Service was great, food was good. Really great place to not eat AYCE and send time with friends. Highly recommend

What makes great Korean Barbecue? To me it's a combination of both high quality ingredients and great service. This is why my family and I come to Marble Steakhouse. Everything from the Meats, seafood and side dishes are painstakingly selected and prepared by their staff. My family and I really enjoy Korean BBQ and this is the best in the Irvine/Tustin area. We'll be back again soon.

There's tons of parking since it's in the Woodbury Town Center. There were plenty of tables open but we had to wait to be seated for about 20 minutes. I also noticed that the restaurant was a bit smokey from all the grilling. My friend and I ordered the small beef combo that included short rib, brisket, and marinated boneless beef. What I did enjoy was the variety of banchans that they had along with the kimchi buchimgae. They grill the meat in the back and then bring it out and place it on the grill at the table to keep it warm and to cook it more if needed. The quality of the meat was good and the staff were friendly.

Food : 5/5 so good, tender, good quality cuts Sauces were simple, standard, solid. We got the combo for 2 & spicy cold noodles. Spicy cold noodles was refreshing and flavorful. Banchan was good, way better than baekjeong imo. Service: Gary was our server, he was awesome. Excellent communicator & good recommendations. Thanks Gary! Ambiance: chill, trendy, modern, clean. We would come back! Definitely worth a try.

very yummy high quality Korean bbq in Irvine! This place rivals some of my favorite spots in Koreatown LA. High quality meats, solid service, and good sides! Big fan of the $13 cold noodles. The only thing I wish this place had was RICE PAPER!! Ironically they have everything else and I love a green onion salad :) the ambiance is a bit more upscale with a full service bar but all in all a super solid spot for kbbq in Irvine!

WOW!! this place is seriously amazing!! The food was incredible, especially the meat... literally out of this world Huge shoutout to our server Gary, he was beyond attentive and took care of everything from A to Z. You can tell he really cares about the experience, and it made such a difference. Honestly, the price is so worth it for the quality and service you get. And the vibe? Super relaxing but still feels special. We're 100% coming back with our family. This spot is a must!!

First off, the interior is CRAZY beautiful -- modern, sleek, and honestly stunning the moment you walk in. It already sets the tone for a great dining experience. The service was just as impressive. Every single worker was TOO nice -- genuinely warm, attentive, and thoughtful without being overwhelming. You really feel taken care of the entire time. Now the food... sooo yummy. The quality of the meat was excellent, rich and flavorful, and everything was cooked beautifully. One surprise standout was the naengmyun -- it was so, so good, refreshing, perfectly balanced, and the ideal complement to the heavier dishes. Overall, Marble Steak House in Irvine felt elevated but still comfortable -- perfect for a date night, celebration, or when you want something a little special. Between the gorgeous interior, top-tier service, and delicious food, this spot definitely left an impression. Would absolutely come back

Great lunch special! We came in on a Friday and there were only 4 other tables. The service was friendly, helpful, and attentive. They helped us cut and mix our dishes at the table! Side dishes came out right after we ordered and were flavorful. I enjoyed the octopus stone bowl bibimbap and the bibimnaengmyeon! We'll definitely be back to try their KBBQ.

Great atmosphere and restaurant. Service was amazing - he was attentive, cooked the meat perfectly, and was friendly. Came for lunch and ordered a small kbbq combo for two and some of the lunch specials. There are great options for lunch specials and such a decent price. We ordered the spicy pork stone rice, soy pork, and cold noodle. Throughly enjoyed the meal. Only small thing was that the combo kbbq for two portion could be. A little more food. We definitely would not be full if we only got that.

If you are looking for a top-tier dining experience in OV, Marble Steakhouse & Grille is a must-visit. From start to finish, the quality of the food and the attention to detail were honestly a 10 out of 10. HIGHLIGHTS: * The Short Ribs: You absolutely cannot go wrong with either the marinated or the unmarinated short rib. Both cuts were incredibly tender and well-marbled. The unmarinated rib let the natural quality of the beef shine, while the marinated version had a perfectly balanced, savory-sweet flavor that wasn't overwhelming. * The Grilling Technique: One of the coolest parts of the meal was the technical skill of the staff. They cook everything for you, and they actually switch between a regular and an open flame grill depending on which cut of meat you're having. It ensures every piece is seared or charred exactly the way it should be. * Phenomenal Service: The staff was attentive and professional throughout the night. It felt like a true high-end experience rather than just another BBQ spot. SUGGESTION: The banchan (side dishes) were fresh and tasty, though I did find myself wishing they offered macaroni salad or japchae. Having one of those classic, heavier sides would have been the perfect addition to round out the meal. COST: For a dinner for two, expect to spend around $150. Given the quality of the meat and the personalized service, it is well worth the price for a special night out.

Probably my favorite KBBQ spot in the OC right now. The side dishes (banchan) are all fresh and delicious. The meat quality is superb from the ribeye to the marinated short rib. The servers are all very attentive and responsive. The ambiance is upscale, clean, and modern. With all that being said, it's not exactly the cheapest KBBQ spot but with Marble, you get what you pay for which is high quality food, great service, and a clean and contemporary environment. Looking forward to coming back during lunch where I hear their lunch specials are more budget-friendly.

Came out to Irvine and decided to try this place. Honestly came with low expectations since I'm spoiled by so many great Korean bbq places closer to home but was so surprised and really loved it here. Parking is super easy and service was top notch (our server cooked every meat so perfectly). The inside is spacious and modern. Only downside is the ventilation could be better - you will come out smelling like bbq after. We got the large beef set, side of pork jowl, and cold noodles and spicy noodles. Everything was delicious (my fav being the pork jowl and marinated beef). Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

It's a good size restaurant, even looks upscale. They had good quality meat. The server cooks the meat for you, but the bad thing about that is it takes a long time to cook and a short time to eat if you are a big group. Our server even started another grill for us, but we still had to pause and wait for the meat to be cooked. With this price, I would prefer to go to another restaurant where I can freely cook all the meat myself.

But I didn't. If a restaurant is closed on certain days, their reservation system shouldn't allow bookings or send confirmations for those days. We never even made it inside, so I can't comment on the food--but this was a frustrating first impression and something they really need to fix.

It's also great that they have a little bar on the side where you can order your selections. Don't be fooled by what you see online when they say it's all sold out. There is stuff that's still there when you walk in and is available. First off service was great. They take the time at the cash to explain to you what everything is and you get a chance to see how much you've ordered and if it's not enough, you can add right away. Once that is done there is a person that seats You and gives you a table there's also a bar on the side where you can order your own drinks. I would definitely choose a beer to go along with the barbeque. Once everything arrives and dick in you notice just how good everything is brisket was the number one star for everyone at our table. The decor is nice. You're sitting in an outdoor area with a lot of shade and they also has this kind of rustic look. Next time I'm in San Clemente I would definitely go back and have another bite.

Not that I can say I'm all that surprised in hindsight, but it's still kind of a shame. Mostly because I just wish the food had been better, but also because, despite how impressive the OC food scene is, I hadn't come across any BBQ joints/Cantonese restaurants that SF has so many of until randomly stumbling across this place! Then again, maybe I've just been too distracted by the many Taiwanese options that the Bay Area is so criminally short on... Compared to some of the Chinese BBQ joints that I frequent in the Bay Area, this place felt so much newer and a whole lot cleaner/nicer. That said, while the menu appeared to be a whole lot narrower, they still had a decent selection of offerings to choose from. Along with their nearly twenty different sides/snack dishes, which include items like pig ears with chili sauce, cucumber salad, chicken wings, wontons in chili oil, and tofu skin salad, they also had BBQ meats, like Roasted Duck, Soy Sauce Chicken, and Char Siu, a mix of rice and noodle dishes, and combination plates of their BBQ meats over rice or noodles. Sadly, though, no crispy skin roast pork, which was a huge bummer. -- SWEET FRIED CORN Admittedly, this initially didn't catch my eye, but I'm glad we ended up trying it. Every piece was crispy and I liked how sweet and flavorful the corn was. Plus, it was how this wasn't all that oily, though, I wouldn't have minded a bit more batter for some added crunch. -- WONTONS IN CHILI OIL Not too shabby. Although the skins felt a little overcooked, each piece was fairly plump and I thought the filling was pretty tasty. It was also unexpected to see a bit of broth with the chili oil, but it had a nice flavor to it and just the right amount of spice. -- TWO BBQ ITEM RICE PLATE with Char Siu and Roasted Duck I was the most excited for this, but it left me feeling conflicted. On the plus side, the bowl had a fair amount of both meats and the duck was really good - really juicy and the skin was golden brown. On the other hand, the char siu was super fatty and the rice was mushy. -- DICED GROUND PORK ON RICE...$13.99 More solid than spectacular, but still satisfying enough. Like with the BBQ plate, the meat to rice ratio favored the former and I thought the egg and the veggies complemented this well. At the same time, I wish this had more sauce to it, as the pork look a little dry/pale. In addition to how convenient it was to come here (there was a steady crowd, but it never got packed inside), I appreciated how fast our food came out. Also, I'm not sure if we just got lucky, but it wasn't nearly as hard to find a space in the complex's parking lot as it seemed it would be. Between all of that, the food being decent, and the relatively friendly service, Frank's BBQ & Noodles wasn't bad for some Chinese BBQ. However, it definitely could've been better, especially if Roast Pork had been one of their offerings!

The food still tastes pretty much the same, although some portions did get a little bigger. I still wish it were more like the Rowland Heights location where the skewers are grilled right in front of you -- that experience just makes the food feel fresher and more enjoyable. The service was okay overall, but some staff members definitely had attitudes, which made the experience a bit annoying. They're only open at night now, which honestly makes sense since this type of food is more of a late-night craving spot. I also came back to try their crawfish for the first time, but personally I feel like 949 Grill does it better. The crawfish tasted fresher there, and I think their skewers are better quality now too. Business also seemed much slower than before. I think being closed for 6 months really hurt them because a lot of people probably forgot about the place.

The dining area was noticeably cold, and the temperature didn't appear adjusted for the low occupancy. This became more obvious as the food arrived, since everything cooled down quickly. Even with metal warming trays, the dishes struggled to retain heat, and once barbecue items turn lukewarm, both texture and flavour decline noticeably. Across the meats, there was a surprising lack of differentiation in marination. The lamb skewers, beef tongue, and other grilled items all seemed to share the same base seasoning, with only the sauces changing to distinguish them. The lamb skewers themselves were very lean, cut into uniform blocks that looked tidy but lacked richness and the expected fatty depth that gives lamb its aroma and juiciness. The beef tongue was slightly more enjoyable, but still arrived lukewarm, which dulled its texture and impact. The signature chicken wings were slightly dry, with a sauce that didn't add much dimension. The grilled scallop dish was the most disappointing--mostly vermicelli with only a minimal amount of scallop, leaving it dry and lacking substance. That said, the highlight of the night was unexpectedly the fried chicken skin chicharrón. Crisp, airy, and indulgently fatty, it delivered exactly what the rest of the meal was missing--heat, texture, and unapologetic flavour. I didn't explore much beyond the barbecue items and a few appetizers, as the consistency already raised questions about the rest of the menu. The meal ended up being mostly cold beer paired with lukewarm meats and limited service attention. Even getting staff attention for drinks required effort. Overall, the experience felt flat and underpowered--especially because the core dishes never held temperature or distinction long enough to build impact, with the exception of a single standout in the fried chicken skin.

Our server asked if we been here before and if we wanted anything else besides water to drink. My brother and his fiance split a full order of the beef ribs and side order of sauteed garlic green beans. My mom and step dad split a full order of beef ribs while I ordered a full rack of baby back ribs which came with two side orders. I picked coleslaw and onion rings which I shared with the family. The food came out promptly. Everyone enjoyed their food. The baby back ribs were moist with flavor, smoked and went well with their bbq sauce. The rest of the family really like their beef ribs. And they even commented that it was better than the other bbq places we been to. Definitely will return and highly recommend.

*** SCAM ALERT *** I…read moredon't use the word "SCAM" lightly, but that's what this was. My adult son called in a $281.62 order off the menu for Mother's Day. They would not accept the order or payment over the phone because the order was "too big." They asked that someone go there and pay up front for the entire order. Since it was the evening before Mother's Day, I drove to them and paid for the order. Yes, I was also presented with a minumum 20% TIP screen, which I declined. When I got there at pickup time (4:00pm) on Mother's Day, the price changed to $325.51. I was told that, for some reason, they had cut about 50% larger portions than the menu specified (see the line items, which should have been 1 lb. each), so they charged me for the difference ($325.51 - $281.62) which was $43.89 (about 50% more for the 2 items they cut heavier). No, there was no mention when I placed the order that the total cost might change due to extra meat. Neither is it shown on their web site or printed menus. When I protested, there was no option. If I don't pay the $43.89 difference, I don't get the Mother's Day food. After about 20 minutes of bickering at the counter with two different clerks (note the time stamp differences on the credit card slips), I was given my original order, with a net price reduction of ($281.62 - $254.93) $26.69. My persistence had paid off. On a positive note, the cook did, twice, walk up to me and quietly apologize for what was going on. I know many folks would have folded in this situation, but that's not my nature. I don't stand for dishonesty. Yes, it was embarrassing, other clients in line were not happy (I let them skip ahead of me so as not to inconvenience them). None of them had price increases. I don't know if the clerks wanted a tip because the management doesn't pay them much, or it this goes deeper and is standard operating procedure that assumes most clients will simply approve of the overage and pay up. In any case, from this client's point of view, this is a SCAM! When it was all over, I took my 11 and 12 year old grandsons (who had been sitting patiently waiting for grandpa to pay) and my food package to the car, drove home and proudly presented the meat to my family. After all, I am a hunter-gatherer; and the food was great!
