This place is the best. The employees, the atmosphere, THE COFFEE! The drinks are always top notch, made quickly, and with a smile. I will continue coming back here whenever I'm in the area because this place knows how to treat customers, make a fine drink, and not overcharge in the process. This is how you run a coffee shop

Just a overall solid coffee spot with a good variety of drinks. Small spot and limited parking but good drinks and vibes.

    Love on the weekend

It was my first time at White Sparrow Coffee and I had a great experience. The staff recommended I try the Love on the Weekend, which is an iced coffee with honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and espresso. I got the iced version and it was super yummy--the flavors blended really well and it had just the right amount of sweetness. The cafe itself is also super cute and aesthetic. There's a little market-style shop right next door where they sell cute knickknacks, snacks, and drinks, which makes the whole place feel really unique and fun to explore. Overall, it was a great first visit and I'll definitely be coming back to try more drinks!

My friend has been raving about this place for a while now and we finally made the trip together so that I could try it! I got the 'Spring Special' Black Sesame Matcha and my friend got a London Fog. We both enjoyed our drinks although I wouldn't say that it was my favorite matcha I've ever had. I would definitely come back to try some of their other matcha options though! Super friendly staff and very cute interior!

A charming coffee shop located in Old Town Tustin. Minimalistic interior design with ample seating and moderate level music being played in the background. The staff is nice and fast with their service. I ordered the Hot Vanilla Latte. It was rich, smooth and creamy, the vanilla taste was profound and I love the fancy foam artwork.

A cute little coffee cafe serving Old Town Tustin. Service is friendly and prompt. There is an adjoining market that sells a lot of organic specialty items. I picked up some Good Honey and Coconut Shaved Snacks. There are many locals here on Saturday. A good spot to meet up.

I was looking for a good quality Matcha place as I was driving through the Tustin area. I came upon this cute little place! Has a cute little vibe, but the Matcha latte was even better! Loved the lavender Matcha! They have several different options that the barista was suggesting so I will definitely go back and try the black sesame Matcha latte! Great service as well!

So good! A bit on the pricey side, but the coffee and baked goods are very excellent. I love the Spanish latte - condensed milk, cinnamon. This time I got a passion fruit curd filled pastry, and it was heaven! I was a total mess eating it, but loved every bite. Their seating is mostly outdoors, and it's always pretty busy so just keep that in mind. Old town Tustin is so cute and fun to stroll around with coffee in hand, so you could always take that approach. The baristas were nice and professional. My coffee came out pretty quickly despite the long line ahead of me! Definitely worth a try if you're a coffee fan!

4.5 stars. Friendly staff and simple decor. Yummy vanilla latte, aromatic and strong. There's an attached market selling chic foods and drinks, a nice touch especially for families with kids who don't drink coffee or need a snack. Skip the croissant...it was dry. The indoor table seats are limited and usually occupied but there are plenty of outdoor seats. Street parking only.

The drinks here are so good! The flavors in their specialty drinks are the perfect amount of subtle, and the roast is so smooth but not too bitter. Small-ish space, but good amount indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of street parking. Cute grocery store on the side too!!

Nice staff and there's a cute mart next door. Pumpkin Horchata was pretty tasty and the shot of espresso was perfectly weak so it didn't overpower the horchata nor pumpkin. Similar to coffee candy where the coffee flavor isn't strong. The matcha was very weak though and quite disappointing. Plenty of street parking nearby.

I finally decided to visit this spot! It wasn't busy this time so my friend and I found a place to sit inside. Seating is a little limited. But there are more spots outside! We both got the everything croissants and tried their seasonal Gingerbread latte. It was gooood. I loved the food, the drinks and the vibes. Plus there was a cute little market connected to the cafe. We found parking down the street near the public parking area and just walked. It's such a lovely area to walk in anyway!

I really wanted to love White Sparrow because the branding and the shop itself are so beautiful, but my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Iced Hojicha Latte To be fair, the quality was good. You can tell they use premium roasted green tea--it had a nice, smoky, toasted flavor and wasn't overly sugary. However, for the high price point, the cup was surprisingly small. I felt like I finished it in just a few sips, which made the "value for money" feel a bit off. The interior is very minimalist and "Instagrammable," but it's definitely not a place to hang out. Seating is extremely limited, so don't expect to find a spot to sit and enjoy your drink or get any work done. It's very much a "grab-and-go" kind of shop. If you're just looking for a cute photo of a coffee cup with a bird logo for your feed, this is the place. The drinks are high-quality, but between the high prices, small portions, and lack of seating, I'm not sure it's worth a regular visit. There is some outdoor seating nearby if the shop is full, but definitely don't come here expecting a cozy cafe experience!

Service was average. Expect to wait about 10 minutes with average customer volume as they spend more time of curating each drink. 4/5 largely based on coffee as I feel the customer experience can be improved. One piece of feedback is that the menu should be reorganized. There are espresso drinks on several of the menu panels but then one space specifically that is titled espresso drinks which would imply the others don't have espresso. For example, the house specialties are listed on a completely separate panel as the espresso drinks, would've like to order one of those had I known they were offered. Essentially you have to read the whole menu with the way it's currently organized you can't just search for tea or coffee sections or you'll likely miss something Importantly you can't study or work here. They intentionally don't have wifi or outlets available to foster a different customer experience. Many of the clientele were reading or knitting which was pleasant. While I support this, it's not made know to customers by signs or anything - you would have to look on Yelp beforehand to know. In addition, I've been to other Kean branches that offered wifi so unless this is a new policy or the branches are owned independently it's important to make customers aware they can't expect the internet at this location in particular. I was caught off guard and had to leave immediately as I needed wifi at the time which was unfortunate. Seats about 25 inside, patio also available. Bathroom under lock and key. Parking is in l shopping center, no issues.

Still, I decided to give this place a second chance (no angry neighbor this time), and I was glad I did! PARKING: There's street parking around the neighborhood - I parked on Almond Ave so I wasn't in front of a house. The spots right outside the shop were 30 minute only. If you can't find parking there's probably tons as you go east if you're willing to walk. WHAT I ORDERED: Pistachio cream cold brew THE DRINK: Amazing. I've had my share of acidic or bitter cold brews, and this was not one of them. The cream was perfectly sweetened and flavored . SERVICE: Exceeded my expectations. The baristas when I came in were very bubbly and answered my questions and gave me suggestions, and were funny too! I wish I got their names, but they were working on Monday early afternoon - I hope they get some recognition. Very cool that there were private rooms (which can be reserved two hours in advance if you call them), tables, bar-style seating upstairs, and most importantly, comfy couches!! * LAPTOP FRIENDLINESS: No restrictions BOTTOM LINE: I can't believe I almost missed out on this gem.
