This place is more than a Donut Shop, Once you walk in you'll see what I mean..don't expect a Starbucks environment with the price to go with it.. This is a humble place with fresh everything! 17 assorted Ice Blended Drinks, 20 different sandwiches on a variety of buns..Croissant, Wheat and Bagel.. Oh? Did I tell you they have waffels too? Seating is limited so Take Out is your best choiceYou will just have to trust me on this.

Very unprofessional. The guy there made me feel unwelcomed. I ordered donut holes, got a few small bags of chips, and chocolate milk. He watches me reach for my pocket and pull my wallet out; he sees my cash - I choose to use card. He swiped it extra hard and so fast then tells me it's declined and looks at my cas. In my personal opinion, I highly suspect he wanted cash and would do whatever to avoid card payment because he didn't look happy at all when I pulled the card out. I politely asked him to swipe again slower and he rejected it saying I always bring problems when we don't even know eachother and never had any conflict. I've always just paid and left and that's once in a while when I go (only been there maybe 5 times). He doesn't appreciate long term customers I guess. He also has an extreme language barrier which made it even harder. I won't be returning here and I am going to look into further complaining. Maybe they're not in compliance with how they're handling payment methods, etc. Last: he tried calling the police on me. If i wasnt in a hurry I'd of sat there a recorded the whole thing, letting them come.

They release a curated selection of limited-edition donuts monthly, made with seasonal ingredients and in partnership with local farmers and businesses like Harry's Berries. All of their donuts are huge, fluffy, and best eaten warm. Service is always exceptional, and employees are super sweet and helpful. Favorites: - Butter Pecan: sourdough donut dipped in a brown butter maple glaze and topped with roasted pecan toffee pieces. This is probably their best donut, which is a difficult thing to say, but it's hard to compete with that buttery pecan-toffee streusel and the wonderfully umami brown butter glaze. Perfect balance of sweet and salty. - Banoffee: a sourdough donut topped with homemade banana pudding, banana whipped cream, toffee sauce, and streusel. The banana pudding is delicious and rich, no cutting corners here! It is definitely a sweet treat though; a bit too sweet for me. Seasonal Favorites: - April 2026 Carrot Cake: sourdough donut with cream cheese glaze, and topped with a slice of carrot cake made with pineapple and pecan. Super decadent, perfect carrot cake made the way it should be. Wonderfully rich and thick cream cheese glaze. Note: They often have donuts made with fresh, seasonal fruit glazes, like passionfruit, strawberries, peaches, guava, cranberry. Because the glazes are made in-house, with real fruit, they can be tart and sweet at once, which may not be preferable to those with a sweet tooth.

Shoutout to Gary and the Duck Donuts team!…read more I usually order Duck Donuts for team meetings on EZ Cater, maybe 3 dozen max at a time with 1-2 coffee buckets. I recently had a very large order and did 45 dozen (540 pieces!!) directly with the store. Gary was very quick to respond and helpful with the flavor reccs/modifications. We did: glazed, french toast, chocolate with chocolate sprinkles, chocolate covered strawberry, strawberry w rainbow sprinkles, and vanilla chocolate swirl. Day of, Gary was on time with the delivery (even with my last minute time change due to another delivery). Everything was accurate, fresh and carefully packaged. Duck donuts was such a hit! My favorite flavor is the French toast. Highly recommend!!

I ordered the coffee cake donut expecting a coffee cake flavor, but it was covered with a white powder and powdered sugar that didn't resemble what was advertised at all. The chocolate donut wasn't any better. It tasted like it was made with cheap, overly sweet ingredients, almost like high-fructose corn syrup. Neither donut tasted good or of high quality. To make matters worse, I ended up with a slightly upset stomach afterward. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the price. I won't be coming back.

The donuts are all so beautifully made, colorful, and fun. I chose one of the seasonal flavors, Lime Pistachio. It's nutty, a little crunchy, tart, and sweet with a good balance of flavors. The donut is soft, chewy, and fluffy in the best way. I had no idea the donuts were vegan and I'm not vegan myself but they were so decadent. A very kind Japanese family owns the place. Service is very welcoming and friendly. The shop is a little hidden away by Red & blue vintage and Seabirds. Definitely treat yourself to one of their gourmet donuts next time you're out shopping here.

But he humored me and we headed to the Lab to try out these Instagram worthy vegan doughnuts. We got the Minibox which is a great value at around $12 for a sampler of six mini doughnuts, and we also got 2 Regular sized Glazed doughnuts, a White Chocolate Sprinkle doughnut, and a Cinnamon Roll. Every single doughnut was pure bliss in every bite. Even my husband who HATES anything vegan devoured two of the full sized doughnuts and ate half of each of the mini doughnuts. He said they tasted better than most other doughnuts he has ever had and would never have known these were vegan if I had not told him. I, also, am not a vegan and tend to avoid anything labeled vegan, but I also loved every single bite of these doughnuts and will definitely be back for more. Here are my favorites: Glazed Doughnut: Perfectly soft and slightly chewy texture. Not too sweet. 5/5 Cinnamon Roll: Perfectly soft yet chewy texture. Great cinnamon flavor. Not too sweet. 5/5 Lemon Poppy Seed mini: Real Lemon flavor, not too sweet and not too tart. Perfect texture. 5/5 Triple Berry mini and Pistachio Berry mini: Both tasted like real fruit jam. First bite was not too sweet but second bite was a bit too sweet for me. The mini size is perfect as I think any more than two bites of each would have been sweet for me. Chocolate: Not too sweet, not too rich, not too much of anything. Very good. 5/5 Matcha: I can't really remember this one probably because I'm not a fan of all things matcha. It wasn't bad because I loved everything I tasted, but not really memorable like the others. Will definitely get the cinnamon roll and Minibox sampler again next time... and the Glazed... and I want to try some of their other doughnuts too.
