It still had plenty of flavor with just the right amount of heat, and the beef was so tender. Staff helped cut the ribs so it's easier to eat. I also ordered their steamed pork dumplings, which was a hit! The dumpling wrapper had the perfect texture - it held all of the flavorful filling together while remaining not too thick.
