I like getting their bagels here but their customer service is kind of trash from one of the lady cashiers in the front. Came in, I didn't realize two people were just fixing their coffee. She didn't bother to say "good morning or I'll be with you in a moment" walked to the back and had someone else come out and take my order. He was nice and had great customer service but interactions with the front of house was not it. She then walks out with a tray of donuts and greets other customers walking in. And this isn't the first time, I've had a sour experience with her. I would come back, however I feel like I'm not a customer she likes to help. My favourite donut shop in the whole world. Great dough that's soft and just right sweet on its own, with icing not overwhelming but so satisfyingly rich that goes perfectly with the donut itself. Most donut shops don't have dough nearly as delectable, and many places tend to make their donuts way too sugary. My favourite things to get are probably the old fashioned and double chocolate cake donuts. The cream filled and jelly filled donuts are also great as well, with the filling that are pretty dang good; the cream especially was nice and custardy, a bang for buck quality. Despite not usually being a big fan of apple treats, their apple fritters are also delicious. Their bagels are also pretty good, very well seasoned and soft, while not quite East Coast good standing strong as its own. I've tried a few of their sandwiches (the #8, 9, 11, 12, and 15, the lox, "Mags", Mighty Denver, Palm Springs, and philly cheese steak) and was happy with all of them. The Palm Springs is probably my favourite, as it is well put together (structurally sound) with a good serving of greens, and has a good balance of flavours between avocado and lemon pepper seasoning. The interior of the donut shop is cozy, and has two large tables with seating. A few small tables and chairs are also available immediately outside. Service is always quick and efficient. This is one of my favorite places for bagels! It's a mom and pop shop and they have a wide varieties of bagels and donuts and breakfast sandwiches! The bagels here are soooo delish! It's chewy on the outer layer and so soft and inside and it melts in your mouth when you eat it! I also like to get their croissant or croissant sandwiches too but the bagels here are my favorite! The donut holes didn't even make it home, which tells you how good they were. I got a strawberry cream donut that was super light, airy, and not overly sweet, a solid and simple one I've had in a while. Also grabbed a cinnamon sugar, which hit that perfect soft and crunchy balance. My wife went with the custard-filled chocolate and a classic glazed, both really fresh and flavorful. You can tell these are either made in-house or baked with care because they have that doughy, melt-in-your-mouth feel you just don't get at big chain spots. Hot take - this is one of the best bagel spots I have tried in OC. Tucked away in the corner of the Walmart parking lot I found this donut and bagel shop. Stopped in to try it out. Glad I did. As soon as me and spouse walked in we were greeted by friendly ladies. It offers all day breakfast and lunch sandwich options. Loved that! My spouse had the BELT on a jalapeño cheese bagel, I had the morning bagel on a cheese everything bagel. We also got a sprinkle donut and old fashioned chocolate glazed for later . Nice little gem of a breakfast stop in Tustin. It was crowded when I walked in but they handled the line like pros and the wait was negligible. I ordered #6 "Today" - a bagel, bacon and cheese sandwich. They have other meat options and repeat the same selections except with croissants. My sesame bagel was toasted oh so perfect. Cheddar slice is nice and sharp and the eggs are just ever so slightly over salted. With a bacon accompaniment, salt isn't needed. I think this is more of a donut-centric place, however, so I selected the regular mixed dozen which includes donut bars - "fancy" donuts are extra but it's not clear what that means. I had the Vietnamese coffee with a custard fill chocolate top and a strawberry and custard cronut. First I am a foodie and Im a very good cook/baker and at 300 pounds I LOVE my donuts/cronies and pretty my anything custard filled. Vietnamese coffee is supposed to be a little sweet, super strong but silky. That is NOT what I got. I got a extremely sweet something but absolutely not a Vietnamese coffee. I've never had a custard filled anything that they cut my pastry in half and added the custard. This wold have to be custard to begin with, it's extremely sweet instant pudding. I love sweets but this is not sweets it's 99% powdered sugar added to instant pudding added to a donut they cut in half. Very very disappointing On to the cronut... ya just gets better from here. If you've ever had a proper cronut then you know the angels bring them fresh from God's own hands that's how good a proper cronut is. I got a over cooked almost burnt biscuit (I had to get one of my steak knifes to cut through so i could eat with a folk)cut in half with a bunch of 99% powdered sugar filled pudding with (1 high point) fresh strawberries topped with some more sugary goo, powdered sugar and a single sliver of strawberry berry. I love my sweets and I am passionate about my pastry. Its a sad sad day at my house, one bite of each with a single sip of coffee cost me $27.18 and that's without the tip for my Uber delivery. Came here over the weekend to grab something lite for breakfast , we had grabbed coffee somewhere else and needed some food. This was the closest to the coffee place. First impression you get is that this place has been here a long long time. They have donuts , breakfast and lunch sandwiches and smoothies and milk teas and coffee. Anything you want they probably have it. I ordered a jalapeno and ham and cheese croissant and it was warmed up , but it made it so soggy that I didn't like it. Plus it had a weird taste to it. My daughter ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and the egg on it was looking weird with a bunch of black stuff on it. Almost like if the grill that it was cooked on hadn't been clean in a while. Because I know it wasn't black pepper. So sadly to say we won't be coming back here. read more

Lots of donuts and bagels to choose from although we did get the last jalapeño and cheese. The donuts were so good! They were very fresh and fluffy more than some other places i've tried! I ordered a large Thai iced tea, some donut holes, and a croissant sandwich. Those donut holes were stale. Tasted like they were old. Then my croissant sandwich was burnt. They filled my entire drink up with ice and I asked for less ice. I don't mind if they gave me less drink since I just didn't want my drink to be watered down. Instead, she just filled it up but then also charged me extra, without letting me know. I didn't get a choice and she also didn't say anything when she was ringing me up but I caught it. This place gets pretty popular during peak hours, there was a line when my BF and I came around 07:30 AM for breakfast, I got the Bavarian/Boston creme donut and my Bf got the Philly cheesesteak on jalapeño bagel. Service is fast here so food came out within 10 min. There is limited bar seating inside and two tables outdoors. My donut was super fluffy and good creme to dough ratio, chocolate on top was a little too sweet for me, but overall a solid donut! My BFs bagel sandwich was a little too cheesy for me, but not overly huge and well made. Would love to try the other donuts and bagels my next visit~ read more
