I ordered my usual 6-piece boneless wings with mango habanero. The wings were overly sauced and the box that they came in was sticky from the sauce. I had to wipe excess sauce when eating. However, I did not have to wait long for my order, which I do appreciate. Watched NBA Finals Game 7 last week with my fam at this BWW. It was packed! First off- service was stellar!!! Seriously unbelievable. Our server (Diaz on the receipt) was phenomenal. BWW is a fun spot to watch a game. There are TVs everywhere and they play audio. I got the cauliflower wings and they were ok- a little soggy. Lots of different spice levels and flavors to choose from which was cool. Overall, the prices are way too high for the quality. But it's a fun atmosphere. read more

Love that chips are salsa are complimentary now!!! It's been awhile since I visited BWW and I recently visited right when they first opened so I got great and fast service - literally, my lunch special of 10 wings and fries only took like 3 mins to come out and the chips were still hot like they were freshly made! I still get the medium and garlic parm and the flavors were still awesome! I asked for the wings extra wet (more sauce) and it was perfect. Sometimes wings can be super dry but I love that you can ask for this option here. The chicken was soft so it was great! Because they had just opened it was pretty empty, the TVs had a mix of sports on and the classic rock was blaring. This Buffalo Wild Wings is located off of Culver right next to the 5 freeway. They have tons of tables and TVs everywhere along the wall. The only thing is that if you're not watching the big TV playing the sound, you might be watching something with no sound. We ordered 15 traditional wings ($29.49) which came with three different flavors. We got the Asian zing, lemon pepper, and parmesan garlic. They were all good but the wings were just okay. BWW used to be a huge favorite of mine back in my high school years, but the quality definitely has changed since then. I placed an online take out order for their BOGO 6pc boneless wings, and the dip trio. I arrived at the time stated, and only waited a few minutes before my food was ready. It took a few minutes for someone to notice me at the togo register, but the staff was very friendly. The food itself? Very subpar at most. The chicken pieces were very small, and lacking in sauce. My mango habanero wings were barely coated, which is a bummer since that is my favorite sauce of theirs. The chip dip trio was good, and it came with queso, salsa, and guac. The guac was a little funky, a bit heavy handed on the citrus for me. We went here last night after attending the UCI basketball game. It was advertised on the Jumbotron as BOGO wings if UCI won and if tickets were presented at the restaurant. UCI won and we decided to treat ourselves to BWW. Well, as it turns out, there were some hitches. First of all, the staff (the servers and the manager) did not know if the restaurant was even participating in this deal. When we tried to show the manager our phone (we had taken a photo of the ad on the Jumbotron just in case this were to happen), she said she didn't want to see our pic because it could have been "sent to us by someone else on another night." We found this rude - we felt she was basically questioning if we were lying. Remember, we had our actual tickets and a photo of the BWW ad on the Jumbotron from that nights game! The photo was from the camera roll on my husband's iPhone - these are date and time stamped, so had she deigned to look at it, she would have seen that it was not sent to us, but actually a pic we took. Then there was a questions as to whether the wings had to be boneless - first it was yes and then it was no. And THEN there was a question as to whether the second set of wings had to be identical to the first. The final straw was the music - it was way too loud and it was death metal - not what any family wants to eat dinner to. We could not converse, as it was too loud and my husband is hard of hearing as it is. It gets two stars because the wings and cheese curds were really good and our waiter, Jack, was doing his best. The burger is pretty standard and a decent size. It tastes alright too, doesn't knock your socks off but pretty decent. The wings left a little to be desired though. The nashville hot didn't come with much sauce and the chicken itself was dry. The parmesan garlic had plenty of sauce but unfortunately it was extremely salty. The tots are always on point though: crispy, hot, and tasty. Bird dawg was the best of the bunch, the sauce is delicious and the chicken was great, will definitely come back for that. I also shared some boneless wings with mango habanero, along with fries and tater tots as well. The Asian zing was my favorite sauce reminding me of a sweet and spicy sauce. The potato wedges had the right amount of seasoning but wish I could have a bit more. The mango habanero was decent but I would have to say, comparing it to the direct competitor, wingstop, the mango habanero from Wingstop takes the crown. The fries and tater tots were decent as well. Even being fairly late at night the place was fairly packed and the waiters did a great job making sure everyone was helped. Was the perfect bar and hangout vibe especially to grab a late night bite. When we asked for a side of each wing sauce to pour over our half covered wings we got a bill charging us for the sauce. Completely unacceptable. If you order hot wings they should have adequate coverage all over and not have to request "extra wet" and then also ask for extra sauce to actually get them covered.
