I'm a huge fan of Flame Broiler but this location was so disappointing in terms of customer service the night of 01/23/2026. I was staying at a hotel nearby and wanted a meal to feed my small family. When I tried ordering online, there was no breakdown as to what the family meal includes or how many people it might feed, which is why I decided to walk in and ask these questions myself. Big mistake. The young man at the register was either having a bad day or couldn't care less about helping others. When I asked him what the family meal included he responded, "well, chicken." Next I asked how big it was and he used his hands to form a circle and say "well kinda like this?" I proceeded to ask: "does it include any rice, salad, veggies? AND also asked if he could show me what platter they put it on since his hand explanation wasn't all that helpful. He rolled his eyes, walked to the kitchen and then finally answered my questions.
