I've come here multiple times with friends because it's the nearest pocha to where we typically hang out. The food itself is like standard pocha food, nothing outstanding. Misoolkwan is def the pocha to go to if you want good food. Service here is pretty quick as well, nothing to complain about. However, this is a place I would come to only for convenience -- not amazing but it does the job!

It's expensive here. The food isn't even good. The chickens dry, tteokboki(spicy rice cakes) sauce is flavorless, kimchi pork stir fry is just really bad, chicken gizzards are also dry, clam soup and mussel soup are just ok, the wings' breading is too thick.. and so much more. The servers are nice but just really pricey for a place like this. It's supposed be like a neighborhood drinking spot but they charge like a rooftop bar.

OB Square is located in an older center surrounded by a few other restaurants and small businesses. It is located right of the 5 freeway at Red Hill Avenue. There's plenty of parking available. It was my first time here along with my friend. We arrived around 5:30 PM on a Friday evening. We were seated on the front left side of the restaurant. There's another section that leads to the back of the restaurant. It was pretty quiet when we were initially seated, but all the tables filled up shortly after us. There is a small tablet for each table or booth where you can order the items yourself. Be sure to drill down for each item to make your specific selections. It's not as intuitive until you start clicking on all the options. Our food came out pretty quickly after we placed the order. Be sure to ask the server for any additional sauces or spices for dipping. We requested the sesame oil and salt and chili garlic sauce which paired nicely with the gizzards. We enjoyed all of the three dishes which included spicy rice cakes, OB chicken gizzards, and OB chicken wings and ice cold beer. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. I will definitely return with more family and friends next time.

My first time at OB square and let me tell you, I already want to go back! I came on a late night and was seated immediately. Keep in mind, they set the temperature inside pretty chilly so bring a jacket if you are planning to visit in the evening. Ordering was very simple using the tablet at the table. All items had photos to go with the dish which was great for me since I am a visual person. Food came out quickly and soon after we ordered. Spicy noodles with rice cakes was delish but be prepared for the spice! I really enjoyed the corn cheese but missed the mark with the cheese pull. Overall flavor was great though and I'd order it again. My favorite dish had to be the OB fried gizzards though. I am not usually a gizzard person but we tried it anyways. Surprisingly, I kept going back in for more and it did not have any particular smell. The seasoning and batter was PERFECT. Not too much batter, crispy, crunchy, and packed with flavor. If you aren't in love with gizzards, try their wings or other fried dishes that have their 'OB' seasoning. It is an Asian style salt and pepper with onions and jalapeño.

This is one of my favorite late night Korean spots in the OC! It's also one of our go-to spots. I've always enjoyed their food. I love their chicken wings, noodle dishes, and pigs feet. My personal favorite is their Army stew. This definitely can feed a group of people, but my husband and I love getting it so we can bring home left overs (hehe). We've also have booked their Karaoke rooms. It's a lot of fun! Pretty big room for a huge group and you can munch on some food as you sing your heart out. I've always loved their service! Super attentive and nice! They are also very considerate! And As Always, NOM 4 LIFE!

Kimchi fried rice, OB wings and bulgogi hot stone pot are delicious. Friendly service, they don't rush you and treat you like family. Ample parking and attentive service.

OB Square is the spot for some delicious Korean pub food! This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. They are open til 1am everyday and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays! Inside, they have a casual setup with a good amount of seating. For their menu, they have a nice selection of different wings, noodles, and other dishes to choose from. Wifey and I opted for a spread consisting of the OB Chicken Gizzards, Black Bean Noodles, and the Garlic and Thai Chicken Wings. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal here and everything hit the spot! All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend getting any of their fried chicken options. We will definitely be back for some more late night eats!

I came here with a party of 4 on a Friday at 11pm and we were seated immediately. We ordered a wide variety of dishes including kimchi fried rice, jajangmyeon, pork belly and bok choy, and 3 dishes of chicken wings. Everything was so delicious! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the parking outside is never an issue.

family favorite spot! we love going here to enjoy some beer and korean dishes. our go to items are the kimchi pork belly tofu, noodles with golbaengi, ob wings or korean wings, and the jokbal (cold). and if you want a soup we recommend the fish cake soup. always get a pitcher or two of coors light. this place always hit the spot. service is friendly and good. definitely recommend if you want beer and some good food. :)

I would've never thought to come here, but so happy I did. We went on a Sunday night and there weren't too many people there. We got seated super quick and all the ladies who work there are so kind. I think we went a little over board and ordered too many things, but they were all very delicious. We started with the kimchi pancake (highly recommend) and the rolled eggs (also highly recommend). Then we moved onto their fried chicken. It was so crispy and delicious! We also had the black bean noodles and a soju cocktail mix. This is definitely a place I would revisit in the near future. :)

We had spent months planning this event and this was incredibly disappointing. Even before the guests arrived, I noticed the cupcakes and macarons I had brought in melting from the extreme heat. All the guests were noticeably and understandably uncomfortable and sweating the entire 3 hours. No one came to check on us or to apologize for the inconvenience. This was not the event we had envisioned for the guest of honor who was 8 months pregnant. It was not only uncomfortable but also posed a health risk. The restaurant showed a lack of concern, care and accountability over the entire situation. I understand that the weather and the AC breaking were out of anyone's control but the handling of the situation and the aftermath was poor. We tried to give the restaurant opportunities to make this right but they failed at every opportunity. Because of the lack of communication, poor decision making and incompetency, I cannot recommend this restaurant for any events. The servers were nice and the food was all right but there are many other acceptable options for food in the area.

Next, they set up with drinks right away. It was so lovely being able to speak with our bartenders for the night who asked us specifically what type of cocktails we like to enjoy and if we like to sip on tall or short drinks. This experience itself was unlike any other because as soon as my drink came out, it matched EXACTLY the drink I would normally order off a menu. There are preset cocktails to choose from as well but the drink made for me was so lovely. We were next met by Chef Jason who came by and spoke to us about his favorite items on the menu currently. He made suggestions of what to order, how he would pair items together, and even put in a few items to surprise us. I am so happy we had a moment to chat with chef because hearing the story behind the dishes, why he created them, and the inspiration he took from different cuisines was so unique. Many times, we get to enjoy delicious food but we rarely sit down with the chef to understand why it was created for us in the first place. Chef Jason is such a funny, entertaining, and personable man and made the entire dinner even more special. My favorite shout out dishes have to be the Kayseri Mantisi, Wagyu Flake Steak, World Peace Burger, and Sour Patch Melon. These flavors are incredibly complex yet complement each other so wonderfully and every bite is heavenly. There are so many other dishes I tried and each deserves its own shoutout, but these mentioned above blew my mind away. Should I have another chance to come by, I definitely will take it up! The menu rotates and there are always new items that pop up so it will always be a new experience each time. The cooking uses quality ingredients and love and care. I was here on business by myself and was seated immediately and after a quick look at the menu decided on the devil's cut ribeye a steak. It comes with a massive amount of oven, roasted potatoes and green beans. I also got a side salad with it as well which was way too much food for one person. The entire thing was big enough for two normal or maybe even three light eaters. The steak was excellent with a sweet coffee rub with a slightly sweet mapley taste. I could only finish about half and save the rest for the next day. Even though I was full, I decided to try the fried apple pie because it was recommended by many other reviewers. It was actually amazing. It was the dish that was highly recommended by the server and she was not wrong. The ice cream on top was probably House made and the pie itself was like a gourmet version of a hostess apple pie but of course with much higher quality ingredients and it was delicious. The vibe of the restaurant is exciting. It is a fun place to visit with the visual aspects such as the bird cages in the window case. Oak barrels used for aging whiskey are set around and the general vibe was very attractive. Everyone was having a great time and making quite a lot of noise from all the conversation and the music, but people were really enjoying themselves. If you want to have a quiet conversation with someone, this is probably not your place, but if you want a fun time with that kind of vibe, it is an excellent place. I recommend Bosscat highly.

For years, Hangar 24 has been a place where families can gather, enjoy great food and drinks, listen to live music, and allow their children to safely play and have fun. It has created a welcoming environment that appeals to a broad audience, and that family-friendly atmosphere is one of the reasons so many people continue to return. Last night, however, I noticed a significant change that concerned me. Instead of having the live band perform earlier in the evening, a DJ played first and the band performed much later. Many people, including myself, came specifically to enjoy the live band, and the new format seemed confusing to much of the crowd. As I observed throughout the evening, very few people were dancing during the DJ set. Most guests remained seated, looking uncertain about the change. In addition, some of the music selections and volume level felt inappropriate for a venue that attracts so many families with young children. I noticed several children covering their ears, and many parents appeared uncomfortable. From my perspective, Hangar 24's customer base is largely made up of families. Those families purchase food, drinks, and often stay for several hours while their children enjoy the outdoor space. By scheduling the live band later in the evening, many parents are forced to leave before the performance begins because their children are tired or it is simply too late for a family outing. If the goal is to attract a younger nightlife crowd, a better approach might be to have the live band perform earlier in the evening when families are present and then transition to a DJ later at night for guests who prefer that atmosphere. This would allow both audiences to enjoy the venue without alienating the families who have supported Hangar 24 for years. I am sharing this feedback because I genuinely enjoy coming to Hangar 24 and want to see it continue to succeed. I believe many guests share these concerns, and I hope management will carefully consider how these changes may impact the loyal family customer base that has helped make Hangar 24 such a popular destination. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, A Concerned Customer
