This place is cute a lot of areas in this place that you can do photo ops with your friends and family a perfect hang out spot . Their boba is really good and flavorful let alone refreshing perfect for the hot summer. I really love places that have kiosk , makes it easier to order and very convenient you order from the machine and like 5-10mins later your drinks are ready . I will come back because I eat to try their Dubai strawberries and see what the hype is about. All and all this place is pretty good. Spacious and has a very friendly welcoming. Decided to try this shop due to a BOGO free offer on the brown sugar brûlée and boba. Drinks were already ready when we arrived. Parking can get a little tight in the free parking lot, but we didn't have too much trouble on Sunday afternoon. The interior was very cute and pretty with flowers. They also sell mochi donuts -- this looks like a rebrand Bober Tea shop that's known for their "stir fried" boba. The brown sugar boba in our drinks tasted like the super soft and flavorful boba. My husband and I really loved the boba. But at 100% sweet, the drink was wayyy too sweet that we had to dilute it with water. Next time I would get half sweet. My go-to boba spot when I'm in Irvine! I saw they had the dubai chocolate series so I got one of each. They use nutella for their chocolate and it's SOO good. If I had to rank the items, it would be 1) dubai strawberry 2) dubai croffle 3) dubai waffle. However, I do recommend the waffles if you're sharing with friends. All 3 items were super tasty!! Stopped in on the way to go shopping and so glad I did! The inside is very pink and over-the-top in a fun way -- there's even a phone booth with a sign that says "do not step inside, not stable" . The decor is a little cheesy, but honestly, it adds to the charm. Will add parking was a nightmare on a Monday afternoon. We got the cookie butter latte and the salted caramel latte -- both were super flavorful and yummy, but definitely on the sweeter side (I couldn't quite finish mine). Went to check out Yoo's Place for lunch and couldn't help but notice the absolute cuteness of naricha next door! Located in Irvine, naricha is a SUPER adorable tea shop! So many cute decorations and backgrounds to take pictures in front of. Service was average and the selection of drinks was pretty standard in selection and taste. The decor in this boba cafe is beautiful! You really feel like you're being transported into a beautiful garden tea house. This has to be one of the most aesthetic boba houses in OC. The black tea assam latte drink is pretty good and has a strong tea flavor. The boba is a bit too sweet and does not have the chewiness that is ideal, but it's not bad. Service is great and the cashier was helpful. The parking isn't bad either. If you go at an off hour, there are plenty of spots in the plaza. The cafe doesn't have a ton of indoor seating, but if you're lucky, you can snag a spot on one of the comfortable couches. Naricha is easily one of my favorite dessert spots. I stop by whenever I'm in the area. The absolute best thing on the menu are the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries. I'm not typically a fan of Dubai chocolate but the strawberries cut the sweetness so well. The semolina adds the perfect crunch factor and the pistachio cream is sweet but not too overwhelming. They also serve various teas. Their boba is always fresh and chewy. The mochi donuts are also a huge hit! They're much better than some of the major chains. The mochi consistency is actually apparent unlike other places. The inside of the cafe is gorgeous! It's the perfect place for girl time. Pink floral decor and emerald green couches. It's definitely an Instagram moment! The owners are so sweet and helpful. All the staff members are prompt and provide great service. There are plenty of parking spaces and they do have an underground garage to park at. There is some indoor seating available. You can order via the 3 kiosks at the wall or with the cashier. I ordered the Pistachio Latte. The drink was good, but because I asked for light ice, the ice had already melted by the time I received it and the cup was warm. I saw they just put the cup under the espresso machine with ice, so that's probably why all the ice melted right away. Usually, there should still be some ice on the cup even with light ice so the cup doesn't feel warm. That was probably the only thing 'cause the drink was more 'room temperature' than 'light ice'. The cutest little dessert/boba shop! On Tuesdays, they have $1 mochidonut desserts all day. I ordered that and a Dubai chocolate strawberry dessert. The service was quick! You can either other from the register or through a kiosk. The decor of the shop is very pink and girly! I work less than half a block away so I just walk here. This store is pretty cute, with a pretty unique menu selection. You're able to self order from the kiosk or order at the register. Unfortunately the couch I sat on sank in which is a bit surprising considering the shop isn't that old. Everything else about the restaurant was nice though. Also, it's hard to find coffee / boba shops open later for university students; thus, I appreciate their 9pm closing so I can get some work done away from campus! A nice and pretty new tea/coffee shop in Irvine by the corporate area on jamboree. They have designed it very pink and floral which gives a very nice and bright colored ambiance that a lot of instagramers would absolute love. You can order at the kiosk or up front if you have lots of questions. They also display some mochi-nuts and that just made me want to get a few to try out. I had ordered the Mung Bean Pandan Latte with boba and their Brown Sugar Assam Latte. The drinks were fine, but maybe lacked a little more flavor from the mung bean and the Assam black tea. The after taste is what was missing for both. The mochi-nuts were alright too, I tried the matcha with rose and gold leaf since it looked beautiful. I usually stop by here after dining at Yoo's. This used to be Bober, if you haven't been in a while, they took out the hot air balloon and phone booth. The staff said they underwent new management! It's still very cute and staff are still so friendly and they offer same boba, milk tea, and mochi donuts. I really like my drinks. They might be on the sweeter side but they offer you to customize the sweetness level so you can go even down to 25%. The only milk tea you can't adjust the sweetness level is the wintermelon tea. I really like the taro waffle the purple dip they had was good, I also liked the mochi donut I got the churro and chocolate with the gummy worm those were my favorite. Somewhere around 3.5 stars... Mixed feelings about our drinks. We ordered two drinks with boba and one coffee drink which was a classic good one. But the other two drinks we got less sweet and were still way too sweet for us. We ended up not finishing the drinks sadly. We did get the surprise cups which are a fun, unique part of the boba experience and were so cute!! It is Sanrio theme, after all :)) Parking in the lot can be tight but was free, and the store itself is really cute, very aesthetic and has that instagram ready vibe. This boba place recently replaced Bober in Irvine. I was super sad at first because the inside looks exactly the same and somewhat is the menu. However, the added two kiosk to order from on the walls and it looks like they are taking down some of the bober decorations. I've been coming to this place since last November, and I absolutely loveee this place. They have a solid amount of sweet boba options & mochi donuts to choose from! My personal fave is the strawberry matcha bliss. Every time I've been here, the service has *always* been so great and welcoming! The overall vibe of this place is top-tier, especially paired with the cute interior. As a college student, this is one of my favorite places to study and do work. As a newer business, the Yelp content/photos are lacking. The page for the business under its previous name is gone. The Yelp pics also didn't have a pic of the display case, & the menu doesn't list flavors either^^. Perhaps flavors rotate but I'm sure they have a few staples, or they could list which flavors are offered on rotation. The website/IG only showcased seasonal flavors, so all I knew for sure was they had a Pumpkin spice flavor. Even on DoorDash, the option to buy a box of 3, 6, or 12 donuts doesn't list donut flavors to choose from. I ended up asking for whatever they had that was fruit flavored. Instead, she brought home Pumpkin spice. At first I was slightly disappointed because I wanted a fruit flavor, but that disappointment vanished with my first bite. I broke off a round from the donut & it was heavenly. The frosting on top prevented the dough from feeling dry in your mouth, it was sweet without being too sweet. Perfectly light & chewy, decorated with obvious thought & care, great size. I intended to graze on it a bit at a time but ended up devouring it in a few minutes. They decorated it with a candy-corn pumpkin on top, which I normally don't like, but I took alternating bites of the mochi donut & the pumpkin candy corn & ended up loving that combination. At $3.50/donut, or $10/3 or $19/6 I'll have to come back & try a bunch more flavors. On Tuesdays they offer donuts for $1 w drink purchase! The business seems extremely student-friendly. Would be a great place to enjoy a treat with friends, study, coffee date, & has lots of IG-worthy decor/donuts/drinks.
