My favorite local donut shop! This place is the kind of shop that is reliable and delicious. They have all the regular flavors you will expect at a donut shop. Their raised donuts are my favorite; light, fluffy, and just delicious. The dozen is decently priced and served in a large box, not the small style box where they stack the donuts sideways and everything gets crammed together. I will continue to choose this spot for our Sunday morning sweet treat when we have guests. read more

Wonderful staff here. The doughnuts are also top notch. My go to, however, is the ham & cheese croissant with Jalapeño.

This shop is in a busy shopping center. Parking can be tough. It worth the time finding a spot to park. My goto donut is a devil's food with nuts. I ordered two of them. The server was friendly and the line went fast. The donut was fresh and I enjoyed it. I also bought coffee. It also was fresh and had a good flavor. The donuts were good. The owner was friendly and generous. This was a highlight of our SoCal trip.

Pretty decent if standard donut shop. Looked like a fairly standard assortment of donuts and stuffed croissants, but they did have a taro glazed yeasted donut. The donut was a little soft for my liking, and I would have preferred a stronger taro flavor but perfectly acceptable. I also had a glazed old fashioned that was very nicely crisp and an apple fritter that was quite good, well fried with good bits of apple. Their glaze is a bit sweet for my taste though. COVID-19 stuff - They had a sign requesting that you wear a mask to enter. Plexiglass barriers to protect the staff and the staff wore masks as well. They also take card now to reduce spread with cash. read more

I've been coming here for years. I only get the jalapeño, ham and cheese croissant and the Vanilla Cap... both for $4.75 I've tried the croissants at other places, but it's just not the same... I have no idea what the difference is, but you should totally stop by for one!! I come here every Friday morning to get my team 2 dozen donuts. I love it here for so many reasons. 1. They are family owned and are consistent with who is there. 2. They are friendly and know who you are when you walk in the door. (with me at least) 3.Their donuts are always fresh and super delicious. This used to be my donut shop of choice until my munchkin wanted to stop at Sam's or Yum Yum. Not sure why it matters to her, as she only eats plain cake, but she IS discerning. She likes them with a little spice. I think she still prefers YY, as they often have a plain with some spice or without. She ate 2 of the plains this morning, so apparently these meet her approval. I usually get an apple fritter on the theory that since there is some fruit, it's got to be more healthy. The ones here are about the size of a small frisbee. Yeah! More fruit! Good crisp on them too. Coffee is tasty, and they have real half & half. Place is always busy, but they keep it tidy. Tables are clean and safe to eat at. One downside: They close early afternoon, so this is your morning donut stop. After hours, remember Yum Yum is 24 hours, the Denny's of the donut world. read more

I'm amazed this place hasn't gotten a review yet! I've been coming to this donut shop since I was 6 years old. It is family run, and has been here for as long as I can remember! I used to bike to this place every Sunday morning by myself to go pick up donuts for myself and my little brother. The lady there would smile, and always gave me a couple extra donuts and some donut holes as a surprise since I went there every Sunday without fail. And some days, before school, my father would drop me off there, to pick up some donuts for us for breakfast. Again, the shop owners would give me extra donuts and an occasional donut or two for free! They used to be located where Juan Pollo currently is, but it looks like they've moved recently (or not so recently?) next to Aloha Hawaiian BBQ. Fast forward some years... and my my family moved to Irvine... and I never went back to that donut shop again. That is until now. Now that I'm older, and have moved back to my old neighborhood, I decided to pay a stop one morning before work, just to pick up breakfast for old times sake, and to see how things have changed. They greeted me with a smile... and added some donut holes to boot! I'm sure they don't remember me at all, after all... I was tiny back when I was younger! Now I'm... somewhat not so tiny! And missing the obligatory bowl hair cut to boot; Yet they still gave me some free donut holes. The taste is as I remember it... and it was very nostalgic. I really can't say if it was the best donut ever, but the service was great, and the shop owners were very kind. A donut may be just a donut... but service and wonderful memories, made this place and my visit, extremely pleasant. read more

This is the donut shop I compare all others to. They do brisk business in the morning, so if you want the best selection come early. By 9 AM or so their array of donuts is usually less varied just because they have sold out! I always, always get their ham and cheese croissant warmed up because it's the perfect breakfast for a busy day. I don't want to know how many calories are in it, and I don't care....it keeps me full past lunch time though! Also you can't go wrong with their donuts. I really like their maple bars (fluffy, not too sweet icing) and their donut holes (also puffy like little clouds). They are a family run hole in the wall and only take cash, but it's worth the trip to the ATM for sure. read more

Best donut shop I've ever been to. I am here so often that when I walk in the girls know what sandwich I want, they call it the Michael sandwich for my husband haha. It's the turkey bacon and avocado sandwich and it is delicious. Also their breakfast sandwiches on croissants or bagels are also amazing. Donuts are always fresh and taste great. Use to LOVE this place, 5 stars across the board, until recently. Aside from the fact that they seem to have gone up on their prices and their donuts shrank, they no longer take credit or debit cards. Now, if you want to pay by card, you have to spend $9!!!! Wth?!!? Im not gonna buy $9 worth of donuts just so I can hve 1 or 2 donuts. I RARELY carry cash so I guess I'll hve to find another donut shop. Oh wait, there is one other option. You can use their conveniently placed ATM to withdraw cash, for a fee of a $1.50 plus the $1+ that the bank charges. Now they want me to spend $2.50+ to get cash out to buy a $1 donut. Nooo thank you! And I don't think I'm the only one bcuz b4, there was ALWAYS a LONG line all the way outside the door but now, every time I go I can just walk right to the counter.
