20 Piece Wings - tough not crispy
    Jason G.

Came here with friends to catch the Lakers game. Lots of screens everywhere playing sports. Our server was nice and told us about the BOGO wings deal so took advantage of that. Ordered the 10 piece and got 10 more. Tried a variety of sauces/dry rubs. Overall the wings were just ok. They were tough like frozen wings which was disappointing. Not really crispy either. Also the dry rubs were not really rubbed everywhere only a portion of the wings. I did enjoy the seasonal blue moon beer. They have a giant projector screen on 1 side of the room but its not so clear and they should just swap with an LED. Seating was hard barstools. Wish the seats were more comfortable. Strange thing was the server told us about BOGO and proceeded to charge our party full price. So had to get that corrected. Overall 3 stars.

Forgot the fries out but asked us to come and pickup ourselves. We ordered from them for the no contact. Why ask us to go into the store

Michael the "manager" does not act remotely close to manger material, e.g. super unprofessional. His attitude was ridiculous. Came up chest all puffed out. Asked me multiple times so what are you asking... He did not care what I had to say. We were next to be seated according to their table list but he offered the table to people at the bar. I know because the lady told us we only had one person/table ahead of us. I asked him how come we did not get the open table......he slowly says the people at the bar were "waiting for 45 mins but why not put their name in the table list??!!! Never any parking here either. Lots of fans here so cool to watch with So cal people. Food is okay but I would rather eat at FIRE wings in the same plaza. Not worth the HASSLE to come Jan 3, 2026 Thank you Michael for this experience

Watched NBA Finals Game 7 last week with my fam at this BWW. It was packed! First off- service was stellar!!! Seriously unbelievable. Our server (Diaz on the receipt) was phenomenal. BWW is a fun spot to watch a game. There are TVs everywhere and they play audio. I got the cauliflower wings and they were ok- a little soggy. Lots of different spice levels and flavors to choose from which was cool. Overall, the prices are way too high for the quality. But it's a fun atmosphere.

This is a fun place to watch your favorite team play. On Saturdays both Alabama, and Oregon alumni groups hang out Bama use the bar area, Oregon has the restaurant side. If you like soccer they open early for Liverpool games. Service is great here too.

Love that chips are salsa are complimentary now!!! It's been awhile since I visited BWW and I recently visited right when they first opened so I got great and fast service - literally, my lunch special of 10 wings and fries only took like 3 mins to come out and the chips were still hot like they were freshly made! I still get the medium and garlic parm and the flavors were still awesome! I asked for the wings extra wet (more sauce) and it was perfect. Sometimes wings can be super dry but I love that you can ask for this option here. The chicken was soft so it was great! Because they had just opened it was pretty empty, the TVs had a mix of sports on and the classic rock was blaring. Alexis was my server and he was on it as far as refills, giving me iced tea with simple syrup and just being knowledgeable about the deals they were offering! Perfect place to stop while waiting for my next event of the day!

This Buffalo Wild Wings is located off of Culver right next to the 5 freeway. They have tons of tables and TVs everywhere along the wall. The only thing is that if you're not watching the big TV playing the sound, you might be watching something with no sound. We ordered 15 traditional wings ($29.49) which came with three different flavors. We got the Asian zing, lemon pepper, and parmesan garlic. They were all good but the wings were just okay. I prefer the dry rub lemon pepper over the sauce version. The regular fries ($4.99) were decent. The service could've been better given there were not a lot of people there and the food was okay.

Super fun place to watch a winning Dodger's game 6 win. Fans were excited and yelling, food was decent and the servers were super cool! Again, not a 4 star restaurant, but good bar food to eat while watching a sporting event. Favorites are still the bone in wings with Asian zing and lemon pepper dry rub, along with the chicken nachos.

The host and server were very attentive and welcoming! We were seated right away. We came for their happy hour and BOGO Thursday boneless wings and got 10piece + bogo deal which was 20 pieces. Flavors: Garlic parm 9/10. I love their garlic parm and it was saucey and the best way to have it coated. Dipped in ranch. Mango habanero 8/10. Sweet spicy was delicious. Asian zing 8/10. Pretty good, reminds me of the sweet chili sauce. Sweet bbq 5/10. Tangy bold flavor! Honey bbq might have been better. Apps were 50% off! 3-6pm happy hour. The cheese curds 10/10 was very crispy and delicious. I enjoyed it while it was crunchy and hot dipped in the sauce so good! The chicken buffalo tots 7/10 I don't really like buffalo sauce in general as it was a bit overpowering, but the tots were good and crunchy! Service 10/10, thank you!

We went here last night after attending the UCI basketball game. It was advertised on the Jumbotron as BOGO wings if UCI won and if tickets were presented at the restaurant. UCI won and we decided to treat ourselves to BWW. Well, as it turns out, there were some hitches. First of all, the staff (the servers and the manager) did not know if the restaurant was even participating in this deal. When we tried to show the manager our phone (we had taken a photo of the ad on the Jumbotron just in case this were to happen), she said she didn't want to see our pic because it could have been "sent to us by someone else on another night." We found this rude - we felt she was basically questioning if we were lying. Remember, we had our actual tickets and a photo of the BWW ad on the Jumbotron from that nights game! The photo was from the camera roll on my husband's iPhone - these are date and time stamped, so had she deigned to look at it, she would have seen that it was not sent to us, but actually a pic we took. Then there was a questions as to whether the wings had to be boneless - first it was yes and then it was no. And THEN there was a question as to whether the second set of wings had to be identical to the first. The final straw was the music - it was way too loud and it was death metal - not what any family wants to eat dinner to. We could not converse, as it was too loud and my husband is hard of hearing as it is. It gets two stars because the wings and cheese curds were really good and our waiter, Jack, was doing his best. Parking is easy, too. Unfortunately, we will likely not be back because of the poor treatment from the manager last night and the loud death metal music. Picture of Jumbotron attached.

They don't seem to care about their customers. We walked in and were greeted with blank stares. We waited for couple minutes and walked further in and asked do we seat ourselves and they replied no. Then they said only the booths in the back were available and to sit where we wanted. We did the unlimited apps and were rudely told that we can't take the left over appetizers to go. No one refilled our waters and we went up to pay as we couldn't find a server. The wings were dry and barely had any meat. Not sure why I come back when wingstop is clearly better, in both service and taste.

Thank you Simon and Isa! I appreciate you so much for your assistance in making my order right!

Little did we know we were pleasantly surprised. We did the 2 meat combo - tri tip and smoked briskets. They were out of burnt ends otherwise we would have done the three meat combo. On a different occasion, the waitress had mentioned they had one dollar wings and we came back the following week and we order a good amount of wings and we really enjoyed them because they were smoked! You know... the actual BBQ staples people come here for. If you can't serve your headline dishes, maybe don't pretend you're a BBQ restaurant. Then the service: our drinks came out in random batches, so we couldn't even do a simple cheers together. Basic stuff, botched. And the cherry on top: we tried to order a grilled cheese and were told they ran out of bread (how?) and that they'd send Texas toast instead. Fine. Except then we're told the kitchen refused to make it. Not "we can't," not "it'll be a wait," but refused. So you're out of bread, out of major entrees, and the kitchen just decides it won't make a simple menu item? That's not a restaurant -- that's dysfunction. This place felt disorganized, unprepared, and honestly kind of careless. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Save your money and your time.

When we arrived, we were helped by a very kind server named Vivi. She was attentive and even changed the channel so we could watch the baseball game we came for. When her shift ended, we closed our tab with her and waited to open a new one with Katie, who was starting her shift. Unfortunately, once Katie began her shift, the music and the television channels were changed, even though we were clearly there to watch the baseball game. In hindsight, that may have been a sign that the experience would not go well. It took approximately 23 minutes for her to come and take our order I asked for a michelada and a ginger ale. This was extremely disappointing service. I would understand a delay if the place had been busy, but as you can see, the establishment was fairly empty at the time. Because of this, there was no clear reason for such a long wait. Overall, this was the worst service we have experienced here, which was surprising given our previous positive visits. That said, I would also like to highlight one of the servers who consistently provides excellent service. If possible, I would recommend visiting Thursday through Sunday when Naidelyn is working. She is always attentive to customers, provides great service, and greets everyone with a smile.
