I really enjoyed the Orange location but parking is a pain so figured I would try this location. Surprisingly enough parking is a pain here too but there's much more parking if you're willing to walk. Location seemed much smaller than Orange location but portions were much bigger! I had a huge pile of burnt ends and brisket! Flavor wise was the same so if you're craving BBQ just pick the most convenient location. This location doesn't have Axe throwing so if you're into that keep that in mind. Cocktails were OK. Service was friendly and food tasty so when I am craving BBQ I will not hesitate to return.

Shoutout to our server/bartender Dano! He did such a great job making us feel welcome and giving us all the info on the menu. We were a bit overwhelmed so we really appreciated the menu breakdown and reccs from Dano! It felt like a mini private class/experience since he told us about all the drinks, sauces, and meat smoking. Definitely added to our experience and one of the main reasons for the positive rating! For our group of 4, we ordered - 2 of the 3 meat combos (one per couple) with the ribs, tritip, brisket burnt ends, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes - happy hour honky tonk fries - mezcal mango margarita - watermelon margarita - watermelon mint mule - happy hour whiskey We really liked the ribs! The tri tip that came out medium temp was delicious, the other tri tip order came out more medium well. We enjoyed the variety of menu items, deals, and sauces. A great spot to watch some games. There are tons of TVs, & I don't think there is a "bad" seat in the restaurant because of how many screens are available. Will be back again!

Overall Experience: Went for lunch during the week, so it wasn't too busy--easy to get a table and chill. Overall a good spot with solid lunch and happy hour options on the menu. Food: I tried the chili cheese fries but wasn't a big fan--they had a weird sweetness to them. That said, others at the table liked them, so maybe just not my thing. The Nashville chicken sandwich was the standout for me--super flavorful with just the right amount of kick. Prices were reasonable for what you get.

We came to sauce for a delicious BBQ dinner and to watch the World Series. The BBQ ribs and briskets were outstanding along with great size dishes (green beans, corn bread, fries). The staff were super friendly and helpful. The ambiance was electric as there are many TVs all around so you won't miss any game highlights. Highly recommended!

Food was hearty and alright. A lil too sweet and salty for my taste, didn't have the flavor depth I was looking for. Big plates. We came on a Sunday @ noon. Restaurant was pretty empty. We got our food quickly, but the server forgot our salad. Ambiance is good for groups. Good place to watch sports.

The atmosphere at Sauced was cool! There were a lot of TVs to show games so my husband was definitely excited to try the place out. The service was excellent! She was attentive and very friendly. She explained the menu for us and made the process easy. We got the 3 Combo plate but I only took a photo of the burnt ends which were SO good. You can't order more than 1 serving per combo. I'd love to come again explore the menu a bit more!

What a pricy location!! Thought the lunch specials were good but you should see the size. Friends got the salad for $18 and it was like a side salad!! Wow! My 2 item meat I paid $2 more for 2 ribs and there was hardly any meat on them. 3 slices of tri tip, really!! Sides are tasty but the smallest little containers that other places use for condiments. Just sad!!! $24 for my plate and it was sad!!!

Fun, sports bar, fast and casual vibe. Loved the large screen TVs thru out so that you can catch the game from any table. Patio seating as well. Great, fast, attentive service from Rosie and team. We ordered the 3 meat combo with pulled pork, tri tip and chicken with corn bread and garlic mashed potatoes. All the meat was moist and yummy. On the table you can choose between 4 different finishing sauces from spicy to tangy to sweet. The corn bread had a sweet, crunchy top. The garlic mash potatoes just ok. Overall a good experience.

First time trying this restaurant. Was in the Irvine area and we decided to give them a try. We were not disappointed. The BBQ and all the food we had was flavorful, tender and cooked perfectly. I've had my share of BBQ at restaurants and at outdoor events and this place hit and checked every box. The different sauces were amazing. The server was AMAZING and did not miss a beat in making sure we were takin' care of...Amber (from Las Vegas) was one of best servers we have encountered in a long time. The ambiance of the location was perfect for a BBQ establishment. It was inviting and with a down home feel. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! If you give them a try.... Make sure you're ready for some great BBQ!

Sauced recently opened in the marketplace and we were curious about it. The concept seems to be a combination of a BBQ place with a sports bar -- half the restaurant is high tables with TVs all around and the other half is lower (regular tables). But it's much brighter than a typical bar. I ordered the jambalaya, and I was pleasantly surprised that's it's real jambalaya -- meaning it's actually rice cooked with vegetables, spices, meat, and stock, rather than the silly gringo version that is basically slightly spicy marinara sauce ladeled over rice (or even noodles). I usually like my jambalaya more New Orleans style with more tomatoes and a little bit wetter... But still pretty good. My son and the brisket and he said it was good. The way the meat was just falling apart as he was biting into it, you could clearly see it was tender. Service was good, prices were reasonable. Overall, really good!

Came in on a Sunday afternoon and got a three meat plate with brisket, brisket burnt ends, and pulled pork with baked beans, mac and cheese, and large side of waffle fries to share with my hubby. Love the baked beans and mac and cheese. Food came out pretty quickly. Accidentally poured the hot barbecue sauce onto my plate and it was actually hot! the regular barbecue sauce is good. They have two more sauce options at the table. A couple of waitresses checked on us throughout. The restaurant was not busy a few parties already eating. Nice visit to this location.

Sauced is a new BBQ place in the Tustin Market Place. It is a modern/sports themed restaurant with a bar and tables all set around TVs with your favorite teams playing. It is very similar to Daves Famous BBQ before it, Sauced has a few different items. The staff is kind and attentive. We were seated right away and the food came quickly. We ordered the three meats combo and shared. This meal comes with two sides. It is really one side and cornbread. We got a wedge salad. The food is very good. They have a large selection of drinks if you like that. One item that was especially good was the chili and cornbread. The ribs had a strong smoky flavor which is something I love. There were a few minor let downs that limited this place to four stars out of five. First, they offer no chips or cornbread unless you order it off the menu for $9.00 Based on my experience with other BBQ restaurants, cornbread should be included with the meal. When I ordered my chili, she asked me if I want cheese and onions on top? Of course, I said yes. Then I noticed on my bill I was charged $3.50 for this. Does this sound right? I asked my server, she said nothing is free now days. Okay, you are right. Next time, I will go to Lucilles where the biscuits are free! As many as you want! with incredible honey butter, free! I liked the food at Sauced, the service, and the atmosphere. The food value is great. We had a second meal the next day on what we took home. This place is good, but maybe not perfect.

So I ordered an online order a day before and got there a little after pick up. No front people had to go into the back employee only to ask them if I can grab my order. No one went over to confirm. Ribs were good and the burnt ends were all fat. This place is okay

Halfway through, they decided to switch the main TV and all the audio over to a Kid Rock special instead. It felt unnecessarily political and completely ruined the experience for me and many others who ended up leaving because of it. I don't care what the owner's personal views are, but a sports bar should be for watching the game, not for pushing an agenda or cutting off a major event. Note on the staff: I want to make sure the staff isn't blamed for this. I've been coming here off and on for 5 years, and the bartenders have always been excellent. This review is solely about the decision to change the broadcast mid-game, which I didn't enjoy. The employees themselves do a great job and are the reason I had been a customer for so long.

When we arrived, we were helped by a very kind server named Vivi. She was attentive and even changed the channel so we could watch the baseball game we came for. When her shift ended, we closed our tab with her and waited to open a new one with Katie, who was starting her shift. Unfortunately, once Katie began her shift, the music and the television channels were changed, even though we were clearly there to watch the baseball game. In hindsight, that may have been a sign that the experience would not go well. It took approximately 23 minutes for her to come and take our order I asked for a michelada and a ginger ale. This was extremely disappointing service. I would understand a delay if the place had been busy, but as you can see, the establishment was fairly empty at the time. Because of this, there was no clear reason for such a long wait. Overall, this was the worst service we have experienced here, which was surprising given our previous positive visits. That said, I would also like to highlight one of the servers who consistently provides excellent service. If possible, I would recommend visiting Thursday through Sunday when Naidelyn is working. She is always attentive to customers, provides great service, and greets everyone with a smile.

After a farewell dinner to/at Gulliver's Prime Ribs Of Beef, our party of six continued the evening several miles away at Stowaway for some light bites and libations. Personally, I was all about the Hawaiiana tiki culture and tried to live it every day. Founded by co-owners Leonard Chan and Dominic Iapello, its current home of barely three years in a former dive bar came about when they unceremoniously had to leave the original location. With its proximity to Disneyland's Enchanted Tiki Room and the very niche underground-like society of tiki culture, they found their footing with a consistent customer base and the thrill of island escapism through colorful cocktails, pleasurable pupus, and tropical trimmings. Would I stow myself away somewhere inside and never leave!? PURCHASE(S) Don Q Punch Bowl ($38.00): Made with Don Q's Cristal Silver, Anejo, and 151 Gold Rums, respectively, peach brandy, passion fruit, pineapple juice, and citrus juices, this flaming concoction was rumtastic in every way possible as the tropical juices just made it that much sweeter. There were more ice chips than I liked, but it was a fun trough to drink out of for the four of us who wanted to imbibe. Coconut Shrimp 6pc ($12.00): Breaded and flash-fried plump shrimp served with a sweet chili dipping sauce, these were tasty and perfectly paired with the Don Q cocktail I was drinking. Stowaway Fries ($17.00): Constructed with a pile of crisp golden spud sticks, rum braised pork, and topped with a hearty gravy and sunny-side up egg, this loco moco fries dish was slamming while the slightly charred juicy pork had me squealing with enjoyment. SERVICE We had reservations, so once our entire party arrived, they quickly seated us in a cool cave-live separate alcove for more privacy. Our server arrived with menus, suggestions, and glasses of water. Minutes later, we all ordered at once, and everything (drinks and food) arrived within ten minutes. Because we had another reservation inside the same bar, we informed our male server and to let us know when we were allowed to go there. All was casual, chill, and somewhat on island time - aloha and mahalo! PARKING (FREE): They shared a medium-sized private lot with several other businesses who were closed at this time with plenty of spots - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE Located within a strip mall, you opened the front door and walked into an island oasis as if you were a cast member on "Gilligan's Island" with thatched roof material above you, tiki statues displaced on all of the volcanic-looking walls, collections of tiki mugs past and present for purchase, a central square bar with plenty of stools, and seemingly small dark nooks and private spaces where naughty things could happen. No natural lighting whatsoever while an assortment of extremely low-lit electric lights barely guided you along. There were no TVs while I recalled various styles of music played in the background along with chatter and clamor of conversations in all directions. ATTIRE Although I was actually dressed appropriately for the occasion in an aloha shirt, linen pants, and flip-flops, this place was totally casual, so a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops would suffice. OVERALL I had a cowabunga time at Stowaway, and I couldn't wait to return to try more of their awesome-soundling elixirs. I loved tiki bars, and although this was generally out of my range, I'd make a special trip or two here. My one drink was lip-smacking good, the pupus were yummy, the prices were reasonable enough, the atmosphere was stupendous, and the service was friendly and professional. While the drinks menu was loaded with tropical cocktails, an impressive rum selection, and a decent assortment of local craft beers, the food menu was somewhat limited. And, the bar had happy hour TU-FR 4pm-6pm. Plus, I always preferred to support small local mom & pop businesses. I found complete value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $75.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 5.0 STARS
