What has been most frustrating is the lack of accountability and urgency when it comes to an issue involving money I am owed for work I already completed. It honestly hurts to leave with this being my final experience because I really did enjoy working at HN Tea and cared about the people there. My coworkers were some of the best parts of the job, and I appreciated the time I spent with them. However, the way management has handled this situation has been extremely disappointing and has overshadowed what was otherwise a meaningful experience for me.
